I made an appointment for this business on January 25, 2021 for an appointment today May 28, 2021 at 12. I was called yesterday to confirm my appointment. I arrived today at 12 to be informed that carina wasn’t there and if I received a call or text. I checked both and had not received either. I made this appointment during this day and time because my children would be in school and I would have the time to enjoy this as a birthday gift to myself. I would not be able to any other time. I appreciated being offered other dates and times but they could not work with my schedule. My time should also be respected. Especially when I made this appointment with ample time, and they did not contact me to inform me of the change. I do not recommend this business.

I have gone to Carina for MULTIPLE years, she is extremely professional and one of the top Lash artists in the state. I am extremely discerning and she exceeds my expectations every time. I have also went to Suzie for my brows and was extremely happy with them! Luxe lash is wonderful business, run by wonderful individuals and I am so glad someone of this caliber is available in the triad!

Luxe Lash is a five-star experience from the product, to the staff and ambiance of the workspace. Even before COV-19, they have always taken sanitation very seriously so you can feel safe at this business. My lashes look natural and feel like they are my very own. I get so many compliments! They also offer many other services including micro-blading, and yes, I have amazing brows - finally!! I wholeheartedly recommend Luxe Lash and Carina and Susie.

I’ve been to this place twice already, this 3rd time I scheduled an appointment for just a lash removal. I scheduled the appointment at 5:30p.m. Around 10am (the day of the appointment) I received a phone call asking if I could come then, at the time I was busy so I informed the receptionist that I could make it there in about 1/1.5 hours. She assured me that, that was fine. I arrived at Luxe Lash studio at approximately 11:45am, when I approached the door it was locked. I called the business and nobody answered. So, I left a voicemail stating that I was at the studio and nobody was there. I left and went home and at approximately 2:30pm I received another call, this time from the actual esthetician. She proceeded to tell me that, “She thought I wasn’t coming so she left.” I told her that someone could’ve called me to let me know because I was fine with my original appointment time. She apologizes for the inconvenience and then proceeds to tell me that she has to cancel my 5:30pm appointment because the client before me would take up a lot of time. You can fathom how frustrated this made me. She did not offer anything to fix their mistake other than rescheduling to the next week. This was highly unprofessional and I will never return to this business again.

I moved here from Concord, NC and I was making the trip every two week to refill my lashes. I spoke to a few people and Lush Lash was recommended. I am a nice person but I want good service and quality for what I pay. Susie did my lashes and I found her to be very sweet. She is wonderful and knows what she is doing. I am older and my eyelashes are thinning. She makes me look great..natural..and if I say so myself sexy at 70 😍 I will recommend Lush Lash to anyone .

Carina is very warm, friendly & knowledgeable. I wasnt sure what would look good on me, Classic or Full, C or D, length...I had no idea. She did a beautiful job. Im thrilled!

The place is beautiful! I love all of the decor and the chill vibes you get as soon as you walk in the door. Grateful for a good playlist too lol...First time in awhile without kids for self care and I was relaxed. I got a lash lift and tint and eye brow waxing. I didn’t even know I had long eyelashes. Susie was down to earth and great at recommending skin care products to help my issues. Definitely recommend and will be coming back regularly!

Did my first set of lash extensions and brow tint with Carina in Asheboro. They were all super sweet and welcoming and made me feel less nervous about getting my lashes done for the first time. Definitely am going back and will recommend to my friends!

Carina is incredibly talented and professional. I am always happy with the result of my sessions! You pay for what you get and shes worth every penny! I drive over an hour to see her and it is well worth the drive. The studio is always clean and well-kept. I highly recommend her at every chance I get!

Love love love this place! I received microblading for the first time a little over a year ago and Susie did a fantastic job. I was a little hesitant at first but she made me feel super comfortable and the experience was very pleasant. I go back for waxing and eyebrow maintenance. I look forward to touch ups in the future. Highly recommend!

This place has a relaxing atmosphere that is cozy and very clean. I was skeptical at first when my friend talked me into trying lashes but I love them! I have always seen Carina. She is flexible with my schedule and does an AWESOME job! I always get compliments on my lashes. I have been getting them for almost a year and can’t imagine wearing mascara again!
