The contracted company used by Home Depot used high pressure sales tactics. It reminded me of going to a time share sales pitch. I do not recommend them for heating/HVAC services.

I came to this store for a quote on new windows for my home. they set an appointment for a consult and after hearing Selina speak of ALL the benefits of using home depot for my project, Including Actual home depot employees doing the work, lifetime warrantied panes and screens, not having the hassle of going to a smaller less reputable companies for service after the sale, award winning customer service, the list goes on and is further reinforced by a iPad video she showed us once again reminding us of the over all value of using home depot for our project. After signing the contract this is what i have learned: the available appointments originally offered to us were no longer available, after being told id be called within a day or two to finalize appointment time took over a week and a half. after ordering all materials and measurements were taken an appointment time over 3 weeks later was scheduled, not the original time promised. 12 hour before my install someone from another state called me to tell me they would have to reschedule the job because the materials they received were not what they ordered from the manufacturer. Meanwhile we had removed all 17 windows treatments including blinds and all hardware in preparation for the scheduled job. I paid hundreds to have my security company come un install all window sensors for my alarm. Now the job supervisor says that the windows will be sent in the next weeks order and i should just sit with my house exposed and unprotected until they get around to doing my job. Turns out the company is subcontracted by home depot and these ARE NOT home depot badged employees like promised at the consult. Not one consideration has been made by anyone from this company or home depot to remedy our problem. DO NOT repeat DO NOT be lied to by home depots consultants. i would highly advise using a smaller reputable local company due to the horrendous customer service. We have basically been told oh well too bad you signed a contract so we have what seems like no rights as consumers. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

I came to the store in a hurry for a broken Pipe and the guy said he was going to get them from the and took 30 min and then we ask a other guy and he had a bad attitude horrible customer care !!! Something must be done at this Store
