I found this place a few months ago after I injured my neck. I’ve been having headaches and I was dizzy a lot, for a whole month I couldn’t leave my house cause I was in so much pain. I found this place on Google and decided to give it a try because I hadn’t gone the holistic route yet. I kept going and sticking to the plan and they readjusted my neck and did acupuncture to me. And the result was as I was able to get up and not be in pain anymore. I don’t get headaches anymore and I am not in constant pain which is relieving. I am finally feeling like myself again and I am so happy and excited to do things that make me do me feel alive again.

Ive been coming to this clinic for the past two years to get my treatments. Ive been to several chiropractors for the injuries and migraines that I sustained from my car accident 13 years ago. Ive been going to Applied Natural Health for the past few months due to sleep issues. When I went in for consultation, Dr. Jully was kind and very honest. She recommended seven sessions of needling and manual therapy for my crooked spinal cord in the neck area. She didnt push me into purchasing any products or services and also listened to my issues/concerns with genuine concerns, which Im very grateful for. I sleep better and have a lot more energy these days. Even now, Dr. Jully is still giving me helpful tips so Im learning something new with each session!

Get comfortable; I have a lot to say.Ive recently had some irregularities in my cycle & decided to seek alternative treatment after a Kaiser doc told me to keep an eye on it w/o ordering an ultrasound. My sister referred me to Applied Natural Health after my mom had success with migraine treatments here a few years back.On the day of the consultation, they gave me the standard patient info forms along with a graphic of the human body & asked me to indicate where it hurt & rate the level of pain. I initially only indicated my uterus, but then went back to draw a circle on the left foot for the chronic plantar fasciitis that Ive been dealing with for 6+ years. Ive also seen a Kaiser doc about this, & they advised me to stretch.. I figured that I was already there for alternative treatment, I may as well give them the full picture of my health from my perspective.After about 10 minutes of explaining my health history regarding my cycle & the background around my foot, Jully hypothesized that I had fibroids in my uterus that was causing irregularities in my cycle. She recommended acupuncture, a change in my diet, a 3 month regimen of herbs, & a follow up visit to Kaiser to request an ultrasound (since the doctor I had initially seen didnt order it, I had to go to a different one & specifically request it this time around). Well, I got the result from the ultrasound back & Jully was right! They detected benign fibroids, & the Kaiser recommended treatment plan was no treatment plan. Let it be until it gets worse. Great. Well, ~7 weeks of the new diet & herbs, & my cycle has already begun to normalize. & not to mention, the diet has gotten me to eat a whole lot healthier so my skin has cleared up & I even lost a couple pounds! (THANKS, JULLY!! >.

I used to start my mornings with horrible headaches and back pain. I went to a couple of places to fix my issue but didn’t work for me. I had 10 treatments and I started to feel better after 6 treatments. Doctors here are very professional and educate patients how to keep a good posture. I recommended this place to other people and they had good results as well!

I’ve taken my son to different kinds of places to help him with his back And other problems. I haven’t taken him anywhere that is as amazing as this one. I’ve take him for 4 years and Ever since, he’s been so much better and not only from the intense back pains he used to have but from several different adjustments that Jully has done for him. I normally do not write reviews, so this is not a paid review by any means. In fact, the only thing I have paid is them for treatment. Something brought me to this place almost a month ago. I live in Chino and the drive to these Doctors is well worth it. I have been everywhere to so called doctors that just want to feed you with meds and kick you out of their office as if you were cattle. I can honestly say Julie and her father are a God send. They found my problem and eliminated my headaches and so called tremors another so called neurologist diagnosed me with. These are true Doctors and others out there should come and learn from them. They have been a blessing to me and have gotten me back to feeling like a normal healthy person, without any meds. My wife will also begin treatment here as well, very soon. I highly recommend them.

My son started complaining of back pain a couple weeks after purchasing a new bed, the pain became so severe that he was unable to get out of bed. My sister, who also suffers from occasional back pain, recommended the office for acupuncture. When I called the office and spoke to them about his situation and symptoms, they went out of their way to fit him into the schedule that day. Both Jully and her dad explained why he was having the pain, they suggested adjustments and acupuncture along with exchanging his pillowtop bed to a firmer mattress. I was quite impressed how he improved after just a few adjustments and acupuncture. When he walked in for his first visit he could hardly stand, walk, or get out of a chair without being in severe pain. After a couple visits, he was mobile and even able to go back to work.

First visit was a consultation with Dr Peng as she broke down the process on the road to recovery. I was recommended by a friend to check out acupuncture for my acid reflux. After a few visits, my acid reflux and chest pains were completely gone. Instead of prescribing me meds, Dr Peng adjusted my spine and neck. These adjustments help more than any meds or physical therapy. I would highly recommend APN for those who want to fix their injuries or prevent other ones. Could not be more thankful for the work APN has done. My quality of life is much better after these visits to APN.

