Horrible experience. I called them for an appointment and requested they give me a slot long enough to have my cavities filled same day as I was driving from far to get there. They agreed and ensured me I could. When I got there, they did my x rays and the doctor examined me. I then asked him if he could fill my cavities same day and he said “sure, if you have time”. They brought me the paperwork to initial for the cavity filling procedure. I had a question regarding the split between insurance and out of pocket when the office manager walked in and rudely told me they won’t be doing any fillings today. She will send a PD to my insurance which could take up to 90 days. I told her the doctor just told me he would do the fillings 5 mins ago, I’m ready to pay, and they even had me sign the pre-procedure forms. She informed me that the doctor had a surgery to go into and has no room on his schedule (even though he JUST told me he would be able to). When I asked why they had me fill out the pre procedure forms then, she said her staff is new and didn’t know what they were doing. Side note, bathroom was out of order and the sink where I brushed my teeth didn’t even drain. Overall horrible experience and a big waste of my time and gas to get here. Do not recommend at all.

I am only leaving this review as I showed up for my 9 am dentist appt at 8:45 to be there on time, I waited until 9:30 before I left as no one was still at the office and theres no option to leave a message. A receptionist then calls at 9:48 to tell ME that I didnt show up & would I like to reschedule. I did assure her that SHE in fact was NOT there on time and I already scheduled another appt online. Reminder you open at 9 am.I have been to them before and the staff was friendly but this experience was not the best.

I have to say, the people here, especially Miss Stacy, is Fantastic! I wish I could give 10 stars! So friendly. From my very first contact by phone then meeting everyone. I felt really comfortable, respected and propriety. Miss Stacy is the best hands down best lady I ever met. She is so caring, thoughtful and you can tell she loves her job and it shows! Great personality, friendly, outgoing and always pleasant. She really walks you through everything. Very informative. Dr K and his assistant are hilarious! I actually can say i had a good time and painless efficient service same day! I tell everyone to go there. You will be so happy to find a great dentist and have fun doing it! Love then all! This dental practice is the worst I have ever been to. If I could give them less than 1 star I would! The first day we went we were told they couldnt do our cleanings and that I needed 1/2 of a deep cleaning and my husband needed a complete deep cleaning. I found this hard to believe about myself as I have been getting cleanings regularly and it was never even mentioned at my last dentist. I was hesitant but went ahead and scheduled my appointment for the following week. I was told I would have an 11am appointment and my daughter would have an appointment to get two cavities filled. We arrived early for the appointments only to sit and wait in the waiting area until 11:10am. I was brought back to the room and left there for an additional 10 minutes. At 11:20 and no update, I went to the front desk to find out what was going on and how much longer it would be. I was told that even though we had appointments they had scheduled someone else and so it would be another 30 minutes at least before my appointment would even take place. I then said forget the deep cleaning lets do a regular cleaning and I was told that they wouldnt do a cleaning for me then. I said cancel my appointment then. I then asked about my daughters appointment and they said that it would be at least another hour putting her appointment starting at 1pm at the earliest. I told them to cancel our appointments and that if they cant respect our time they dont deserve our business. I also advised that they needed to cancel my husbands future appointment as well as we would not be returning to this practice. This office is dirty. There are homeless people sleeping in the stairwell outside the office. Take your business elsewhere! I am a physician and I found this practice and their treatment of patients completely disrespectful. I also find it very interesting that you cant get a regular cleaning but instead they insist on giving clients deep cleanings which insurance doesnt cover! I would not waste your time or money going to this practice and I plan on letting my dental carrier know of my experience!!

I was kindly asked to post a review. I never do so, BUT here i am because i have to say. Best dental office i have ever been to! I hate the dentist like most but i promised Ms Stacie i would. I did so because she is just sugar and spice and extremely nice. She really is genuinely great. She is always available if i have questions, even dumb ones. Lol. The Dr is friendly and did great job. Thank all for making this visit a painless one. I highly recommend!

Well me and my dad went to there for our cleaning and they told my dad they couldn’t clean his teeth because they had to do a deep cleaning and he had to pay $3,000 and they didn’t keep me back long enough and they are very rude and they don’t make you feel welcome. They are a very cosmetic dentist and I think it’s waste of time and money. I’m not interested in going back and they can go out of business

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I was greeted warmly by Jennifer at the receptionist. Didnt have to wait hardly anytime to go to the dental chair. In the exam room was another warm and friendly staff member, Mel. I really like Dr. Tzeng. She took the time and patience to explain everything to me before starting the procedures. She was very gentle and caring. It was a great experience . I am recommending them highly.

The work they do is effective but not efficient. It always takes way longer than needed when I come in. When Im told that something will take 30 minutes and I come in and its over that for the dentist to come in, it is not ideal especially when I have already mentioned that I have to go back to work. This is my 3rd visit this year, bc my treatment required multiple visits and it just drags on every single time.

Nice brand new dental clinic, saw the old one and they really did a great job on the remodel. The dentist was very friendly and the staff explained what my insurance was going to cover and what the best avenue was to get the most done before it resets in January. That was something I didnt know . Will be getting my work done here. Based on my first visit I would recommend.

I love this dental office everyone is professional and kind. I honestly dont like going to the dentist at all. However the dentist and the staff gave me a great experience.

Just moved to the area and needed a new dentist. This is, by far, the best dental experience I have ever had. The waiting room was nearly instantaneous, the procedures used ultra-modern tools, and I was in and out in an extremely short time. The staff I worked with were extremely helpful and competent, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

In the middle of cleaning the doctor was told to stop so I can pay $245 deductible for pulling and 2 filling.Other than that the service was okay.
