Good Costmer service

This is a review regarding the owner(s) of this location. No service was provided however based on her verbiage, affect, and her need for confrontation including her husbands, I would give it a 0/5. This was all due to the owner’s inability to park appropriately which exploded into calling artesia PD. This woman and her significant other - Vishal, who owns this establishment, rudely did not allow a customer - myself- of the Gomes plaza (I was visiting Bhindi Jewelers) from getting into their car due to the inability to park appropriately. He (owners husband) then continues to say that if I had “asked nicely” he would. Moreover, after taking several photos of her establishment (because I was recording this interaction) the owner (woman in the photo) comes to the passenger side of the car blocking us AGAIN from leaving to let us know that “she can take photos of us” as well... ?? Okay.So yea, not sure about the products but I would give this woman a 0 on the hospitality rating.

Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded here for the past 4 years, out of the many places Ive been too around the country as I travel for work, this is the best place. The owner is amazing, 5 minute service for mens eye brows, doesnt hurt and only $5 +$5 tip if youre feeling generous

I went to get my eyebrows done with threading .. but sadly one of the ladies was so tough on my skin when pulling the hair. I got hurt 😢 and looked in the mirror to see blood and scratches on my skin.. and this happens to my both eyebrows 😢and didn’t get the shape that I want either🙁🙁. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one.

This place is always neat and tidy with friendly staff. Price is very affordable. Definitely recommend this.

I was a regular customer to this place, going in every month but had bad experience twice. Won’t go again.They are centrally located and comparatively clean. They don’t keep up appointments, so why even take one? Also you are to sign in register as you enter but if suppose the next person needs more pricey service than you, he/she will be attended to first. So if you are going for full service like facial, cutting, waxing together go here. If you just need a simple threading don’t waste your time. There are several parlors near by.

I went for Upper lip wax, which generally happens very smoothly but here, it went so painful that I got two pimples. Its paining and burning on day two too! She tried with such hot wax and multiple times which lead to pus formation. Then few tiny hair which were not removed by wax, she did threading and I got a cut which bled. Earlier experience with eyebrow was pathetic too! Had asked for thick but was made thin and the way handled was so painful.

I went to this place 2 days ago.asked for hair cut and color.i specifically told just trim but the lady cut it so small.while coloring she didn’t apply color all over instead she applied around my neck, ear , my forehead and cheeks.i told her to wipe it off she didn’t care.After wash color was all over my face and forehead.the lady said thts how it is when you color.she washed 2 times still color was not going from my skin.I actually had a party tht evening.i couldn’t go.due to color all over.i showed the guy at front desk and even my husband was upset.thn the lady rubbed nail polish remover around my neck to remove hair color.But color is still there and my skin is so itchy.They did even say sorry or nothing charged full price.Bad place never go back.they lost good two customers.

I was over charged for henna, First was told 10$, then they charged me 20$. I was in a hurry so I paid, came back and told them that you overcharged me, No concern, Lost your customer, Never going back here
