Visit was going great with friendly staff. The Dr. said they will send my prescription, I also confirmed that with the nurse. Wait in line forever at Walgreens to find out they never sent it over. Pharmacy told me to call urgent care, started calling at 7 pm thats when my visit was over. They never once answered the phone, even was told by the automated system that I will receive a call back when its my turn. 9:00 rolls around and the phones are off , they hang up on you and tell you to call during business hours. I understand they most likely got busy or whatever but a 10 second phone call could have saved me waiting at Walgreens for over two hours. Probably wont be going back to this place. Staff was extremely nice though.

My daughter has gone twice and nothing was done. The second time she could not breathe and they did not give her oxygen or anything. We went to the pharmacy to get the medicine over an hour later, and nothing had been submitted. Tried to call and there was no answer. Completely Done. I cant wait until October so I can switch insurance!!

My is Husband a 25 year Infantry SGT veteran who sustained Injuries in IRAQ. FIGHTING FOR THIS COUNTRY. The VA hospital showed no concern for a growing lump in his testicular region. Saying, We dont know what it is but it wasnt a concern. The lump has double in size in the past few months causing much concern. So, we headed to ST MARYS URGENT CARE where I have NEVER SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM and non concern of the possible life threatening issue my husband may be facing. Where the difference in life and death could mean days even hours. Mario R Quintero, MD one of the Urgent care Doctors present 10/11/2021 flat out FAILED TO live up to his oath to treat the ill to the best of ones ability. No referral was made only wrote on a paper towel by Quintero of some names and I quote, I just pulled some names from a book. He couldnt even take it seriously enough to contact ST. Marys hospital and recommend a MRI, OR ULTRASOUND for further examination because the issue was not in his scope of practice. However Quintero did tell my husband to get it checked immediately. 🤔( I thought thats what we were here for.) WHERE HOURS COULD MEAN LIFE AND DEATH, MY HUSBAND WASTED 4 HOURS, in your facility. When we should have gone to LOMA LINDA. Where upon one phone call got better results. Unfortunately he couldnt be seen today by Loma Linda, because we wasted life threatening time at ST MARYS URGENT CARE. The photo you see was Quintero referral.UNEXCEPTIONABLE!!!! My HUSBAND a MAN WHO FIGHTS for our freedom gets help on a dam paper towel.

5 stars all the way. Karina is amazing. She helped me up the stairs, and let me know everything that was going on. Shes nice to everyone who comes to the door. The doctor, who said his name sounds like Corona, was very knowledgeable. He explained all my x-rays to me and I was very comfortable talking to him. He has excellent bed-side manner. The x-ray technician John was very professional and gentle. I could tell he really knew what he was doing. The office staff is very nice. This will be my first choice if I need to go to urgent care again even though Im a bit far from it. Thank you Saint Marys Urgent Care Apple Valley. I appreciate everything you did for me today.

This place has gone down hill. It use to be clean .Its filthy now. I took my daughter in yesterday and there were dirty tissues and vomit bags on the floor underneath the chairs in the lobby. I told the front office lady and she didnt care. Finally about 20 min later someone came out and picked them up. Unless your sick with covid you more than likely wont get a diagnosis.whatever uoure sick with...if its not covid...it doesnt matter...And if you get a covid test there or at the st marys UC in victorville, be sure to get your test results right then and there. Because they do NOT answer their phones at either location.Ever. I even went into the office in victorville to get my daughters test results(1st out of two covid tests) only for them to hand me a paper with a qr code on it. I was told they didnt have time to pull up my daughters chart but go home and scan that code to get the results. So i did that.A pin number is required to access the records and of course the office did not provide me with one.something needs to change.

After waiting for 2 hours to be seen and $132 usd payment, my mom was seen by a PA who “checked” her for 5 minutes and then said she needed X-rays.We’ve been waiting to hear back from them and after 2 weeks we can only assumed the x-rays didn’t show any broken ribs.I tried calling them for at least 50 times, left a voicemail, my number to receive a call back and of course I’m still waiting to hear from them.If you can avoid this place do it! Worst urgent care in the high desert!

Took my son who is 12 and they sent us back to the car to wait because of the symptoms he had. waited for 3 hours for them to say they stoped doing Covid testing and turned us away.

They make you stand outside in the heat in a line when theres a giant empty waiting room and then to find out only one parent is allowed to go in with the kid! They have lost there ever loving minds!

I am very disappointed in this place!I went to urgent care on Friday and today is Sunday and still haven’t got my medicine. Called urgent care a few times only was able to get through twice and was told that they would fax it over never did get to the pharmacy. Then decided to go back to urgent to see what was going on and was told that they would fax it over and to go back to the pharmacy. So I go and nothing yet. So two days after I have no meds yet! In pain. Very very disappointed!

