Terrible experience, Ive tried going here a few times over the years and its the same then to now. Just bad customer service, absurd wait times for glasses(6 weeks and counting), unable to adjust glasses, attitude for asking to get glasses bought else where adjusted. I now understand why everyone I know hates this placeTime to go to lenses crafters.

My initial visit was great. However Ive NEVER had to wait 5 1/2 weeks for glasses. I called after 3 weeks and was told any day. I called 2 1/2 weeks later and my items arrived that day. Very disappointed. If your not in a hurry to get your glasses or contacts, then absolutely this is the place, otherwise go somewhere else. I wont be back.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I walk in and they have no record of it. I live 30 minutes away to be told too bad so sad! Im new to the area, so I had gone through the trouble of looking online and through my insurance to find the closest provider. Now I have to start all over again because not only did they not have my appointment, but now they tell me they dont take my insurance! Ridiculous, worst customer service ever!

I really like the doctor. He is very thorough and helpful. Unfortunately it takes way too long, at least from my experience, to receive the glasses! I can order on line and receive them in half the time. Very nice staff and cool doctor. But for the waiting period, which I would assume is half or more of the experience..... I only give it one star. Sorry. That’s a deal breaker for me. One man’s opinion. Thanks for reading!!

Ive been coming here for the past 2 years and I love the service. Doctors and staff are very professional and Ive always received my contacts within the week.

Husbands eye was really swallen, blood shot, couldnt open, found this Dr. with 5 star rating, thinking he was the good, couldnt get into our regular optometrist for a couple of week. Dr. said , it was an infection, did not explain furthur or give more instructions, just prescribed amoxicillen. His eye kept getting worse, got him into another Dr., he has Shingles in his eye! I dont write reviews but I feel the public needs to know about this Dr. Jaehoon Lee, maybe permanent damage to his eye! You will see a one star rating only because it would not post without a star, I give a zero rating!

Office staff has no clue about insurance coverages. Most dont but these ladies really take the lead in ignorance.

I loved this little office. The staff was so sweet. I came as a walk in on a not so busy day and they got me right in and out. The Dr was cool too.

We had a really bad experience I will never go back to this place ..one of the girls in the front is so rude and had a really bad attitude they need to change their staff with hire people with better customer service!

Staff was great working on getting a replacement pair of glasses after my dogs decided to have them for lunch

Very bad experience. They take too long and let you wait in line for more than 25 minutes, this has happened to me 2 times.They should educate the people who work there more.
