Im a new Patient at Dr. Mikes in AV. My appt this week was what I needed. Labs ordered, EKG etc all in a timely fashion. Clean lobby, which is important too me. I was seen by Dr. Wilson, he was Awesome & thorough...🍂

This was the second time I visited a Dr. Mikes office. The Apple Valley office was excellent and very inviting. The staff seems so very nice and friendly. The doctor was very concerned about my reason for coming and asked me to please follow up with my own doctor. Over all I had a very good visit.

I love the service that I get there and theyre easy to work with got me right in and right out I mean I had a few patients ahead of me but I lived around the corner so instead of sitting in my car I went home and put my roast on she called me when it was two patients ahead of me and I was in and out

Staff are professional And knowledgeable. Never have waited more than 20 min to be seen. Offices very clean

Urgent care? Yeah right. More like slowest care. I called before I went to see when the last patient could be seen. Was told 5:30 I got there at 5:20 for my son and was told to wait outside and they would call. 6:09 and 2 people behind us later we get a call. The dr was nice and did the examination and then said to waiting the parking lot and the girls inside would give me discharge paperwork and medicine prescription. At 7 I go to the door because why should it take almost an hour to get discharge papers. They ignore me and go out the back door. I question them when they walk out and they tell me that I have to go to the other clinic. I tell them what the doctor said and they act like they have no care in the world. So now its almost 8pm and I still have no answer.

Got me in and out quick. The Girls at the desk, and the nurse, all friendly and not bad looking either. Doctor knows his sh$#, and takes care of business quick and efficient.

We were there for a school physical. Staff was friendly and the Dr was very nice. We were in and out in about 30 - 40 minutes.

I had a telehealth appointment at 2 p.m. today (9/28/21). I received a text saying that my provider was ready “NOW” at 2:17 p.m. I waited in the virtual lobby for about 30 minutes, only to have the meeting get canceled by the host. I logged back into the virtual lobby and waited another 40 minutes- still nothing.I called the office and they said they spoke to my provider and I would get called back shortly. Someone, who was not my doctor, called me back and also said my doctor would call me back.The clinic closed at 6 p.m. and I never met with my doctor. This was an entire waste of my time. Completely unprofessional.

For my first visit, everyone was very nice and personable and helpful. All my questions were answered as if they were the most important question in the world! I was pleasantly surprised at the compassionate care I received from the receptionist to the nurse to the PA I saw. The phlebotomist and her student were great also! I didnt feel like I was a bother to any of them like I have felt at most other doctor offices here in the high desert. Ill keep you posted!

The staff was very courteous. We were a walk in. We were in and out in less than an hour. They are great. We will be going there when we need medical treatment

I was seen fairly quickly, and I was triaged accordingly. I was able to use my insurance to cover this visit, and I was prescribed appropriate medicine for my condition. I appreciate not waiting too long and being able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time.

First of all I must say that this is the first urgent care Ive ever been in that was extremely clean and the staff was very professional and the doctor was thorough,my experience was amazing and if needed this is the urgent care I would go to.

It was an easy process, I’m not one to go and see a Dr, For the most part I’ve been able to take care of my self for the last 25 years ( when my last child was born ) unfortunately my eye had gotten infected on a trip up north, and has only gotten worse, so I needed to be seen by a Doctor. I walked into Dr Mikes and was seen by a wonderful Women Dr. it did take a bit long as the waiting room was full but, once I was in it went by quick, the office visit was not gonna cost me a arm and a leg, and I got the meds that was needed to cure my eye. Thanks guys

When you go to this place ExpecT to wait at least an hour. We had an appointment for 3pm and they made us wait 2 hours. The front desk staff just sit and talk about their lives. Unprofessional. Disappointed. Dont go here.

It was a slow process for irrigation of the ear canal for wax build up. A process that should of only took a half hour at best but there was only one nurse on duty for Saturday. I was eventually token care of. Everybody was friendly and professional.I would go back for a follow up if need be.

Was my first time visiting, they were expedient, thorough and friendly. Sympathetic to my needs and got me back on my way with the care I needed to start feeling better.

This was a much better experience than my last time. Both times, the last being a few years back, I went to the clinic for a TB test. The last visit I waiting for nearly 3.5 hours to be called into a nursing visit just to have the TB test initiated. This time my wait was around 30 minutes. When I returned the staff read my results within a minute of me checking in. Very pleasant experience this time.

