Dr. Litwin & his staff have been wonderful since we started coming there. At first it was just for the Proactive Weightloss program ~ I lost over 100lbs in just under a year! Then we began coming for his chiropractic services. To lose weight he 1st has you on a customized plan to your goals, current health & weight. HE DOES NOT want you to excersize or change your habits until you reach your goal! Which when you see how fast you lose weight ~ changes lower than your 1st goal was 😉. Then he teaches you what foods you have a sensitivity to avoid and by then YOU HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY that YOU have increased your activities ON YOUR OWN!

I have been seeing Dr. Litwin since my son was born in 2014. He also started adjusting my son, who suffered from re-occurring ear infections as well as common childhood illness. When I got pregnant with my daughter in 2017, Dr adjusted me and addressed a pelvic issue and lower back pain from pregnancy. Toward the end of my pregnancy, I was seeing him every couple days for an adjustment!! My daughter was born all natural, in 1.5 hours from start to finish! I have full confidence that my quick, easy labor was due to the fact that I stayed adjusted and active throughout my pregnancy!

Ive been struggling with an achilles issue for over two years--podiatrists, physical therapists, doctors of various kinds have tried various things all leaving me continuing to suffer and thinking this may just be my life. I’ve had lower back issues for many years...off and on, and had four episodes of excruciating pain in my back over the years to the point of falling down when trying to get up and I’m 31 years old. Every time there’s been an episode I’d try to deal with it on my own. This last time a few months ago I had agonizing pain and went into urgent care, received a shot and pain medication. My wife went to Dr. Litwin because it was very apparent one of her hips were not in alignment. She had such a great experience she almost set up an appointment for me before leaving the chiropractic office. She called me and I agreed to go in the same day. Dr. Litwin asked questions to determine the problem, took an X-ray and found that there were a couple issues with my spine that he could help with. So he set up a treatment plan. After a couple weeks he said I needed to do some exercises specifically to help with the trouble area to prevent future issues. This had got me started working out again in no time! Just living a healthier lifestyle now. Once a month I go for preventative maintenance, so far so good! Everyone working in the office is very friendly, and genuinely cares about you with a smile.
