All the staff are very friendly professional and compassionate. The process was very easy and smooth I was very confident in their actions through the whole process. I have to commend all of the doctors nurses assistants and any technicians involved in my process they were also very compassionate and friendly and made me feel very at ease. They listened to everything I had to say and you dont always get that.You can tell by their action that they care about their patients. I have not seen this kind of care and compassion anywhere else that I have been. I would-be be be willing to use their facilities and their staff again. Excellent patient care. The team explained my procedure and was extremely nice to me and did everything they could to help me feel at ease. I received epidural injections and I definitely couldn’t asked for a better place to get them done.

Staff seemed very friendly and prepared for me. This was my initial visit a d the doctor was very friendly and attentive and explained everything to me on what was wrong with me. He set me at ease with what to expect so now Im waiting to make the injection appointment If it goes as well as the consult, I will be happy. Pain relief is what I need and it seems this will be the answer..

All the staff were very professional and caring both times I had procedures done. Dr Cummings was very sincere and informative with explaining the procedures he did a wonderful job , he was a blessing.

They treated me like one of theirs own. Nice staff. Doctor was polite and on time and explained everything before the surgery. The only bad thing was one the nurses kept blowing up my veins until she got it right which left bruises on both of my arms and hands! And their sore!

I was sent here after an accident by my attorney. THIS PLACE IS AMAZINGG!!! from making sure my and was fixed to tackling my wrist issues to my back issues they were efficient in covering every possible angle so that i was in tip top shape. I love the vertex surgical unit as well, there team was very reassuring and kinda explain the procedure in depth multiple time to me and my mom. Overall great facility and company in arlington at least

The doctors and nurses are amazing but the front desk staff is rude every time I come in I’ve waited 30 minutes to be called in after my appointment time and today I was told 20 minutes after I signed in that they couldn’t find mine and my girlfriends charts they didn’t great us or even ask if any of our information has changed since the last visit was completely neglected because she didn’t look at the sign in sheet to see if we signed in.

Great, I was scared but the doctors were very patient and nice, they took great care of me.

I went in for a lower left lumbar epidural shot in my spine. I was nervous at first but the staff was fantastic very professional, and talked to me every step of the way until the procedure was over. I highly recommend VIP to everyone!!!