I can believe that I was in the apple valley clinic on Saturday and I still have no answer about my prescription or supposed medication from this (doctor)terrible!!!

No star rating. I went in for a voluntary drug screen. 2 days later, I get a call to take the drug screen again, at a different location. The MA’s on duty didn’t know anything as far as my results goes. Only thing that they could tell me was that my urine was discarded. I demanded a refund and documentation. They all need in-service training. No one knew anything. Very unprofessional. Would like for a supervisor to contact me regarding this issue ASAP.

I walked in the Clinic @5:36pm.Given paperwork to update my information.I was called back to Triage area @ 5:55pmThe provider Mr. Wilson came in and talked and LIsten to me.I say Bravo to Dr. Mikes walk in for great turn around time, and outstanding service.

The Dr. was listening to my health concerns. He took the time to let him express my physical and emotional feelings. I feel supported with his deep listening and understanding. He provided the referrals that I needed. Thanks.

I loved it, the receptionists here are really sweet and the doctor is really good, made me and my son feel really comfortable. I would totally come again 😁♥️

It would of been 5 stars but I waited about 2 hours with my toddler to get seen. I understand he was a walk in visit so I am not blaming them but waiting with my toddler was a pain 😑

Couldnt get into my primary care, so I went to Dr. Mikes. They were very nice and got me in the room in a timely manner, even though I was a walk in. I had to get a physical and TB test for my clinical rotations, and they were very accommodating to the requests of my program. I needed to get titers performed as well, and they were able to get the requisition for me with no problems. Definitely recommend Dr. Mikes if you need a physical ASAP, or if you need some medical care and cant get to your doctor.Jamelle Langford

They never sent my sick note for work and I talked to 3 people about sending it

Seen 3 people ahead of me go inside. And I’m pretty sure one of the patients that went in before me got a free pass to cut in line from one of the staff working here….

Dr was great just had to wait a really long time.

Small and very clean office. Staff is extremely friendly, understanding, and keeps good communication if you are waiting. Doctor and staff are very knowledgeable. I haven’t had a good doctor like him in a long time, I am thankful!

The medical assistant, Laura, at the front desk was friendly, engaging, and seemed really happy to work there. She set the tone for a great visit!

So far first time going and it seemed to to be okay the wait was a little long sometimes other than that it was fine.

This doctors office disappointed me. They would not see me in person and saw me over video. Diagnosed me with chicken pox when later I found out that it was an allergic reaction. My cousin had an abscess on his tonsil and they wouldn’t see him in person and misdiagnosed him with strep. After not being able to bath or eat for 4 days he finally went to the hospital and is now being transferred to Loma Linda to have it drained. I DO NOT recommend this office for anything they is possibly serious!

I got dizzy and took a spill. The nurses we attentive and extremely helpful. I am extremely greatful.

I been coming to the Apple valley facility sense 2018 cause, of convenience but,I honestly can say that this office is completely a mess. Not to mention so disorganized & with only two workers actually being somewhat pleasant.My son & I had an appointment today back to back & I have to question whats the point of having an appointment if you still have to wait over 90 minutes passed your appointment. Then whats the real point 🤔???My kid has no real patience for waiting, specially knowing he is getting a shot that is required by school. I canceled my appointment & Im still waiting on the shot for my son, when I was advice he was next over 25 minutes ago & we saw two other people go first. ( which for a fact were not here after we arrived)This is seriously unacceptable,after this visit I will NOT be returning. I found a better medical office with a Dr who actuality cares & will dedicate real time,patience & actual care to mine & my sons needs.I hope for the sake of other patients,Dr Mikes gets it together real soon!!!

To no fault of the office staff or provider there on my appointment day I spent 2.5 hours at the Apple Valley Clinic. Staffing was insufficient for the volume of patients being seen that day. This is an administrative problem, as it usually is resulting in untimely patient care (thank god I was only there for a physical). When there are call outs or issues with staffing advanced planning (on part of management/admin) is necessary to ensure that people who are paying for a service are being seen for routine and urgent matters in a timely fashion.Special thanks Keith for being a thorough provider when others would’ve skipped a thorough assessment on a busy day like the one I was there on. I appreciated him looking at my ankle for which I had an injury on a few months prior.In conclusion, I remained patient and calm after waiting an inordinate amount of time for a simple physical but if someone needed to be seen on a more urgent basis I sincerely hope this will not be the case for them.

