Very professional and informative. My family member has seen numerous eye drs throughout IE for the past 10yrs. Has a diagnosis of stigmatism,visions worsens,bifocals get stronger and has been told not even surgery will hrlp.This MD validates all prior information recieved was false. And had started family member on the path to having corrective surgery with the possibility of contacts after. Also informed us this was a gentic problem possibly from birth.I recommend him as a first opinion not 2nd-5th+

I work in the eye industry and one thing that is key point is customer service, patient friendly environment, most of the patients that come to Dr Mohan are elderly people, they need to be treated with respect and dignity, theyre more than Medicare cash cows but apparently that seems to be the only drive here, thousands of dollars billed to the state and poor customer service still.Its a shame, the receptionist cant even pretend like they care, let alone help people who at times need to be explained things throughly.

This is the worst customer service ever!The front desk will not handle appointments if its Friday before 2pm. The attitude is rude and unfriendly. The slothness is evident just from speaking to them on the phone.If they are representative.of this Doctor, I would be very fearful. Definitely not going here.
