First time here today. I arrived early for my appointment and they got me in as soon as I was done with my paperwork. I needed lab tests done and I was still out in less than 20 minutes. This doctor visit was better than any I had at my primary care physician’s office in 20 years of going there. I will be returning.

Made a 8:00 appt online for a TB test. Arrived at the clinic and went in at 7:55. 2 patients came after me and were taken before me. 8:25 I asked for my license back and left. They didnt care. That was a waste of time and gas! Not to mention all the ridiculous paperwork for a TB test. STAY AWAY!

Called the number to see if they were open today since it is a holiday. I was informed they were open however when I git there they were closed.

Very convenient to do your shopping and go to a clinic as well. Even though short of staff- very polite and on point! Love the nurse practitioner- very nice and caring lady thank you for your service w :)

See Dr. Alexis. She is very professional, and she is also a very personable person to see. You can tell she cares about her job and the people she meets. Made my experience very pleasant both times that I have seen her. The bad reviews are mainly from wait times for drug testing. But Ive had similar wait times elsewhere. Overall, a really good clinic for the price.

I went in to get some immunization; and the whole process was easy and simple! The staff were super nice, fast and amazing! Didnt pay anything since my insurance covered it! 🙌🏼

I had to wait for one hour just to get my data enter into the system. by the time it was about to ready. Rosalinda, the slow front desk person, told me, oh by the way, you need to wait for another hour because you dont have an appointment. I came just for a vaccine shot, it should take less than 5 min to do so.DO NOT COME to this clinic for SHOTS.do NOT believe THEM if they say, just walk in, no need to make an appointment.if you HAVE TO come here, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.And if this lady is the person servicing you, BE CAREFUL - BE READY to take a LOONG WAIT!!!

Here Im websites says open and its closed. Called idiot and was informed she will be back at 2:15 and now I would need an ointment. Save yourself the aggravation and find a regular physician, they are not worth it momeywise either any more

Called to get a price on a procedure and was told it would be $25. Came by and lady at front told me she would check with the provider and get back with me. After filling out all the PPW and waiting for 20 mins, she told me that the price was $69 instead of $25. Asked if she could explain the difference in price, was told it was due to age. At least give me a better reason to go back on your word than that...

There was no wait time, and the staff was friendly. My family has visited a few times and we havent had any issues. More importantly, the diagnoses was given and we were better after taking meds .

The doctor I met with was very nice, helped me out and made me feel better. But I was charged $79.99 for my visit and then another $58 for my medicine. Only to receive a phone the next day saying they forgot to Bill me an extra $60! Are you effing kidding me? That is down right ridiculous. I am fuming. Its bad enough that I had to drive all the way out to your location, when living on the other side of town. They need to make some changes, because that is absolutely unacceptable to say oh sorry you owe us even more money!

I had an appointment at 9.30 am. It took me more than 40 minutes to wait. So I finally decided to leave because I have other things to do that day. This is really unprofessional. All I can said good things about this place is “CHEAP”. One medical assistant lady is not very nice though. I wouldn’t make appointment anymore if I need to come here because it seems not working out. Just come for a lab test!

Nurse at the front desk was extremely overwhelmed. Seemed out of sorts. Definitely a money racket. You pay $40 plus any other things you have done. You can ask for one simple thing and it turns in to you needing a few other things that cost more. Then after you get the results for those needed things you still have to come back (and pay AGAIN) for the very thing you asked for in the first place! On a good note, the doctor was very nice.

I have been there a couple of times the wait time was only a few minutes and the staff is great.

The actual Dr is great and it is highly affordable here. Im very patient when it comes to wait times (I ended up waiting over an hour), and being behind schedule. However, I showed up for my appointment 10 mins early, and another man showed up for his 20 mins late, but was still seen first. I guess you get what you pay for.