Pretty good visit showed up there was only one person ahead of me got me in quick and got me out even quicker thanks Dr Mikes staff and Dr Mike my second degree burns thank you as well

Great staff & a thorough physical

Wasn’t able to see the doctor, so we had to do a virtual appointment. The doctor kept cutting me off every time I was trying to speak and explain to him my symptoms. I was supposed to get a note via email to have work off for a few days, but I never received it and had to go in myself a few days later to get it after waiting for it, even though they had my email. One of the receptionist I was talking to be able to get my note for work also kept cutting me off. Could work on their listening and being patient skills.

Loved my visit they were very kind quick & nurses & doct. Were very professional, helpful, & kind, I want to thank all of u at doct.mikes in Apple Valley for ur service. I look forward to seeing u again thank you .

Terrible customer service, something that should have been 15 mins turned into 4 hours. ALL WE NEEDED WERE SOME PAPERS SIGNED!! They completly forgot about us in the waiting room. The staff is clueless. Wouldnt recommend, even if you are dying.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DOCTOR KIM!! I have been pretty freaked out about some health issues and she educated me and was very patient. She really helped calm my nerves and how this isnt tmi but it was the most painless pap I have ever had.

Went Monday June 14th, the staff seemed to be friendly and knowledgeable, only thing is with our symptoms (being too covid-19 like) couldnt see us in person. Told us our insurance would need a covid test, and that we would be scheduled for zoom call within the next hour, no call came rest of evening, but then a text saying we missed our appointment. Called them next day explaining exact events and they said we should be able to call Thursday 17th, mind you we tested negative for covid, but could really use antibiotics or something for what we do have. Said they could fit is in at 1:55 p.m. the 16th. Intently waited by phone, again no call. Called office and they said only had myself down for appointment, still no call at all, they said sorry we are really behind in office right now, so not sure what that means for us, considering they call thereselves a walk-in clinic and we walked in 3 days ago. Thanks for nothing. If youre sick I can suggest multiple better options, ask yourself do I want the run around or do I want to feel better.

I really liked the woman Dr or PA that I saw. It was a very good experience.

Worst clinic ever. Waited nearly over 3 hours and not one employee asked how long i was waiting. On top of that they took others in without appointments before me!!!!! To Hell with this location as well as the whole staff. Again its the worst!!!Also seeing the owners responses, so automated, striving for better???? My visit alone should prove that they dont strive or todays visit wouldve been an improvement.

Wow! Yes. It was a fantastic experience. A somewhat simple sinus infection was evaluated and prescription authorized in two simple phone calls. My regular Dr had set tele appointment 1 1/2 weeks out and I stood a chance of this infection getting even worse. Thanks for the help!!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Got my first vaccine shot there. I was scheduled for a week later but they had openings so they asked us to come in early. Very conscientious medical workers. I would recommend them to others

I give 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. I only went there because they were listed as an in network primary care provider by my insurance company. I called requesting an appointment for an annual checkup with routine labs. They said they didn’t have any appointments available but I could come in as a walk-in. It took three hours. After my visit they tried to charge me a $70 copay for an urgent care visit. After arguing that there was nothing urgent about my visit they charged me $30. According to my insurance I only owed $15. Now I am being told I have to schedule a follow up visit and pay another co-pay in order to get my lab results. I never would have darkened their doorstep had I known how they conduct their practice. I wasted a lot of time. Since I refuse to fall victim to their money hungry policies my lab results remain hostage. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Avoid this place!!!

I went in for a issue with my back and a cough but because of the covid situation after I finished the paperwork I was told I could not be seen because I had to many symptoms if covid I can understand they were scared but I told them I have had the cough that usually comes once a year and goes away I had no fever and the back pain was because I slipped band feel in the bath tub, anyway I was told I had to leave and wait for a telehealth phone call. The doctor did call and we got things taken care of. Other then that the staff was nice the doctor who called me was very nice but I would have liked to seen the doctor in person. I would return again

Trouble with zoom or whatever program- Dr could not hear me so we talked on the phone. Dr very thorough going over my tests and treatment. Able to talk easily with her and give my opinion and make changes mutually. Good appointment.

