On 05/01/2018 I received a message from a Brittany from Expressions about a appointment I made on 04/30/2018 which my appointment was at 215 on 05/01/2018. She asked me if I needed to reschedule. When I mentioned to her I was still at work and where I work phones r not allowed unless ur on break or off work. Well she replied with a message stating since I was a no call no show to reschedule she would have to hold a deposit. Has anyone else ever heard of a business doing this? There are some jobs people cant sit on there phones all day. I just feel its poor business. When I was only 15 minutes passed my scheduled appointment and just hadnt had time to call. Has anyone else experienced this?

Wouldnt give any stars if it was an option, made an apt went in there was women at the desk didnt say hi it how can I help you, no customer service skills. say for ten mins as workers were there walking around not one bothered to say anything, completely rude they lack customer service wasted my time DO NOT RECOMMEND
