This Salon is Great, they always do what I ask. I have never had a bad cut from this salon. I refer my friends here.

Ive only worked with Leslie, but she takes direction well, and the rates are very competitive. Their cleanliness policy during this time is also top notch.

I was let into the salon several minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, the stylist didn’t realize I had an appointment, and I was made to wait an additional 15 or so minutes before my haircut started. The stylist never introduced herself, and didn’t seem to care what I was looking for. I requested a trim and layers, but only got an uneven trim and was sent out the door. A second stylist showed up (late) and was doing her own hair, even after another customer walked in. The other customer wasn’t greeted until my haircut was over! The customer service here and skill level are clearly subpar. I now have to go to a decent salon to get my hair cut properly.

Great place and the Employees are really the best. If they can get it ordered for you they will. Also if your unsure how to use something, whether you bought it there or not, they will go into detail on how to use/apply the item, until you feel you have what you need.

I came in for an eyebrow waxing on Friday August 17th, normally I get them threaded but I was in a time crunch to get them done in time for a wedding. I told the woman who did my eyebrows that the wax was a bit hot, she continued to do my eyebrows and not make any adjustments for me, when she was almost done I was telling her about pain above my eye and she asked me if Im allergic to the wax, which I am not. After seeing my eyebrows when she was all done I explained she burned my eye and she did nothing. Even though you could clearly see I was burnt. So I paid and left. 10/10 would NOT go back. I went in for proefessional help to look good and I came out with burn scars all around my eye. I am just utterly confused as to how terrible the service was and why she did absolutely nothing to try and fix her mistake.
