By far the best grocery store. The selection is always fresh and for being fairly small, they sure do fit in everything you could need + more! It’s been our main grocery store for 2.5 years now and we almost never need to go somewhere else for something. They also curate some great seasonal/rotating items that keep it fresh. The sushi counter is my FAVORITE choice for a quick lunch. All the employees are always so nice, respectful and great to talk to. It’s honestly sometimes the best part of my day. I also just have to say that it’s so wonderful this store supports all kinds of people with job opportunities. Makes me proud to be a customer and spend my money here.

I love 💘 Sprouts. I usually go for lunch. I think the fresh custom made sandwiches and wraps are a good value and a better alternative to fast food. Very delicious.My pet peeve is walking in a business and nobody speaks to you or acknowledges you.It rude. I appreciate the staff at Sprouts very responsive. Even when they are busy they still acknowledge that they will be with you soon. Keep being kind thank you. 😊

Maybe I caught your cashier Tory on a bad day (I assume that is their name. Their nametag was on backwards with a sticker that said tory)... After approaching the register and receiving no greeting or eye contact, I said hello!, But received no acknowledgement. After waiting a moment, I proceeded to ask how are you today?. They looked up for a brief second, made eye contact but said nothing, then continued looking down, singing some song under their breath, periodically making loud sounds (like partial words to the song they were singing??). Very weird experience. Felt like I was an inconvenience and that I was doing their job in regard to customer service.

All that I expect from a sprouts. Would love to see some self-checkout Lanes at this sprouts.

On the first day of a forecasted major weekend snowstorm, the store was very busy, and sadly sold out of the fresh cilantro for my fajitas, but they still had cilantro in my preferred brand of bottled spices. It wasnt my usual Sprouts store, but 3 different staff members quickly and cheerfully helped me find everything on my list. The cashier was friendly and careful with my tortilla chips and produce, and made sure the bags werent too heavy for me. Its a great example of what you expect at a Sprouts store!

I love it here. I just wish they would bring back the Rubicon lemon cupcakes. I loved them and I was sad when I couldnt find them here anymore. Overall I like it here though.

Sprouts does not train their staff to restrain from using gendered terms when greeting and talking to their customers. I was misgendered numerous times by different employees. I felt humiliated and embarassed and it completely ruined my shopping experience. This is on top of being watched like a hawk while I am trying to shop, its extremely uncomfortable. This is not an LGBTQ*+ friendly company, and I advise those in the queer community to shop elsewhere.

Ive seen A LOT of employees doing a whole lot of nothing during my visit here. If theres nothing for them to do, maybe send them home? Why pay them for idly walking around, following me around like Im about steal something, socializing and even making fun of people - especially the people working in the Produce section on SaturedayJuly 17th at around 7-7:30. They were very noisy and obnoxious and while I was passing by I noticed they werent doing anything, just face to face and laughing at people.Is there a lack of management around here?

Very good, clean and friendly staffs, I have been their customer here since they were sun flower market and always have great selections here, one of the largest sprouts store in metro area.

The staff here is all about the guests. The deli clerks are very attentive and seem to be the only ones around that know what SHREDDED means when it comes to lunch meat. The meat dept. really knows what theyre talking about and always has what Im looking for. The bakers are very helpful and everything is always golden brown with that perfect crispness. Produce is usually neatly put together with fresh, ripe produce prefect for every meal. Bulk is always clean and well stocked with helpful staff. The store over all is pretty great for those with special diets and organic goodies. There is usually always a manager available to the guests as they work with the staff to provide a quality experience.

Sprouts has become my preferred store to shop. The king soopers is so busy, parking is hard, and there are always different employees. I feel like family at Sprouts. Its never overcrowded and if you have questions, employees are always floating around the front to help. Pricing is usually better on produce than other grocery stores. This store is always clean and well stocked. I recommend!

Clean, spacious and well stocked store.

The employees are the worst part. The man who was supposed to be stocking the vegetables and the blonde woman, both employees who just stand around doing nothing - just seemed to sneer at me because they did not approve of my physical appearance. Laughed, very awkward and nasty. Very discriminative, will not be back.

