Horrible experience! The older lady (possibly the owner) is extremely rude and unprofessional. The accessories we bought was from an old inventory and missing a piece not to mention extremely overpriced. I went back to get the receipt ( which she did not give at first ) to check the bill amount and was shocked to see what they had charged-which was 10x the items generally priced anywhere else. I immediately asked for the refund and she refused and rudely yelled at me to WAIT in front of all other customers. When I confronted her and asked her to be polite, she tried selling me other items for the same value. I said I wanted to return the stuff and get my money back. And she proceeded to insult me by asking as if I was buying something for the first time and dont know how things work here ? What kind of language is that? She had no intention to refund my money and outrightly denied being rude. I asked for the items and she said she doesnt have them. Later, she found them and we took them and left the shop. I will never be going to that shop again and highly suggest all people to avoid this place. It is a total rip off!! Deserves to have negative rating if possible.

The lady(owner)totally clever .not recommend place,i purchased bangles asked for 2.6 size she gave 2.4 omg only 2 bangles she charge 80 dollars. 1 karwachauth thali she gave in 50$.sindoor she gave10$ .for few items she charged 300$ not all the items printed on receipt.my story is very long i wanna record a video for that for all social media for this place,i am going to complain her in consumer court and trust me she gave me the reason ,what happened with me is long story …please give a like who wants a good action against her.I’m sure all other reviews also a proof against her

Fraud ------Miss India Threading (Address: 18423 Pioneer Blvd, Artesia, CA 90701  )is an old but fraud shop. The lady owner always cheats on new customers. The old customer is fine because they know In and out perhaps the first experience was the same with all old customers. I went for purchasing Sindur she gave me at 4.75 where it was marked as 2.99. my wife did not realize while purchasing but when I told her she tried to return but the owner denied to return. I call consumer court but they dont take consumer cases less than $ 10. As per the USA act, any fraud less the $10 paid in cash is not admitted for legal action. I am also done one mistake that I did not pay by card. if I pay by a card that will be taken as legal action by the consumer court. Consumer court admitted this as fraud note and give note no Art34658281. whenever you doing complain fraud for this shop please take ART no as reference .please keep in mind pay by card always in this store no cash and be careful if you are dealing with lady owner. she might fraud you. Add a picture for evidence -- Also want to address that all the employees on that shop are illegal to work without paper and paid cash. I will do separate complain soon to the USA labor board of Investigation.

The person, Satnam, is the only person I go to for eyebrows. She is very clean and makes sure the shape is perfect. Very friendly.What keeps me from putting full 5 stars is that the other workers dont put their mask all the time and is very pushy at times

They overcharged and fooled us. Fraud shop. They told us to pay in cash and didn’t give bill for individual items we purchased. On top of that, the lady added $14 tips on the bill. We paid $40 by cash and $12 by card. Beware ! Do not pay in cash and ask for itemized bill even if you pay in cash. We did a mistake by paying in cash as she insisted. Now we can’t take any legal action.

These people charge based on skin color. The advertised price is 4.99 but my sister in law (not indian) got charged $15 for just the eyebrows. In this day and age this is unacceptable.

My wife had eye brow threading done with one of the lady who works here and she has done eye brows very well (not the owner). Inline with other comments, we felt the prices for bangles were pretty high.

One of my friends recommended this place to me, usually I do my own eyebrows, or force one of my sisters to do my eyebrows. I dont trust a lot of places because they make my eyebrows thin, like I am a guy, I just want to clean up. Finally a place where they know what a clean up means. It did not even hurt when one of the ladies did my eyebrows. I will go back again soon.

Went with my wife to get some decorations for the house since my parents are coming from india, I wanted to make this place look more homely for them. We got stuff for the temple, this place is like a gem! We found everything we needed without actually having to go to India! Great deals!Everyone was super nice and super helpful! I even forced my wife to get her eyebrows done, she has her favorite place, but I wanted her to try this one since it is only 3.99 and this will save me money. She loved the job, and now this is her favorite place! Thank god for my wallet and savings!

This place is one of the best places to go for getting your eyebrows threaded. I love it! Theyre all great at threading and for the price, theres no comparison.

Ive come here for many years to thread my eyebrows but I havent been here in many months and it seems they changed owners?Please save your time, money, and brows.They made me pay $8 for her to botch my eyebrows and didnt even apologize!
