Not only was Sophia super knowledgeable and informative, she was so welcoming and took her time with my treatment! As a mom of an infant, my acupuncture treatment gave me a burst of energy, but also helped me to relax. Two things I very much needed! She also did a cupping treatment that alleviated so much tightness and soreness in my back & shoulders from carrying an infant around all day everyday! There are not enough words to describe how much I needed the treatment with Sophia - also her space is super cute & relaxing! 10/10 recommend her!

I can not recommend Sophia highly enough! I’ve been seeing her for about 6 months now and it has completely changed my menstrual health. My periods have always been painful. Like really painful! But, even after my first session with Sophia I began to notice changes. I can now confidently say that time of the month is so much easier for me! It’s been really neat noticing the changes as time goes on.Sophia is personable, knowledgeable, and her office is inviting and extremely clean. She follows all Covid safety protocols and I always feel safe during our sessions.

I turned to acupuncture after having some positive experiences with dry needling at PT to help with my lower back pain. Sophia is the BEST acupuncturist I could’ve hoped for, not having any prior exposure to the practice and being somewhat skeptical of Eastern medicine. I cannot recommend her more highly. Sophia was able to help me bring my anxiety down to the point where I could sleep regularly again and be able to manage my busy schedule.
