Ive used their services before but today I walked in, there were NO customers, and a trash of a person with purple dyed hair was on the phone for 5 minutes before she got off a personal phone call to even acknowledge my presence. There were other employees in the back(I couldnt see them) laughing and carrying on and when I told her I was there for a haircut the person told me they were very busy and maybe she could schedule me for the next day. I will never go there again.

I will not be going to this place again - and Ive never even had my hair cut here. I open the door, am not greeted at all, but rather, I get asked if I have a mask. I think for a sec... Yes, I have a mask somewhere but... (thinking about vaccination),The girl cuts me off with, Can you please move out of the way so this lady can come in and pay?I say, okay... Strange service, but yall have a good day. Guess they didnt actually care to make money or run a successful business. Theyd rather be strange, have less than adequate people or professional skillset, resulting in people leaving with the decision never to return.I dont care to do business in places that dont even try. Like... Try to set an appt, try to give options, try to be kind and polite, try to understand that your ability to do these things increases your chances to get PAID. Or just drift aimlessly with no conscious thought about how your actions influence your business. Good luck yall

I typically dont post reviews but had to this time . Went in for a haircut . A change but nothing too drastic . Sara was my stylist . She was amazing. Not only did she listen to everything I asked and checked her work and made sure I liked it as we went , she was extremely friendly . She is def someone I would go back to or even follow if she leaves . :)

This location has excellent reviews and my experience with Lisa on Tuesday confirms that. She understood exactly what I needed and gave me a flattering, easy to style cut that holds it shape very well. Not only is Lisa a good stylist, she is also very friendly and enjoyable to be around. I plan to make future appointments with her to maintain this great cut.

Worst fade I’ve ever gotten. Wasn’t blended well at all and more closely resembled a bowl cut, not to mention the “blend” was straight on one side and went up at an angle on the other side.

I get my hair cut here all the time. Every barber I have had has been incredible. Great job.

Hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had getting my hair cut, asked for a simple buzz cut blending my sideburns into my buzz cut. The stylist doesn’t know how to blend sideburns messes it up. When I ask for her to fix it she made them worse, I am going to have to cut my sideburns off and grown them back out. Ohh yeah and on top of all that, proceeds to tell me i’m never allowed back (like I would want to anyway) because I was “rude” after she just completely butchers my hair cut tries to tell me that Its my fault... and tries to charge me still. DO NOT go here !!!

I asked for a bob, but first asked the girl if she had experience cutting short hair. She assured me she did, and then proceeded to mess my hair up beyond fixing. The back of my head was chopped, straight across, like Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber. She assured me that when it was fully dry, itd look better. It didnt. I literally cried looking in the mirror, imaging how long its going to take to grow back out. I came back in the next day to see if they could fix it. Another woman tried, but it didnt make much difference. The other girl there said, Yeah when I saw it yesterday I was about to say something but didnt. Why wouldnt you say something if you could see the girl totally botched the cut?? Im sure some cutters at this location know what theyre doing, but some DONT, and its a HUGE risk going, and not knowing which ones do. Dont go here. Spend the extra money for a professional cut.

Karlie cut about 12 inches or more off my head and did such a good job. I really enjoyed talking with her and everyone was very welcoming. She got me looking fierce for my upcoming thru hike! Thanks Karlie!

Really nice hairdresser took her time I have a chunk of hair I got caught in an old curling iron and had to cut to get out I didnt want to cut my hair that short to match that one chunk lol luckily its underneath most of my hair she understood and my hair looks great

I had a great conversation, but the result what pretty bad! She never cut my fringe, and plus one side cut around my ears was way off! Unfortunately I realized later at home, but very disappointed

I went here today with my daughter. Jennifer did a great job on my hair and Angela worked with my 10-year old who is really bad about brushing her hair. When she removed her ponytail, we saw that her hair was super tangled and full of knots. Think gerbil-sized knots. Angela was so gentle and patient with her, painstakingly combing out the knots for over 2 hours! Once the knots were all out, she did a beautiful job cutting her hair and layering it. She went above and beyond today, and because of that we will be back again for future haircuts!

It was my son, B. Porter. And no. It was the Lake Arbor King Soopers on 80th and Wads. And how interesting that you reply to this review offering to help, but not to my other review explaining what actually happened (posted within hours of each other)--how we checked in online and were number 1,on my lunch break, but you guys took #2&3 on the list first, 2 old ladies. Old ladies are retired and have literally the entire day to get their hair done, whereas, we, who took the effort to check in, were on a tight schedule.

The lady with purple hair was very rude to my girlfriend and was very quiet with her words then got mad when we couldn’t understand her

Ask for the hairdresser Rhiannon, shes very professional and talented. Good conversation too. I walked in there lost and confused with a unibrow and an afro, she asked what I wanted and I said make me look like Zac Efron. It worked! With my new haircut I was finally able to lose my virginity.