I brought my son there with a sprung ankle the size of a tennis ball. He waited for 2 and half hours to be told to go Victorville urgent care for xray or come back Tommorrow even though they do xray here no explanationAfter sitting in a room in extreme pain hearing ppl laugh and talk. To be barely examined and having to walk back to car. No one offered him assistance like a wheelchair to get back to care. I was told I had to wait in car upon arrival because he was 18. Horrible service I must say put yourself in the shoes of a patient that is in pain. You should go over and beyond to make that person comfortable. After getting xray at Victorville urgent care no call on results I had to call for almost 2 days to get results. Its should not be acceptable when ppl fail to do there jobs. I should of just went to emergency room.

Took my 3 year old autistic son in because he’s had a bad cough and congested nose for more than 5 days, the doctor (who didn’t bother to tell me her name) was extremely rude to my child , seemed like she rushed to get us out of there because my child was having a meltdown, and said she didn’t like when kids would have meltdownsShe didn’t fully evaluate him and just told me he had only an ear infection , never taking my child here ever again , no compassion for special needs childrenDoesn’t even deserve a star to be honest

Saturday. 3rd in line when they opened, for rolled ankle. It’s been over 2 hours... this is a joke. Should be called “non” urgent care. Just staff talking while you wait to be seen about food.

They never answer the phone. I went yesterday to get tested for covid I got a negative result and they didn’t tell me a diagnosis for what I have they just sent prescriptions over to my pharmacy I didn’t know about it until my pharmacy called me. I’m not taking the medications because I have no clue what they diagnosed me with. I’ve been calling and calling and I was put on hold for 15 minutes and they hung up on me now they won’t answer smh.

Had a great experience the first time i went a couple months ago for a bad cough, went back for a sprained foot this week and I was in and out, the Nurse practitioner looked clueless how to treat me. And prescribed me some Ibuprofen, but never called in the prescription. Now 3 days later i still cant get someone to answer the phone to see whats going on with my meds.

Staff were very nice. I had problems with Dr. Michael J. Jasso . He didnt exam me but only checked my skin from a distance. Said he didnt know what to prescribe. Gave pills and cream. Told me not to come back to St.Marys again to go to my doctor. I am visiting my sister and will not return home until after her surgery in November. The rash has now spread.

Rude and unprofessional office. They made me wait for over an hour to be seen then to just tell me that they weren’t going to see me because they didn’t want to treat a work injury. They abandoned a patient in need.and their office manager does not even know their protocol! She checked me in I told her I was hurt at work, she made me wait an hour just to have nurse tell me they can’t see me and that the office manager could explain it all !!! Why did she not tell me at check in they would not see me?!? Again unprofessional and unorganized. They need better management.

Brand new facility. No waiting time. All immaculate and clean. Quick and easy to get in and seen. The staff are really pleasant and treat you well. If you want to get fast treatment in a modern place then this is the place to go. It’s located just past the hospital- drive past the ER entrance to the parking lot at the end. I went in around 9/10 am for a large open puncture wound on my calf, and this place is by far the best medical services Ive received in my 20 years living up here! The wait was Hardly nothing and the doctor who saw me was totally amazing! Friendly, professional, and very thorough. He actually took the time to explain to me everything and anything I was concerned about. Unlike most doctors whom dont even stay in the room long enough to hear what you have to say and are just quickto pull out their prescription pads and hurry you out the door. Anyway. Great service and doctor! 10 stars!

Took my daughter this morning, it wasnt a bad experience. Ive gone to urgent cares where they act like they have better things to do with their time, i did not get that feeling from the staff here. The woman at the front desk was very thorough and friendly, had us checked in within a couple of minutes, our wait time wasnt too bad. The nurse who took her vitals was very sweet and friendly, my daughter loved her! and the doctor who saw us was very professional and friendly. He took a moment to shake my hand and introduce himself as if we were to be friends. He didnt seem judgmental or rude, nor did he seem to rush us out of there. Overall Im very happy with this urgent care center, Im glad its an option now, I would highly recommend to others and I will likely return should the need arise.

Outstanding service.

Very friendly staff. Very updated facility. Nurse who checked me in was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. Xray tech was very nice as well. Dr. Was a lot quicker than I would have like when I was trying to explain issues. Took me about an hour to been seen but they were busy when I showed up. All in all happy with my visit.

Staff were all friendly, minimal wait time and Dr was easy to understand and answered all questions. Overall we are very happy with our experience. Thank you St Marys.

There were 2 doctors available there. 1 Male P.A and one female doctor. I requestest the female doctor for woman problems I was having. I waited in the back room for over 45 minutes while I hear them calling multiple people who came after me to come in the back and the Male PA is helping them pretty quickly. But I was a patient who was there before all of the other people I was some how skipped? They treat you very unfairly.

