The lady Yasmine at the 18Hwy location was amazing. She was so helpful and polite.

I brought my grandmothers glasses in to get them fixed, and the lovely lady help me out in just minutes. I couldnt be any more grateful!

Quick, easy experience. Dr. Shih did a fantastic job. Very friendly and professional man. The staff were professional and pleasant to interact with. The exam was surprisingly thorough enough for what I needed. Eyes werent dilated, but Dr. Shih made every effort to look inside the eye. I will be back next year to get a driving prescription. Thank you sir.

Usually really good, always bring my kids into here, but i have been trying for 2 weeks o book and appointment, when I get someone its I will call you back, and they either dont call or call when I cant take the call, and the dance starts over again, tried to book online, but I cant get that to work either

Worst eye examination ever. Dr. Shih Wrote prescriptions for my wife and I that 100% did not work caused us to feel sick and in pain in our eyes. We called back to have him go with our previous prescription that works perfectly fine and he flat out said no. Was more concerned with his reputation and practice instead of patient care. “The Doctor/Expert knows best” is the worst part of our culture in business and health care!What ever happened to “THERE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT?” Will never be going back. 1 Star.

Doctor gave a totally incorrect prescription and I paid him 75 for nothing and had to pay another doctor to confirm the incorrect prescription. Dont go here for eye exam. Youll be sorry.

The dr was good. Explained everything, took his time, answered all my questions. The ladys n the front were nice, they were sanitizing everything after I touched it including pens, clipboard, and glasses (which is important). One of the front ladies helped me even pick out my glasses! Would recommend.

The receptionist was rude and had a terrible attitude. I had an appointment today 10/16/2020. I ended up leaving without being seen by the doctor due to the receptionist (older lady with black hair) . She was the only person working there other than the doctor. She did not have on a mask and was not social distancing at all. STAY AWAY DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION.

When I arrived at this place there was only one person sitting at the table, and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. I went to a back room to find her and she told me she would be out shortly, I waited for about 10-15 minutes and then I had my eye appointment it went pretty quick, and the doctor was nice and informative. I would say that the receptionist should maybe move a little quicker being that she is the only worker and a lot of people were walking out. They also have a very sketchy way of setting their appointments, it is not easy to get a quick appointment scheduled And they dont allow walk-ins like they say...

I had an appointment for myself and my 2 daughters and he took his time with us. Christina helped me to maximize using my insurance benefits and get me some contacts and cute glasses. She took the extra time to help us and was kind about it. The other employee came in just as I was finishing and she greeted and smiled at us. Such kindness goes a long way with me. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to come here. No lies, no gimmicks, just straight forward with pricing and what I am going to get. Thank you Apple Valley North team. :)

Both girls have terrible customer service

Margaret is 100% the reason that I wont be back to this location. She was incredibly rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to help me.

Ive been here twice in two years and have had nothing but great experiences. The doctor is amazing and quick, and the receptionists/workers are very sweet. Its never been packed when weve gone so its always been in and out for us easily.

Everyone here is really nice... All the customers were smiling and seemed satisfied with the service they had been given... They are also very quick, I was in and out within 15 minutes.

Rediculis wait time, understandably there was only one very very slow employee. But i was there just to drop off glasses and i waited an hour, they need to hire a second employee. I saw 4 Diffrent customer walk off because the girl working was telling them it was a 45 min wait time just to pick up glasses and contacts. This was the third time i was in to drop off glasses to be fixed, a simple thing that would take less than 5 min,and on top of that this chick was taking her sweet time. Very unsatisfied with this place.

Margaret shouldnt be working the appointment book being she doesnt know the correct way to do it! She asked what day I said Sunday! She then stated they didnt have anything available Sunday but February 5th she did. I then asked what was the next available appointment?! She said what day? The next available one! She then stated the way that it works is you tell me the day and I tell you the time we have available. Uhm No the correct way is someone calls for an appointment you ask them if they preferred morning or afternoon and look for the next available time. Margaret then went on to tell me thats not how she does it. Well then maybe you shouldnt be the receptionist! She stated she isnt the receptionist, well then dont answer the phone!

The eye doctor is very good and the office team is great.

Terrible customer service and absolutely no hospitality.