Accosted 3 times by workers after explaining I have a valid health condition. Then the 3rd staff pulled the youre being rude card even though I was calmly discussing the situation but she didnt like my responses. Yet honestly at the 3 interaction wouldnt harassment be what was happening? Still like sprouts.. just will never use this location ever again.

This is a good place to go for grocery items. They usually have great weekly sales on a variety of different items throughout their store. There are good deals on their fruits and vegetables. They have plenty of organic food products if you are looking for those. At their butcher counter there are plenty of fresh meat products everything from different seafood items to chicken to beef to pork. There is a variety of fresh sausages available too.

Sometimes a friendly smile and just a little care can change a night. But the amount of respect Alastaire put into her job was great. Thank you, You don’t see that much in customer service anymore.

I had purchased some vitamins from another location. This store being closer to my house I went to this one to do a return. I was told by the cashier after she went to speak to her manager that she could issue the money on a gift card. I told her I didn’t want store credit I wanted a refund. She motioned to her manager and said that’s what he said. I approached the man and told him I wanted a refund not credit. He told me credit was the best he could do. I told him that was unacceptable and that the sales pitch at every sprouts I’ve ever went to promotes this practice of try it, don’t like it, return it for a REFUND. After creating a scene and holding up this poor checkers line he finally decided to give me my money back. At the end of the return I asked for my receipt to be returned to me as I had almost $100 of other items I purchased on that receipt he flat out told me No. I asked if he was the GM he replied yes. I asked for his name (Clint) and his bosses contact info and he told me no.I asked him to take my contact info and forward it to his boss. I later wrote an email to Sprouts customer support at corporate about it.A few days later I had not heard from his boss Or customer support. So I called and spoke to a support agent that confirmed that he violated their return policies with how I was treated that day and with the lies he was telling me. I also addressed how upset I was In regards to being required to surrender my receipt to him. She said she understood and offered to look it up through their system and email it to me. I was pleased with that resolution.Three days after that call and I still have not received that promised email nor my receipt. I haven’t heard from anyone at Sprouts even with all my attempts to contact someone that might show some concern as to how I was treated that day and how it is ultimately going to cost them a loyal customer.

This place gets worse every week. While their produce and bulk selection and prices used to make them shine, they seem to be shifting their strategy more to meat and packaged foods, neither of which my family really eat.Will be shopping elsewhere.

The meat and seafood counter is amazing, a work of art. You may pay a little more but you find healthy new meal ideas. We are cooking a grain called farrow for dinner. It was so valuable to Roman soldiers it was sometimes used as currency.

Be careful, the silly prices arent always cheaper than other nearby natrual options. Some products are only worth buying here if theyre on sale. But some times theyre way cheaper than nearby options. Otherwise its a good store. :)

This location has the selection and staff that you have come to know and love from Sprouts. Clean store with friendly people browsing the isles. Meat selection is always on point and they have good deals on fruits and veggies.

Sprouts has a good variety of high quality produce and other products. They also have a pretty good bulk department. Their bakery products are good, but over priced. Overall, Sprouts has food for clean eating.

Excellent store! They have low prices on fruits and vegetables which are always fresh and clean. I try to shop here at least twice a month. I also usually buy from the bulk bins. I especially enjoy buying the cocoa rich dark chocolate in the bulk bin area. I highly recommend Sprouts.

I asked for help finding Sprouts Aloe Vera gel. The lady in the department accused me of being rude and yelling. I was doing neither, why would I yell about Aloe gel? She walked off and refused to help me. I was so hurt by this woman reaction, she actually made me cry. I will never go back to that store again.

THANKSGIVING BUYERS BEWARE! I called ahead 5 days to have a fresh never frozen turkey put on hold for me at the deli counter. When I got to the store there were no fresh, never frozen turkeys to be found and I was told by multiple employees that Sprouts brings all turkeys in frozen - even ones that people order ahead, despite signage on the deli counter with this exact phrase Reserve your fresh, never frozen turkey today! making reference to the upcoming holiday. If youre looking for a never frozen turkey, especially with Thanksgiving around the corner, look elsewhere.
