Spend two hours on my first appointment, most of which was waiting around for someone to do something. Got x-rays taken, and later the receptionist deleted them for some odd reason. Went to Neuroscience, had X-rays done, and the doctors there were unable to validate half of what Appleton Chiropractic claimed I had, including a broken vertebrae. Not sure if theyre padding their bill over there or what. Overall rather unprofessional, and took a long time to do practically nothing for me. Also, billed my insurance over twice what most chiropractors have in the past.

Dr. Roy was able to help me with my back problems and now I see him as needed. Its nice to walk without lower back pain!!!

Receptionist called me at work 4 times because she couldnt figure out how to enter my insurance then let me drive there after work to tell me that my insurance wouldnt cover that office. So, she can call for money but not to save me money.