Update: I took my son to be seen he’s had cold symptoms for a couple days but yesterday he spiked a fever. This morning his throat was hurting and the fever was still there, so I brought him here since we’ve been there before and had a good experience. A PA by the name of Micheal Jasso zoomed in, zoomed through evaluating my child (no bed side manners) once he found out my son has a history of asthma he attributed all of his systems to asthma and allergies, even noticing some dog fur on my sons sweatshirt and trying to place blame on our pets. So I spoke up and said my son is not allergic to our pets. If this is in fact allergies, then what about his fever? I had been alternating Motrin and Tylenol for the past two days in order to keep his fever at bay. So at that point he says well he may have a cold but this is allergies. I told him my sons pediatrician would of probably swabbed his throat to be sure it wasn’t strep. So this man says ok well we can go ahead and do that but it’s negative. I looked at him and was thinking wow. This guy is rude and cocky. I said oh you know that without the test? He said yea I do and walked out. I asked the girls in the office for his name. This was my 3rd time there for my kids and one time for my husband. I left three stars because our previous experiences were good. Previously, everyone we’ve dealt with was super nice. Until today. One person can make an entire place look bad.

My sister recommended this place after other places refused to help with her newborn. Ive taken my daughter and every time we the staff is friendly and amazing.

The staff is understanding and patient. The Dr was great. He actually took time to listen to me. I went in the morning and there was no wait at all. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I’m highly disappointed I’ve been here twice and both times they forget to send my prescription to the pharmacy. I go to urgent care because I clearly don’t feel well and there is no excuse on why their Medical Assistant can not complete their job I’m a surgical coordinator I definitely know how important patient care is very unacceptable.

Me and my son have Been going here off and on for a year now and every time we go we have a nice visit front desk staff are always nice the nurses are friendly and the doctors have always been great with both of us and never really had much of a wait either

NEVER WILL I GO HERE AGAIN, THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE WERE VERY NICE AND THE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS TOO, BUT THE P.A. WAS HORRIBLE AND RUDE. I WENT IN FOR A HORRIBLE EARACHE AND ALL HE DID WAS LOOK IN MY EARS AND SAID I WAS FINE. WELL HE WAS WRONG! I HAD AN EAR INFECTION. I WASTED TIME AND A CO PAY FOR NOTHING.

Went in for swelling and a red ring around my knee, only thing they cared about was if the injury was work related. Told them I wasnt sure if the injury happened at home or at work because they dont do the paper work for work related injures. Stated to both individuals I talked to that if my injury comes back as something I could have contracted at work than Ill go see my primary to handle all of my workman comp claims. As soon as I said that they refused to see me. DO NOT MENTION WORK OR YOU WILL BE SOL!!!

Both times Ive been here I’ve been impressed by the short wait times, the friendliness of the staff, the general cleanliness and pleasantness of the building, and especially the professionalism and caring manner of the staff. They will even make an appointment for you if you call ahead.

Hello Yelpers,Sooo, I was here not because I like going to urgent care for everything but I couldnt get in to see my doctor for a month and a half. I was seen by NP Patrick. I do not recommend him to anyone.He made me feel like I was wasting his time and was very rude.I explained I think something is wrong with my thyroid.I was soooo tired all the time and my memory was slipping away from me (at 31)I was having heart palpitations, coarse voice, swollen hands and feet and my neck was swollen at the bottom.He felt my swollen neck and said he didnt feel anything and proceeded to tell me he will do a ekg for palpitations but non of my symptoms are associated with the thyroid and I have allergies ,so I was prescribed allergy medication.Anywho I get in to see my dr and I find out I have hoshimotos.It would be nice to go to a place to get help where they actually care not disregard your concerns.

By far the best urgent care I’ve gone to. Staff was friendly, it was very clean and we were in and out. They treated my kids well and no waiting time 👌🏼

My friend went to visit Urgent Care as her finger was swollen and she was scared. Instead of answering questions for us, Dr. Peter and staff were very unfriendly and were quite condescending and defensive. I was blown away by the poor bedside manner, as my friend was just hoping to have a better understanding on what she should do, what to keep a watch out for, etc.

The office is very clean and reception staff is friendly. However I waited over an hour for the dr to come in and dismiss my knowledge that I have a sinus infection. He said You think thats what you have? Because I didnt have a fever he told me to take saline spray and allergy pills, but didnt listen when I said I have had sinus infections before. He was in the room maybe 3 minutes before telling me I could go. I went to a different dr as soon as I left there and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and received the antibiotics I need.

This is a real urgent care with professional people actually showing compassion and getting patients out very quickly. This experience was 👍🏽

Horrible service my son in law went in with swollen face post root canal 3wks wait was minimal however dr walked in looked at him and said oh I can’t see what’s wrong you need t go next door this isn’t the first time my family members have went in and the doctors don’t even address the issue they went for... no meds, no clinical assessment, no imaging nothing but I’m sure they will bill the insurance like they provided a service😑

After my visit I was waiting in the lobby for my ride and overheard the doctors mocking me and the reason for my stay, which was a severe panic attack. Very unprofessional to be putting my info on blast and mocking it loud enough for the whole lobby to hear. Will not be returning.

Take forever to help someone in critical condition. We were here at 3:30pm waiting for a room, right now 10:45pm we are still waiting for a room.

This is by far the dirtiest place Ive been to the paper wasnt changed dried fluid on the floor pieces of trash just nasty.The floor was dirty.To top it off they are not Dr. They are D.O. in other words didnt complete schooling.If your really sick seek help else where because they dont really diagnose you they treat you for whatever they think.Kinda scary.....
