I have been coming here since 2006!!! The receptionist is so outgoing! I have one place to get my eyebrows done and with one specific person and that is Mona!!! She is so nice, kind, respectful and leaves my eyebrows on point. I always tell my friends and family about her because they always compliment my eyebrows. I am so glad my cousin referred me to her because I dont know what I would do and how long it would take me to find someone you can trust to do your eyebrows. I trust Mona with my eyebrows and so should you :)

I have been a dedicated customer for many years and the sole reason I return is because of Nilofer. She is an outstanding technician who is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients receive optimal service. While I appreciate the business, it’s the people that I interact with who really make the experience all that it is.

Even though the prices are slightly higher than other eyebrow places, it is well worth it to come here, I have never had a bad experience. In the past, Ive tried other places that were less expensive and paid the price. They also offer many other services (check their website for a full list of services and prices). It does get busy and wait times can be long, so I recommend making an appointment if you are pressed for time but just know there is an extra charge for making an appointment.

I have been going here over 6 years, they get super busy so if you dont mind paying the fee then always make an appointment. The place is clean and professional, everyone is warm and friendly. Oh and they moved all their business upstairs, it used to be on the first floor.

I have been going to ziba for about 15 years or more. They always been very friendly and nice. Mona does a wonderful job my eyebrows. I sometime do wait, but it is worth the time.

Yesterday I got the Brazillian wax done. I asked for SK by referral she was very professional. Besides the actual waxing being done it was very comfortable. I will now start going to only her. I recommend this place , great experience and very friendly.

Nilafer is awesome, she is my moms go to person however all ladies are extremely nice and care you all faces they work on as their own.

Not the nicest people here. The lady who did my eyebrows didnt even say anything to me pretty much the whole time. It looks updates but its not the cleanest.

I have going to Ziba for 15 years. Even though there are Ziba locations much closer to me than Artesia, I always go here because of NILOFER. Nilofer is the absolute best at eyebrow shaping, and provides outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t go see anyone else! If you are looking for someone amazing I definitely recommend her. She leaves my eyebrows perfect every time.
