Very pleased with the service and friendly personalities. Dan gave me a great overview of the different selections they carry for eye wear and was very knowledgeable. Faces Eyewear carries quality brands and some that are more rare, especially in the fox valley. This was the main draw for me, being in the design industry and caring about well designed, well built products, but the service is what will keep me coming back. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

Wonderful! Great prices and great selection of frames. They were wonderfully thorough with everything (which is important for great glasses!). On top of great service, they were beyond kind to a Mommy and her itchy-handed-two-year-old in tow. I wandered in here three years ago with my little boy, looking for a specific size and color of Oliver Peoples frame, the staff at Faces had them for the best price I had seen yet, ordered the frames, put them together with my prescription and mailed them to me when they arrived, so I could have them as soon as possible, since I was out of state shortly after ordering! They also custom cut lenses for a cute pair of glasses I purchased on Etsy that year for backup. This year, even though I currently am across the country (2,000 miles away) again, I was able to email them my new prescription on Tuesday, mail my (also custom from etsy) frames to them, and received my new glasses by Saturday in the mail. They are perfect, clear; exactly what I wanted! My entire family wears glasses and is very picky and I continually suggest Faces to each of them. Stop by there, they really are that great!
