Remarkable dental care especially if you have a little bit of anxiety about dental surgery! Dr.Kao is amazing and super gentle. In the past, he did an implant rescue and the other was a bone grafting for an implant The surgery experience was easy and no pain involved with the procedure.

I had some serious tooth pain all of a sudden, called my primary dentist and they were able to get me in quick (within a week) for a consultation and wisdom teeth removal on the same day. The staff was great. Dr. Williams was very professional. People always tell you how terrible getting your wisdom teeth out can be, but I honestly had a very pleasant experience. 3 days out and Im healing exceptionally fast. Highly recommend this office.

I had to get a wisdom tooth removed. When I went in, they wanted to use anesthesia to get the tooth out as they said that its rare to be able to just pull it out without the tooth crumbling. I asked for just the numbing shots and after going over the price difference they agreed to just do the shots. They were pleasantly surprised when they were able to just pull the tooth with no issues. They gave me all the information I needed to be able to prevent infection and/or dry socket. They were willing to work and listen to me as the patient.

Im on my 3rd implant. This particular experience at Facial & Oral Surgery Assoc. is by far the BEST! Dr. Warner and his staff are knowledgeable, personable, caring and thorough! There are 3 locations from which to choose. I walked in for a consult and walked out an hour later with broken tooth extracted and 1st step of implant inserted. I highly recommend FOSA!

Everyone in the office was so very understanding and kind. The doctor and Jonathan were amazing! I had a wisdom tooth that really needed to be taken out and the doctor worked with me to make it affordable since Im self pay and even helped with getting a plan together to get the rest out. Dr. Kao was attentive, patient, and explained my procedure .The doctor was relaxed and seemed very sincere when he spoke about my procedure and what I was to expect from it, he explained every step that would transpire. He even had a report made up in steps showing me everything in the months to come,which was perfect for me. My wisdom teeth were causing me quite a bit of trouble, so I called Facial & Oral Surgery Associates on a Friday and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the following Monday. The consolation and extraction of all 4 of my wisdom teeth were performed on the same day, minimizing the amount of work I had to take off. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and informative throughout the entire process— not to mention, they called periodically during my recovery to check on my progress. It must also be noted that the Arlington facility was clean and well-maintained, while also providing a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Williams and his team are now my go-to recommendation for anyone who finds themselves at odds with their wisdom teeth.

I consulted Dr. Kau for a second opinion and happy I did. He spent time with me as before and together devised a plan. I am impressed with the entire staff. The are friendly and make you feel important . Dr. Kau is the only oral surgeon I would want to treat me.

All went well. Dr Kai is very professional. Would highly recommend. Only point keeping this from 5 stars is one member of the staff. I have never had issues with blood being drawn or receiving IVs until now. The tech had to try twice in 2 spots and left me sore and bruised.

Dr Warner was very friendly and very caring! I havnt been to the dentist in 15 years and I needed some work done. I had three teeth pulled. I was SO nervous and he and the assistants were there every step of the way to help me stay calm. Front office was welcoming and very friendly. All in All, it was a great experience! Quick and painless! Staff was very professional and prompt. I was in and out before I knew it.5 stars for the facility and for Dr. Kao.

Their services seem okay but the two oral surgeons I saw gave me two different diagnoses. I was totally blown away when they charged me $600 for the office call and a scan. They do not file insurance claims. You have to do that yourself. I canceled my next appointment when they told it would cost any ware from $75 to $300. Something like, if the visit was less than 45 minutes $75, over 45 minutes up to $300. Never going back.

It was an amazing experience. Got hit in the mouth and need to get an appt ASAP. Called their reply was how fast can u get here. Had surgery and implant done that morning. While I was in surgery the dr noticed my high blood sugar. This changed my life so I can say a denist saved my life and added years to it. Love the staff their and I have a perfect implant!!!

Dr. Warner was extremely polite and professional. He clearly explained what his diagnosis was and what he proposed to do and why. More had to be done than I originally had thought. He answered all of our questions with clarity. There have been very few times in my life when I could not find words that equaled the services I have received. This is one of those times.Facial & Oral Surgery Associates (Clear Choice), is one of those businesses that a person places their complete confidence in, from the outset. The process I had performed was a complete teeth extraction, followed by the creation of temporary implanted upper and lower bridges. Yes, I said implanted! Several months from now, I will be fitted with a temporary implant to assure a perfect fit, and then the final, permanent implants will be, for lack of a better word......installed.The temporary bridge implants that I now have are comfortable, fit well, and look absolutely beautiful. If I could post a picture, I surely would, and I would certainly keep the bridges if I could. They are that beautiful. By the way, I am 68 years old, and now am told I look 10 to 15 years younger! Their work is THAT good.I hesitate to name names, but am going to try anyway, because this group of professionals are that special. Our first time to see the Doctor and he was amazing. The staff was friendly and he provided a full explanation of what to expect.

My dentist referred me to another oral surgeon, however, I decided to do my own research. I found excellent reviews for Dr Kao on Cigna’s website, which is what prompted me to move forward with the surgery. I was nervous being I am 50 & needed all four of my wisdom teeth removed. When I walked into the office, I felt completely at ease. Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and patient-oriented. It was if I was a former patient, although it was my first visit to the office. I loved the fact I had my consultation & surgery the same day. Dr Kao was very thorough with explaining what needed to be done, the process, what could possibly happen during the surgery & the after care instructions. The surgery went well and only lasted 45 minutes as he said it would. Dr. Kao is the best Oral Surgeon I’ve met. He has a calm, pleasant demeanor & he truly cares about his patients. I will refer all of my family & friends to Facial & Oral Surgery Associates. Btw, the office was very clean & the entire staff wore masks.

This is definitely a place where i will recommend other people to come for any dental or Oral Surgery. The associates and Doctors are very professional and great @ what they do. I mean the Dr. John Paul took care of me by pulling all my wisdom tooth out on March 18, 2021. Here it is 3 days later March 21, 2021 and im feeling great as ever. Also i didnt mention how it only took him like 45 minutes to pull all 4 of my wisdom tooth as well. So with all that being said i want to thank the staff and Dr. at Facial & Oral Surgery Associates for being very friendly and helpful in saving my smile and taking away of my pain.

The diagnosis confirmed the problem and the one option to resolve this, tells me what I need to do. The suggestion to cut and clean out will be a last resort, though. Dr. Williams is not in my network. I will talk to my PCP to see what his suggestion is and decide which option to take.

Took my daughter to Dr. Kao at FOSA to get her wisdom teeth removed. They did a wonderful job. All four impacted wisdom teeth removed in less than 30 minutes. We were able to do a consultation and same day removal. All the staff was friendly and professional. My daughter was anxious before surgery and after surgery she couldnt stop talking about what a great job Dr. Kao did. Highly recommend FOSA.

Id give them 10 stars if I could. Entire staff was very warming and caring. I went in with a palette tumor and was very very nervous about it to say the least. Dr. Williams was very thorough and answered any concerns I had. We booked the operation and everything went really well. I had very little pain and healed up nicely. So glad we found his office, you can tell the entire staff is there because they genuinely care. This place is truly something special.

Needed to have a tooth pulled out and grafted because my gum kept getting infected.So far three days later have not had any pain from the procedure. Everyone involved was very professional.Will see how it goes after stiches are removed if I have any more problems in this area.

My dad has had multiple extractions done over the past several years by Dr. Warner. Not a pleasant thing to have done but we couldnt ask for a better doctor and staff. These folks provide a very specialized service and they are experts at what they do. If I ever need the type of procedures that they perform, youd have a hard time getting me to go anywhere else.
