I visited this office to have dental work done. By far the greatest dental experience Ive ever had. The office was clean and the front of office staff were very friendly. The first day I visited for my appointment I was scheduled with Dr. Kathy, she might be the sweetest Doctor Ive ever had to deal with. She consulted, that I would need a couple of fillings and deep cleaning. So, I took her recommendation and came back for another visit to get the work done. This time my dental work was handled by Dr. Tello. This Doctor did great job with my teeth. The guy literally takes great pride in his work. Never seen my teeth look so good. I recommend either Doctor, you cant go wrong with either. Both doctors answered all my questions and concerns, explained everything perfectly. By far the best dental experiences and office. Ask for either Doctor, you wont be disappointed.

Red Flags!! DreamWorks Dental had been a long time care provider for my wife and I. I recently went there for a routine check up and cleaning and all was well, the Doctors and Hygenists are great, but I have discovered some crooked front end staff. I was all done headed to check out and the first lady to speak to me, I dont recall seeing a name tag, told me that my charge would be $88, I then kind of questioned $88 for routine x-rays, dental exam, and cleaning? My insurance which has not changed in a little over 3 years always covered that. She doesnt get confrontational BUT she asks me to hang on while she goes and talk to another lady in an office towards the back of the front desk area, when she returns she tells me shes going to give me a discount and charge me $25, to which I wasnt too thrilled about since I hadnt paid for these checks ever. She did tell me the charge was for the bitewing x-rays. Later while at work I got my employer to send me a copy of my insurance coverages, interesting thing I found was all the stuff done to/for me was all covered by my group one coverages 100% by my insurance, so now Im less pleased that I got charged anything. Today in the mail I receive my EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and find that per the coding submitted to my insurance that my insurance covered everything but $5, so yet again not thrilled about the extra $20 from the alleged discount. As Im examining my EOB I notice across the top that all of a sudden it says I am OUT OF NETWORK. Another head scratcher, Id been IN NETWORK for the longest, so when did my dentist office become OUT OF NETWORK? And when were they going to tell me?!?!?!?! Needless to say we discovered Dr. Nina Dihn no longer works there, and found shes at another dental practice, which covers IN NETWORK with my insurance, my wife and I went there to sign back up with Dr. Nina Dihn, and showed them the dental plan that DreamWorks had quoted my wife over $300 per tooth needing repair, and so per our second opinion going back to Dr. Nina Dihn she got both teeth fixed at LESS than half what DreamWorks was going to try and steal from us since we are now OUT OF NETWORK with them. So lesson to all, make sure your insurance is IN NETWORK because the ladies at the front desk certainly will not tell you, but theyll take your money!!

Dr. Nina Dinh of Dreamworks Dental and Orthodontics, in Arlington, TX is on top of the Orthodontics game. She really knows how to diagnose the exact dental issues and more importantly does stellar work in completing the required dental treatments. Ive had two crowns put in that have worked perfectly since being completed and I cant even tell they are crowned. Her work is so good, I dont have any dental worries that used to keep me from going in for dental checkups and needed dental work at other dental offices. Additionally, the staff at Dreamworks is profession and truly caring. Even getting a dental cleaning there has been great and so professional done. My experience and that of my family at Dreamworks has been nothing less than spectacular. I seldom complete any surveys or feedback, but I feel I must provide feedback in respect to Dr. Dinh and the outstanding staff at Dreamworks. My whole families dental experience at Dreamworks has been GREAT leaving us plenty of time to go to Disney World and other great places and live life without worry about dental issues. I was terrified of going to the dentist that I put it off for so long. Coming here was a great experience. I got a root canal done and not only did I not feel any pain at all, the whole staff made me feel comfortable. The doctor made sure I was okay the entire time and assured that I would not feel any pain at all. Words do not do justice on how great this place is and how great my experience went. Took my 3 year old Daughter there. It was her first time at th dentist! They were great with her! Check in was fast and easy. They put cartoons on for her right when she sat down. They had awesome sun glasses to protect her eyes when doing the cleaning! Everyone was great with her and worked with her. They took their time and asked me if I wanted to stop any time my daughter got agitated. Super happy with the customer service. Excited that we found a great place to go!

