I’ve carried my stress in my neck and shoulders all of my adult life. Lately chiropractor adjustments weren’t touching my pain. I booked with Nina and she worked her magic with fascia work and 2 days later all of that pain was gone! I now go back regularly for self care. I see Bela for massage and she is exceptional! I previously saw a different massage therapist until he retired, and it took me several months to find someone who is just as good. Bela is excellent at identifying and relieving muscle tension with massage, and in a relaxing and calming space. Her office is across town for me but well worth the drive.

Bela is AMAZING. I came in for a massage due to some pretty intense muscle knots and it took some serious work but Bela got out all the knots. She’s also super intuitive and a talented energy healer. I actually learned a lot during my session and I can’t wait to go back. I’m really excited to try out some of this studio’s other services too.

Such a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere! I have been seeing Nina for massage therapy and I cannot believe how much better I feel after only two sessions. I have two shoulder injuries and suffer from chronic migraines. I can finally move my shoulder without pain and have not had a migraine in a month (I was suffering from 2-3 a month). Nina does amazing work and is very attentive. Try the craniosacral therapy!

This was my first time experiencing reiki so I didn’t know what to expect. I was given a thorough explanation of how my energy can be blocked and the different points in my body that energy flows. The healer then tested my energy flow and worked on getting me back to a positive flow throughout my body. This was a great experience and I felt more relaxed with positive energy after this healing session. Thanks again for your help!!
