They did an amazing job on my daughters hair. They were able to do exactly what she wanted. Then they styled it just like she asked. She walked out of there feeling like a million bucks.

Experience and Quality is 100% based on who you have cutting your hair. People come and go ALL the time. Try to book with Krista shes been there as long as I can remember and Ive always gotten exactly what Ive wanted with great quality when shes cut my hair.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! Went to the salon last Thursday. They make you sign a waiver. Please tell me where you go that makes you sign something? Then she goes over the cost which came to $134 when I was finished, suddenly the cost was $154. You cannot even tell I got my hair done. I have very short hair and it took 3 HOURS to not even look like it was done :( I refuse to call them to tell them this, WHY would I allow them to touch my hair AGAIN!!!!

Salon is awesome. Been coming here for several years for my hair needs and eyebrow waxes. Over the years went from various styles and cuts and always put my trust in them. Haley is a awesome salon manager and a top notch stylist. Had a pixie cut and color done and receive compliments all the time. She definitely pleases ur needs.

I have always gotten an awesome haircut there. If its long hair or my new pixie cut I have loved them all. They also have colored my hair multiple times. I now have my mother from Green Bay and sister from up north come down to see Hailey M. I get so many compliments on my haircuts from her. You will not leave unhappy!

I have gone to Maria before and my cut turned out great! Then I went to Krista and I have to say that I absolutely LOVE my lobs cut!! Ive gotten SO MANY compliments! Thank you so much you guys make me feel beautiful and confident every time I leave!!

A friend recommended Krista. Got in for an appointment the same day I called, which doesnt happen often. I am very pleased with my trimage and super excited to try all the tips & tricks Krista shared with me (specifically for my hair type). She is knowledgeable, engaged, and really fun to hangout with for the short time I was in her chair. When its right its right, you just feel good from the beginning all the way through. Also, the salon carries top notch products like Pureology & Moroccan Oil. Just THANKS - Ill be back!

I have been here a few times now and every time, I leave happy. All the ladies that work here a wonderful and they always have done a great job with my hair. They even do mens hair!!

Asked for the coperate number and was told I could have guest relations. Really Regis? That is giving people the run around. You want to be a top salon and yet, you refuse to allow guests to talk to coperate about a problem. Sad.

I asked for a balayage, natural looking blonde for less maintenance, when I first asked for it, she looked really nervous and I said if she didnt feel comfortable with it I would just get some high lights but she assured me it was fine and she was just confused about how to price it...she ended up giving me roots with bleached hair. I told them I was not going to pay for it considering I gave them a picture to go off of and asked if they could actually do the style I wanted, they did offer to fix it but I had already been there for 3 and a half hours so I said no. Their solution was telling me I could never return to a Regis Salon. Which will not be a problem, every single time I have ever been there, the stylist has never done anything I wanted and all the women do there is talk drama in the middle of the salon.

Booked for cut & highlights today, was late for 25 minutes,the girl asked me to wait for her either she can serve me or not .. waited there for 10 minutes & finally she came saying..ohh I can’t serve you because you late for 40 minutes ( so she counted the time I missed + 10 minutes I have to wait in the salon for her lunch).. because I already booked for somebody else, you know when you were booked for cutting & color will take about 2 hours, suddenly because of my late 25 minutes she already booked for others..the way she talked too were very rude. Never be back..

I spent $165 on an ombre and hair cut. I walked out very unhappy. I did not get an ombre. It looks horrible. The color is too close to my roots. In addition, the color is a caramel brown rather than a blond that I asked for. There are many blond highlights at the top on my hair, which makes me look like Im bald. The color at the top looks lighter than the bottom. I am so dissatisfied. Maria, the stylist who did my hair is a master stylist. Based on the work that was done, I do not considered her to be a master stylist. I wanted her to lighten the bottom of my hair because it looks rather brown. She told me that this is the blondest itll get. Well its not even blond. Its a caramel brown. I will never go back to Maria nor regis. I wasted 3 hours and most importantly, I did not get the service I asked for.

I went into Regis hoping to get my damaged hair fixed.....and now 2 years later with the help and guidance of anamazing stylist Maria, it is back on track and I couldnt be happier. She is a miracle worker....

Very poor service. The stylist did not apply the color properly and also didnt distribute the color into my hair on the proper areas I communicated. I called to ask for my money back and the lady that answered my phone call was very rude and disrespectful.

Clean. Friendly staff. I did get a perm and was disappointed with the outcome. They told me to come in and well see what we can do 😀 couldnt ask for better service.