I come here once a year for my work tb test because it’s cheap but y’all, every single time I absolutely dread it. I always make an appointment but it NEVER fails that I wait 20+ minutes to get in a room and then 20+ more minutes to see a provider. That is for the injection and then again to have it read. This should take like 5 minutes total. It’s so disfunctional. Watched the provider arrive 20 minutes late this morning and nobody cares!! Shame on me for giving them repeat business.

I have horrible insurance but make more than would qualify for free healthcare. So, I end up at this clinic every time me or a family member ends up ill. The prices have gone up and I used to only pay $60 a visit and now I pay $80, but its cheaper than everywhere else. I dont really like it but its a NP that can write me a Rx for an antibiotic and thats all that matters in the end. I never get my script sent to the correct location, I seem to always arrive on a break period, and I often feel like they look down on me, but it is what it is. They are nice enough. Although, I do miss the good ol days of $30 co-pays and real doctors.

Got there at 12:40....left lift a little after 2.A simple drug test shouldnt take that long.

After an hour drive for an appointment we were told the dr was sick. What kind of business doesnt alert there sick patients that have made an appointment on a timely manner. Called corporate to report there unprofessionalism.

Ok...not bad. It took the fro t lady a whole to acknowledge me...but she was nice afterwards. :) not bad as expected by the reviews.

All the staff was really nice, thank you for caring for me because my problem was more serious than i thought it would be, but im doing ok and im feeling better thanks to yall for being such a great team keep the good work and god belss all of yall- Dolores Walker

I like the doctors and staff the service is excellent and fast.

The nurse practitioner i saw was extremely friendly, professional, and knew her stuff.

Horrible experience.. I went in for a drug test walk in stood up for 30 mins waiting on them to just sign me in and a man was waiting 40 mins before for the same exact test.. press the button she told me she would be right with me and she made me wait additional 20 mins !

I will start off by saying that the girl at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The nurse practitioner, Georgina Wiley, on the other hand was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tested positive for strep throat and she refused to give me antibiotics due to this being the third time in 6 months that Ive had strep. She said I needed to go to an ENT, I needed my tonsils out, and I must be a carrier of strep. Being that she is only a nurse practitioner, she would not know any of these things!!! When I told her that I cannot afford to go to an ENT this week, her reply was you can buy an Apple Watch, but not go to an ENT? How is that an of your business lady??!! She finally gave me an antibiotic after I said I was reporting her. Although she said Ive already taken the two cheaper antibiotics in the last 6 months so I couldnt take those again and I would have to do an expensive one. Anyway, lesson learned. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Spend the extra money and find yourself a good doctor that is willing to listen and help!!

I have walmart insurance and was seen for $4.00! Great staff and felt better really quickly definitely recommended.

Horriblethe lack of professionalism from both CNAs. It took 20min before she acknowledged my presence. Poor attitude, slow, cell phone texting. I will never use them again. If I was actually paying I would have left immediately.

Came to take a drug screen took about 10mins no wait time, the nurse offered me a bottle of water she was really polite. Id definitely come back.

The woman at the front desk was rude,uneprofessional,she looked like she hated her job.She should be fired and someone that wants and need a job should be hired instead.After all these negative reviews I dont understand why they dont do something about it!!

The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I was the only one in the lobby Gloria did not greet me and the only thing she said was yeah basically meaning how can I help you... Very disappointing that Wal-Mart allows this. Then again its Wal-Mart. Oh and she was ordering food put finger up and told me to hold on..RUDE!

Very limited on what they can do, scheduling staff is totally clueless on what the NP can do and equipment is so wore out that it left bruises on my arm from the attempt to take my blood pressure. Avoid this scam at all costs.

Bad ! Receptionist never greeted us I had to stand there until she finally looked up and acknowledged me hardly talks to you all she does is give you the paperwork and dissappears

Husband sat for an hour waiting and then was told they couldnt see him for what he went in for. They should have told him when he calles them. Unprofessional. What a waste of space.