Since when it acceptable for the dentist to double or triple book you like the airlines? We had a 11:30am appointment and at 12pm no dentist, no apology for the long wait, etc. They did see our child late one evening for an emergency, but that doesnt mean their time is more important than others in our everyday busy lives. Poor organizational skills on their part in my opinion. I wish I could book my clients like that and just assume theyll wait for me to show up for our scheduled appointment.

My fist time coming here and the I will say the ladies are very sweet. Sadly the dental hygienist was careless when performing a routine cleaning. I always get a little anxiety going to any Dentist/Orthodontist, but I love going to this office. The staff is always friendly and easy to talk to, and they address any concerns I have about my teeth with knowledgeable answers. I never felt like I could find an office I was comfortable going to, but Dreamworks has definitely become my favorite and only place I can go to for dental work. 10/10 would recommend.

I was referred by a friend to get my braces through Pixar Dental. My appointments have always gone smoothly with little to no wait. The staff is extremely nice, understanding and polite. I had 4 teeth extracted in the process and it was a much better experience than I expected with minimal pain. I was also changing insurances while I was getting braces and the staff was very helpful by contacting my insurance and working it out. Based on my experiences with my braces I decided to get my bi-annual cleaning here also. Again, I have not experienced any problems. I highly recommend Pixar Dental.

This office was the first office I considered for braces for my son. Even with no insurance coverage, monthly plans were reasonable and they were willing to work with me on the down payment. During the consultation I contacted my neighbor to consider her sons orthodontist and my son said I bet she says here! Sure enough he was right! After the consultation, he was so excited and eager to return. He was scheduled less than 2 weeks later. They were so friendly and welcoming that I couldnt resist scheduling a cleaning for myself for the very next day! The staff is friendly, and I especially appreciate the teamwork and comradery.

This is a review from an orthodontist patient at Dreamworks Dental.(Daughter wrote this but I completely agree)I have been a patient for over 2 years now and I am very close to transferring to another orthodontist.Dreamworks orthodontist is Horrible!Every time I go to an appointment I see such an unorganized routine that they have going.You walk in and pay, sit for about 20 minutes waiting for them to call your name so you can sit in a room and then wait 20 minutes for them to come to the room and actually start working! They have an empty office! You would think that it would be a little bit faster. When they finally come into the room, you’ll notice that they treat you with no respect. They look like they don’t want to see you. Once they start working on your braces they make it seem like they don’t know what they’re doing! The tools are always pinching my gums, and when they can’t get a band on my bracket; they “accidentally” stab me with the tool and often cause my lips or/and gums to bleed. They make an unnecessary amount of mistakes and it’s so annoying! After I’ve sat in the office for an appointment which should take 30 minutes but it takes about one hour, I go home and soon realize that My bands are already falling off!If you look at other reviews you might think that they are great but they are actually forced. Almost every time that I attend an appointment they tell me to give them a review and they watch over me as I do it!This is a horrible orthodontistChoose ANY orthodontist except Dreamworks Orthodontist!

Pixar dental is a good place. Everyone should come here they accept insurance and all ages. You wont be disappointed. Also daijhone is the nicest and friendly person ever and very welcoming she makes you feel like your family

I love coming here because they are very friendly and good with kids. I took my daughter and 4 nephews from ages 2 to 11 and they did a great job on making all the children feel comfortable and not scared. I highly recommend Pixar for your family.

The staff is an incredible bunch of people! Our family have been patients for 5 years. They are always flexible with your schedule. Three of our four children have gotten braces at this location. Can’t say enough about these great people!!

Me and my husband is not from Texas we moved here in 1998 we found a dentist here in Texas that we did not care for so we stop going to him, also doing that time I had a relative that had a emergency do to a dentist back in Shreveport that incident scared me and my husband we have not been to a dentist in a long time, I told my husband that it is time for us to go back to the dentist real I found Pixar Dental and Dr Nina Dinh is the dentist words cannot say how nice and caring she is, she make you fill like your the only patient she have, My husband started going to her and he like going to here to, if I had of found her when I arrived in Texas we would of never had to go so long without going to the dentist. The nurses and the staff there is the same way really friendly and caring. AT the top were you have to rate Pixar Dental and it only go up to five stars while they need more then five stars to say how good they are. I think if we moved back to Shreveport I would still come to Texas to the dentist
