Dr. Alexander and every one of the staff members we worked with throughout the process of LASIK were absolutely phenomenal. From beginning to end they were consistently kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I had great success with my LASIK, despite having an aggressive prescription, and I highly recommend AEI!

I recently had the most awesome, lifechanging experience- I had my vision restored to 20/20 by having Dr Alexander perform the Perma Gold lens replacement!! And I can’t stop smiling and talking about my great results!! After wearing contacts for many years and having to use readers OVER my contacts to thread a needle or do fine hand work and having to bring all my contact stuff for month long vacations, I was frustrated. I contacted friends that had Dr. Alexander do this same surgery and they were more than pleased saying also, that they wished they would have had it done 10 years sooner. I had a great experience getting Lasik done at the Alexander Eye Institute and I would recommend them to anyone thinking about vision correction. I had an unrelated medical issue that caused me to have to reschedule my Lasik surgery but they worked with me and were able to get me in the next day. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt comfortable right from the very first consultation. They also give you a folder full of information regarding what to expect and how to care for your eyes pre and post-surgery. Overall, I am very happy with my results and I wish I would have done this years ago!

Couldnt recommend more. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially Jess and Dr. Alexander, who I interacted with the most during the process. The whole thing was incredibly straightforward, and I had Lasik done within two weeks of my consultation. I could immediately see better after the procedure. As my eyes healed, my vision only improved. I would recommend getting Lasik to anybody who uses contacts!Besides the staff, the best thing about Alexander Eye Institute was the transparency of the process. There were none of the hidden fees that I was expecting, and all my visits (both pre and post operations) were included in the price of the procedure that was outlined at the outset.

Best decision I ever made. I had Lasik surgery 21years ago and now I have the start of cataracts and will definitely see Dr. Alexander for correction of this.

The staff at Alexander Eye Institute oversold the benefits of lens implants. They had me believe the benefits would be immediate, but that’s not been my experience. Also, the staff didn’t explain the procedure and I wasn’t aware that I would be completely awake during the procedure, which was quite frightening. I would not recommend the services of Alexander Eye Institute to my friends.

I paid a premium price to have lasik done by Alexander. I really enjoyed my experience with them during the surgery, but a good part of the reason that I chose Alexander is that adjustments were guaranteed for a lifetime. Now, my eyes have changed to the point I need glasses again. Dr. Alexander tells me its too risky to have another lasik surgery, and another Alexander employee said the lifetime warranty did not really mean that because so many factors change in a persons eye. It was a gaurauntee that if it did not work (Lasik,) we could do another adjustment right away.They will offer no discount on the PermaClear.I have to encourage you to stay away from Alexander Eye Institute as they cannot be trusted as they dont stand behind their warranty. To say a lifetime warranty really means a couple of months is a total joke. There are other lasik and cataract surgery businesses just as good with lower prices.