Dr. Yin Peng and Dr. Jully Peng are fantastic at what they do. As a small family run business, they truly have my interests at heart with the added personal touch that they really cared. My shoulder had been hurting for about a year and through various sessions (chiropractic manipulation and acupuncture), my strength and co-ordination improved dramatically. Prior to coming, I could barely lift a milk carton without feeling serious pain. Now I’m back at the gym and weightlifting with minimal issues. They have been lifesavers, as they’ve allowed me to improve my body when I felt all hope was lost. My son Andrew since his freshmen year of high school has had a 3 millimeter bludgeon disc, me and my husband have taken him to many decompression and chiropractors. Nothing had seemed to work until we took him here. The first week he was back to moving around without the intense back pain he had constantly felt. A month after and he was back to running just fine with no complaining of the disc. Jully and her father are very professional and are so great at what they do and have helped adjust him to keep him in the game. My boyfriend threw his back out a few months ago, causing him to have severe pain. He could barely move and when he tried it would deblitate him. I came to Applied Natural Health with severe sciatic pain that had come to fruitation within a week of its onset. Ive always been a healthy and active young adult. What started as minor pinching down my leg ended up getting severe enough to where I could not get myself to sit down, get in or out of bed, and could barely walk at all, every movement was followed by debilitating pain. I work as an engineer and a professional drummer, this injury had me calling out from both jobs.I came into APN looking for help and was immediately granted what I wished for. Instead of prescribing me pain meds and physical therapy, Jully and the others working here performed adjustments on me and I was able to walk out of the office. Within one week, I was able to go back to work in the office and make a trip to Arizona for a couple shows with my band. I had a goal to go on that trip, rather than telling me I couldnt go, Jully made it her goal to make it work.I have been more than impressed with the work they do here. I highly recommend this office for those who want to fix their injuries and help prevent further ones. I continue to see Jully for preventative maintenance on my spine. Came in with Neck pain that would radiate down to my trap and arm. The first appointment (Consultation), Jully broke down the process on the road to recovery. From there on out, Jully and Doctor Peng would do their thing in bringing relief to my pain and would always listen to how I was doing and any concerns I would have.Also, their pillow specifically for Neck pain really was a life saver at night. Before , I would toss and turn all night due to the pain. Now, the pillow gives me literally one option on how to place ones head, a specific way that doesnt cause tension/irritates the nerve or triggers the pain throughout the night.Also, open on Sundays!! Come through!!!

This place is horrible. I would give them 0 stars if I could. , I do not recommend this place. They have so many tactics to remove bad reviews its not even funny. Most of all those perfect stars, are paid for through incentives. Here is an authentic review.The main thing that I did not like was that this site likes to bundle and make packages. For example, after the first meeting, they gave us a package deal of 7 treatments (~$840 with insurance). However, the status of the body may be different. What if I feel great after 2 treatments? Why should I pay for all 7. Then I felt that they were trying to use scare tactics and reassurance tactics with us. Trust us, it will work for sure, but of course nothing is 100%. Since it was a package deal, we decided not to try. If it was treatment by treatment we would have actually given it a shot. They also wanted to use spinal manipulation, when there was a meniscus tear. So its a good thing we didnt go through with the treatment.Another thing that bothered me was their openness with sharing other peoples information without first asking. For example, on a post that was deleted by yelp, she posted the type of insurance, the diagnosis (in detail), her relatives occupation... which was not professional. Please respect peoples privacy, especially paying customers. Can you imagine your family doctor posting all this information on a yelp page.....

All I want to say Dr. Peng and Julie THANKYOU SO MUCH! My husband was suffering elbow pain for about a year couldnt even throw a baseball or pick up a cup of coffee. After a few sessions he was able to throw a baseball. And he has been feeling great! Some days can get busy but I love that they take there time on you. No rush! Also they are flexible when making a appointment. Highly recommend this place!!

