A pharmacy tech provided me with the worst customer service and medical experiences I have ever had. I was trying to get a COVID vaccination and everything on their end was messed up. And, the tech was rude about it, as well! Im happy this disaster of a store is not responsible for my prescriptions.

Horrible service and sloooooow. Routinely screw up prescriptions or dont have them ready on time. Actually gave me a controlled substance prescription once and forgot to mark it off in the system. Then proceeded to call me every day to come and pick it up. Cant fix stupid. Started using Amazon Pharmacy for anything 30 days or less. Would use Amazon for longer prescriptions but Caremark forces you to use their pharmacy for long term meds. Nice little scam there.

Unlike Walgreens I gotta turned away at the drive thru window on foot. They would give me a covid test because I wasnt in vehicle thats absurd. I had a scheduled appointment I was early for. Poor service!

I approached the counter and was ignored while the tech lead ate his snack (he looked at me and ignored me then went back to eating). The girl working had to cover for his sloppy and unprofessional behavior even though she was actually busy. She told me it would be just a minute which was fine but she shouldnt have had to cover for his behavior. Then when he finally got around to greeting me he was just plain rude. I wont go back and dont recommend to anyone that has alternative options. Plenty of places employ decent people and its a shame that one bad egg ruins the experience and reputation for everyone else.

Love love love this place and the savings that the ExtraCare program has saved me. Joel is an associate that works here that is not only super friendly but very helpful and product knowledgeable! Congrats to whomever hired him. He or she made a great choice !

Although I rarely go here Ive never had any issues. When picking up prescriptions Ive always gotten the lowest price possible without having a GoodRx card or any other discount card which is surprising to me.

Extremely rude and poor customer service. I’ll stick with Walgreens.

Consistently very slow

Cannot get a hold of anyone here no one answers the phone I dont even think theyre open not sure what the problem is they must not be a business?

Came in trying to find an inhaler because I can’t take a deep breath and the doctors won’t give me the proper tests I need to get an inhalant steroid to fix my problems.Stood at the pharmacy desk for about 30 minutes waiting for the pharmacist that the assistant told me would help me. They never helped me.Thanks I’ll just go struggle to breath somewhere else. It is as they say. Medical attention in this country is a joke.

Pharmacy is slow, but the store always has what I need and I like the employees at the cash register. The new self-checkout option is great.

I went for a covid test and he didn’t explain how to do it. I threw the test away because I didn’t know what to do with it. I got no help or explanation. Terrible service

Courteous. Quick. Knowledgeable. Well-staffed. Always open. When I call, and am put on hold, it is not usually long, and they have nice music to keep you calm: Rachmaninoff? Anyone know?

Worst service ever, asked for an ice pack because my son twisted his ankle (hes 5) pharmacist said aisle 14, go find it your self.i am busy looking @ my phone.What a joke

They used to be the slowest pharmacy I had ever worked with, but they have really picked up their game the last few months and I have been quite happy. Only reason it isnt 5 stars is that time will tell if they maintain this or backslide

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced! Three trips back to this place to get a prescription that was suppose to be faxed over 2 1/2 hours earlier. Not to mention that I needed to buy a blood pressure kit and was sold an insulin kit.....REALLY? SMH

Make sure you count your pills! Last prescription was short 5 pills! If you cant do basic math you shouldnt be handling peoples medications!

Their carpet always smells! The customer service here is mediocre! I prefer Walgreens

They like to screw up your prescriptions. Slowest people in town, and if their talking to their coworkers and your waiting. Well your gonna keep waiting till they finish their conversation.
