A year ago I went to the ER for a severe lower back injury. After living with chronic back pain for a year, I finally made an appointment at Appleton Spine Institute. After about a month of treatment and physical therapy, I have highly increased mobility and my back and neck pakn have almost disappeared. Both doctors were very helpful in my recovery. I would highly recommend going here to anyone who suffers from back or neck pain.

Calls and cancels scheduled appointments to start vacation early..Changes hours of operation on a whim..Seems to care more about getting the boat in the water than taking care of a patient with an urgent need..during what are supposed to be normal business hours. Numerous different occasions of disappointment and 3 years with no real results..Even when seen our appointments were rushed and getting consultation was a chore..And on more than a few occasions another doctor was subbed in for Dr. Roger Nguyen without notice or consent even when it was made clear my wife and I were not comfortable with the other doctor.Looking back I wonder now why I kept going there.
