Highly recommend Myofascial Release over any other therapies for any tension or pain relief. It is a natural way and produces immediate and long term results. Amanda is amazing, she is professional and kind. She takes time to figure out where the pain or tension is coming from and understands the intricacies of the body. I always feel better after every session.