We visited the Apple Valley office for our two doses of the Covid-19 Vacinne. Upon our arrival it was a streamline easy check in process with the receptionist Natalie up front. She paid attention to detail and made it easy with her knowledge of our Tricare retiree insurance. (Any Military Family member knows what I mean) Shortly, after We were checked in and saw Dr. Streidom and Dr. Kim two caring doctors that are on point. We went over the questionaire and Nurse Griselda administered the painless shots. Definitely will be coming back to this location in the future Dr. Mike Dont change a thing! Great Medical Staff!!!

It was good not needing to go into the office but it was a longer wait time than expected. It went smoothly once I connected with the provider.

The front staff were not very friendly. It was if I was disturbing them. The medical assistant was nice. Dr wasn’t that friendly either.

I was checked in fairly easy for the wait time is an hour. Was told to check up with my primary by the hospital doctor the doctor didn’t look much at my wound didn’t seem to care about me but was more interested in the pictures of my wound or infection that my wife had taken three days before they did prescribe more anabiotic‘s but not the doctor care and acted as if I was wasting his time even though I was told to go there as a follow up

The staff and the provider were very pleasant. The staff went above and beyond for me. And not once, did they have a bad attitude. Very friendly and sweet. Thank you to all the staff that helped me @ Dr. Mikes in Apple Valley. You are all AWESOME!!!!

The doctor here is very insensitive and inattentive to my health needs . The health director needs to do a better screening on these so called doctors, so that being said I would rather deal with my health issues on my own, than deal with this unprofessional institution.

The nurses was very nice and respectful. The doctor took her time with listening to me. I really appreciate everything that they did to help me feel better.

Dr Mike’s is Great, all I did was fill out the normal paperwork ( like if going to nee Dr ) takes about 5 minutes, I handed it in and told them I’d be waiting in my truck would they call my cell phone when they are ready for me they said sure !!...I waited approx 10 min they called me inOnce I was in the room which smelled like bleach They clean the whole room with bleach after every patient .. keeps us safeI really liked the Dr he fixed me up .. asked if I had any more concerns I said no... he walked me straight out to my truck...I give them 100 stars.. I’d rather use Dr Mike’s than my primary DrThank youAnnie Tedford

They called me from the lobby, they put me in an examination room, left me unattended for 2 1/2 hours, my original appointment had been at 1:15 PM, after spending 2 1/2 hours I decided to leave. Waiting 2 1/2 hours I felt hurt, I had been alone for 2 1/2 hours, I feel that the conduct had been grossly unprofessional.I unfortunately I had to give one star to access the review, I do not actually give Dr. Mikes any star at all.

The reason I give 3 stars is because I called this morning trying to get a walk in appointment, a representative took my information and said someone would be calling me to schedule a zoom appointment. I waited 2 hours and never got a call so I called back and another rep said she was sorry but no one had given her my information and she was the person to set up all walk in appointments. So the 1st rep never did anything but lie and waste my time. I give the 2nd rep 10 stars she was awesome!shortly After that the check in nurse called and right after the doctor FaceTimed me. I was very happy with that. The rep that didn’t submit my appointment is from the Hesperia office on Bear Valley not the Apple Valley office. Apple Valley office was great!

The navajo location is great, new facility and clean, the staff are nice. I had seen by a PA though, but you can request a real doctor.

Always a pleasure dealing with Dr. Mikes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They treat you much more than just a patient but as family which makes me feel even more comfortable.

I was diagnosed with Covid19 & I wasnt able to get an in person appointment, but Dr. Priscilla had a Zoom meeting with a family member to make sure I got meds prescribed to help me get betterI appreciate the time & concern she gave to make sure I was taken care of

This place is the worst. Wilson gave me sulfa drug that not only made me vomit and fever, days later Im up hours at night with hives. What is with this guy. And I dont have UTI. Go anywhere else.

Went by there they said they were not open so they said call back at 9am I did the Dr called me back on the phone between 9to 10 the Dr did he was able to help my grandson and now my grandson is feeling better. Thanks to Dr Mikes Walk in clinic the zoom app was great due to the coronavirus as well