Outstanding service and very professional. I suffer from sciatica and was put on pain killers from my primary Dr. but sure I was not in pain sometimes but the problem was still there and not getting corrected and I definitely didnt want surgery but since Ive been getting adjusted and acupuncture here Ive been feeling great! I am Hassan, a 29 years old from Canada who so far has been very healthy as well as active since I visited Applied Natural Health for my treatment. I work in a radio station as a sound engineer, I like playing ice hockey 2-3 times a week. I sustained an injury 9 months ago, I have been having little pains and was enduring till it was unbearable to me any more in which it was intense compared to what I was feeling before, needing around 2 to 3 days rest before I possibly could leave my house again. I had been receiving treatments from a nearby medical Center but was not satisfied with the treatment I was receiving there.I possibly could not walk quite a few steps without having to lean on a thing due to the car accident I sustained on my way home when I went to play ice hockey. Ive been going to Applied Natural health with Jully and her dad for two months now and have felt the most relief and healing compared to other types of back therapy Ive received. I’ve been coming here since late last year when I was diagnosed with cervical stenosis (narrowing of spinal canal) last September. Cervical stenosis was causing my left and sometimes right shoulders to be in excruciating pain to where I couldn’t hold my kids. Jully Peng is the best! I came to Applied Natural Health with severe Sciatica due to a herniated disc. I couldnt stand in line at a store or walk more than a few feet without excruciating pain. Had tried physical therapy, chiropractic, spinal decompression machines and accupuncture. Was ready to consider surgery after 8 months of significant pain. Jully was patient and always explained things thoroughly. After 7 visits of manual therapy and accupuncture, I have 80 to 90 percent improvement. I can stand without pain and walk several miles. I am so grateful to this practice.

When you walk in in pain and you get up without pain its AHleleu YAH time .. it happened for me on the same day for me..Doctors said I had this and that and surgery was the way to go.. what ever took me so long to walk into Applied Natural Health Inc. was stolen time for me .. I was in pain everyday all day long every step I took was ouch wooo and knife stabbing pain .. I was told I had torn achilles on both heals and scar tissue was causing inflammation .. and only surgery could relieve me of some pain no guarantees and you take chances nothing is 100% .. wow really .. I went to the Pediatrics roughly $1,700. for molds , x rays, fittings and shoes for just a little relief not including the office visit .. then I went on the hunt for Foot Doctor stores and a few others trying to get more opinions for some relief but to no avail but cost $$$.I took my grandson there cuss they wanted to do surgery on him .. and seeing what they did to him I said can you help me. I am really shocked about comments saying anything bad about Jully and that this place is trying to take money just to take money. I brought my husband here for severe back pain and Jully was very thorough and caring while she explained in great detail what the problem was. She even physically showed me the problem on my husbands back and used models of the spine to explain even further. My husband could barely walk keep that in mind. What we decided to do was acupuncture to relieve some pain and come back to start the package therapy sessions. In the meantime, we took her advice very seriously about correcting things at home like my husbands chair and mattress to fix his posture. Doing those things helped ENORMOUSLY. We came back in to start the therapy sessions after a week and she saw how much he had improved and she literally said the home changes have helped significantly, I dont think you should spend money on the therapy package unless he gets injured or falls back into how he was. Drs. Peng did more to help my debilitating back/hip/SI joint injury in just the first 3 treatments than more than a year of chiros, specialists, PT, epidural shots. Jully figured out in less than 10 min what all my drs missed. After being in pain for 1.5 years where I could barely walk, in less than 3 months Im able to jog and hike again. I have had very bad experience with this clinic, so I decide to post this review. The clinic should learn to respect their customers complaints instead of blatantly arguing.First of all, when I was diagnosed incorrectly (which was proven by an MRI analysis afterwards) and was advised a treatment which was expensive and unnecessary, I dont see how Jully could still argue with me. Every doctor makes mistakes some times, just acknowledge the mistake and make up for it. To me, it seems like they are trying to related every problem you have to their own professions and try their best to get money out of you, with very less conscience and medical ethics.Secondly, after having gone through only one evaluation, they would offer you packaged treatments (7 sessions) which I think is a very weird and tricky practice. I have tried Chinese medical treatments both in Taiwan and in the US. Usually there is no fixed time for a treatment since every patients case is unique. The doctors would re-evaluate you during every session and make any medical adjustments accordingly. The entire time frame could be one or two sessions, or it could take months. With the fixed sessions in a single package that this clinic provided, it was like a method to pressure you into a commitment that would cost you almost $1000 out-of-pocket, whether it works or not.Also, from personal experience, as well as also pointed out in many other reviews, the clinic would try forcing you to buy a $50 pillow even when your problem is nowhere related to sleeping postures. Jully referred to it as the magic pillow multiple times, which is not really professional...As a result, its business model seems to be very sales-oriented. Even its Yelp page, some reviews here mentioned that incentives were provided by this clinic to write many of those decorative 5-star reviews, where keywords, advertising terms and even patients medical charts are all over them.I have to conclude that this clinic is really shady in many ways, and somethings just not right. I was referred to Applied Health by a friend. I was experiencing terrible pain in my left arm. When sitting I had to have something under my arm for support. Dr. Peng & Jully have been a huge part in returning the mobility to my arm without the pain I was experiencing. I was educated in the dos & donts of sitting and lounging that was causing my neck, back and arm pain. If youve never had acupuncture it could be a little nerve racking, but Jully explains the process so you are at ease. Ive had an awesome experience!
