Amazing. I am SO happy to have found Calm Spirit. I have had 13 surgeries and have a lot of titanium… Dr Ashlie has been treating me with acupuncture and Jennifer with massage while both incorporating cupping to the treatments. My questions are always answered, and they are so compassionate, respectful and knowledgeable. My pain is finally being consistently managed and I am feeling like I can move again. I cannot say enough great and positive things about them and this company.

She starts out gently with the massage and then goes deeper, finding and skillfully rubbing away deep nodules I never knew I had. After yesterdays treat, I have No Pain!. Ive had a couple massages at Calm Spirit as well as acupuncture with Ashlie. Everyone has been very professional and my experiences have been wonderful. Today I fell asleep during my acupuncture and my massage with Julie was probably the best massage Ive ever had (and Im not a newbie to massage). You cant go wrong with any of the therapists here. I cant rave enough. The front office staff is very personable and nice. Dr Ashlie was very kind and helpful. I have had postpartum anxiety and insomnia. After just one session she helped me so much. Her supplement recommendations have done wonders for my sleep and anxiety. The acupuncture has been wonderful too.

LONG glowing review here: this place is amazing. I’m, unfortunately, a covid long hauler dealing with many different symptoms, and I’ve had chronic pain from gymnastics injuries long before that. I’ve been to many places and people, trying just about anything, to get help but nothing really seemed to stick. I’ve been going to see Gina for acupuncture for several months now and I have never felt this much relief! My lower back pain has never entirely been gone before, but now it will be gone for days or even weeks at a time. Acupuncture has also helped me immensely with managing my post covid symptoms, and it’s definitely going to be part of my long term recovery plan. The entire staff is kind and considerate. Can’t say I’ve ever had a negative interaction here. Customer service is on point. If you’re considering acupuncture, do it, and do it here!

I went in for back pain. They did some acupuncture as well as tens and laser. When I got off the bed, no pain. I’m writing this 3.5 hours afterwords. But this has definitely helped this far. I have been to the chiropractor for months with little relief. Well worth the money to go. Thank you!!

Great place. They made my first foray into acupuncture easy and calming. They dont rush you in and out like other places, they take the time to help you with your issues. I have done massage, acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments here and they have all been great.

Today, I received my first Physical Therapy with Carolyn for 60 minutes. It was absolutely heavenly with Carolyn carrying on a full conversation and continuing to massage my healing calf muscle. After the message, I felt so good in such a long time. I’d been in pain since my skiing injury on 9th of March. Laura was the receptionist, who checked me in. She’s very pleasant to talk with and amiable, too.

Lexie and her staff are by far the best in town. I would never go anywhere else and recommend her to everyone.

Facials with Marcella are basically the best thing on this planet - my version of heaven. Also, my skin looks better than it ever has! I trust Marcella completely with my skincare!

Ashlie was wonderful with my first time acupuncture appointment! She guided me through the whole process, asked me about anything that was troubling my body, and she was just super kind and helpful! I then had my massage and Sue was fantastic! Not only did she do a heckuva job working my seriously sore shoulders, and she showed me points on my body where I could calm my nerves! Great atmosphere in general. I got a 60 min total body massage with an added intra oral massage. It was the first time ever having that done but my jaw was super tight for 4 days straight so I tried it out. Definitely a weird experience but the next day my jaw was no longer tight so it definitely helped! Thanks!!

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Clean environment. The acupuncture therapy I have received has helped tremendously. I have chronic pain and fibromyalgia. After 1 treatment I was relieved of pain. I have now received 3 treatments and itjust gets better.

Eva (acupuncture) and Dylan (massage) have greatly reduced pain in my face, neck, and shoulders due to TMJ in a couple of appointments. Calm Spirit is friendly, clean, and offer great package deals. The online appointment calendar option makes scheduling easy and quick. I highly recommended them.

I am a patient of Lieum Fallon and I only have wonderful things to say about her as my acupuncturist, shes the best! She truly understands the needs of her patients, and is a true professional! The lovely receptionists though are wonderful! They are very personable and nice. Service overall has been top notch in all levels. Its a quiet, clean place that makes your healing process much more comfortable and easy to take in. I highly recommend this clinic. Therapist (Chelsea) was excellent and attentive to exactly what I was there for. She asked enough questions during massage to ensure my comfort and satisfaction without being too disruptive. Office, bathroom and massage room were clean. I would suggest warming the massage oils (they were ice cold) and have heating for beds, otherwise perfect.

Alexia an acupuncturist at Calm Spirit is the most caring, loving person I have encountered in acupuncture. She takes the time to get to know her clients, and then remembers what items are bothering clients, and also she celebrates high points in their lives by truly caring about them. My wife and I will not go anywhere else. Oh, and they are reasonably priced, but for what you receive for the fee, is so much more than similar establishments offer.

Lexie is a lifesaver. I typically get an acupuncture treatment to help with stress, mood, or sleeping disorders. Lexie always asks questions to ensure she understands the full picture. During a recent visit, she found out I was suffering from never-ending, pre-menopausal, bleeding. I had seen several ob/gyns and doctors, who were unable to stop the bleeding. (I cant take hormones.) Lexie stopped the bleeding with acupuncture. Amazing! Who knows what else she can do. You should go see her and find out!

Ive only been going here for about a month, but I love it. I had horrible restless leg syndrome that prescription drugs wouldnt even help. My last resort was acupuncture, and it worked!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Also the cost if affordable.

Jill really listened to what I needed and was very responsive to my feedback. She adjusted her pressure perfectly to match my bodys needs and significantly reduced the stiffness in my neck and shoulders. I really appreciate her excellent work!

This place is fantastic. I was fortunate enough to receive a massage from Dylan after explaining the type of work I was looking for (myofascial, neuromuscular, advanced type sports recovery work). I’m super impressed with his skill set; he helped open up some stuff that I’ve been dealing with for months. If that wasn’t great enough, the owner Lexi also came in and offered to put in some acupuncture needles at the beginning of my massage, which wasn’t scheduled but she was free so she came by - that definitely helped me a lot as well. I’m pleased this place is so close to home, and I definitely will become a regular!

I had a great massage! Matthew addressed all the problems I was having and gave recommendations. I was just slightly disappointed that there was a very loud yoga class that started after the start of my massage. Other groups using the facility should be aware that there may be massages in progress.*Update* - I received a call from Matthew regarding the interruption. I was given 50% off for my next massage.

Awesome. Therapists are wonderful, professional, well trained. I went in with a lot of pain, after treatment pain was diminished by at least 90%. I have had this pain for several months, I felt this was a last resort. I wish I had come in so much sooner.
