Dr. Vijay is a wonderful doctor! The reason why I gave the office two stars is because if you come here you will be waiting at least 3-4 hours for your appointment. I came in because I found a lump in breast and it took almost 4 hours. All they did was order me test. They have to come up with a better system. Maybe you can check in on your phone and when there is only 5 people ahead you they will txt you to head over. Something anything is better than wasting half your day here just to get lab papers.

Everyone seemed fine (of other natural orgins) except me I feel completely racially discrimated against and was not able to even make a complaint!I would give absolutely NO stars if I could! This office discriminates against anyone they so choose, I personally am of African American decent! For asking questions about my health and trying to gain clarity of procedures here I was rudely calmly kicked out of their office by the doctor Vijay Aurora! After dealing with a very rude physician assistant and attempted to acknowledge it to the doctor, before I could even make a proper complaint he cordially made excuses and transfered me from the office! You can not come here and ask questions about YOUR OWN WELL BEING! YOU can NOT have regard for what they have done or not done! I am 24 weeks pregnant no prenatal vitamins and for 3 or 4 appointments have ONLY gotten the heart beat of the baby checked and my weight! Very unpleasant-and unprofessional! Money hungry with no actual regard for mines or my childs true well being! Would not recommend this unprofessional office to literally ANYONE who is pregnant because the unnecessary stress they placed upon me is very unreasonable! I still left this office with absolutely NO ANSWERS to any questions. I have been suffering from insomnia and missed 2 appointments but instead of being helped I was threatened with being transfered regardless! Instead of being helped to sleep I was threatened because these people want their money! I feel I know literally nothing after numerous appointments with this office and even after trying to express that it f just by wanting to know whats going on, & and whats next frustrated the whole office it seems like! They can threatened you on transfered for missing appointments but u ALSO get Trans if you acknowledge to the office that your experience wasnt great Either u play along and pretend it was great even though nothing is happening or u will be treated bad and transfered! Without warning or fair notice.

Super long wait sometimes, but where isnt these days ? hes nice, quick, and knows what hes doing. Im first time mom, 36 weeks 3 days, and Im not nervous about the care, just about the changes. I am excited , only thing is he is inducing me at 39weeks soon, and the baby and I are healthy and all good, so Im hoping its a good call and Im leaving it to the Pro. the nurses are polite , there is one or two who seem like they hate their job but all the other women definitely make them stand out with their smiles and communication. some patients just need Patience and understanding that theyre trying to get all our different medical reasons taken care of and out the door.

They need to update their hours or answer the phones I been calling since they opened & keep getting the voicemail saying they’re not open. Completely unprofessional

I want to start my review with, everyones experience is theirs.I had the best experience, as a woman that thought something was wrong for over 5 years, and told by other doctors...its just your age, it happens and pushed off. I finally found the best doctor for me.After my first appointment with Dr. Vijay Aurora, and many tests to confirm what was actually the problem.I felt very comfortable, with the decision we made and with the results.I did have surgery and completely happy with the outcome. All the others that complain about the wait, that is because the staff takes time to listen and talk to you, so be patient, when its your turn...ask questions take your time.As far as the after, pain and future.I can honestly say... I had little pain, only took pain meds in hospital, nothing after.11 weeks after surgery I am completely back to my crazy normal life...no restrictions, with dr approval of coarse. And its a crazy life..the staff will tell you i am a crazy active lady.Thank you for making be whole again.

Some of the office staff was rude and the brunette doctor (nurse practitioner?) that always saw me was dismissive, lied to me about my results, and told me to google a condition and let them know if I have it? Im done with them. Im only giving two stars because there was one sweet office person and most of the nurses were kind.

Everytime I come here its extremely over booked. There is over 50 people here. Majority of them are not wearing a mask and there is no social distance. All of the chairs are bunched up and full. Over 20 people are waiting outside sitting in the grass. At least 15 of us have an appointment for the same doctor at the same time. Now how are they going to pull that off? Hmm.. Why in the world do they have these receptionist women working here if they cant book appointments properly? This is a ghetto hot mess and will now cause me to change doctors.

Ive been hesitate to write a review due to my lack of experience with this office but at this time I think Ive had enough experience with it to write a legit review. Most of the staff is really nice and respectful, the receptionist hasnt been rude to me personally, but Ive witnessed her being extremely rude to other patients and people simply just trying to check in to their appointments or when they simply have a question. Ive noticed that they never call to confirm your appointment unless you owe them a copay or have an outstanding balance ( of course its for their own best interest they get paid). I have had a total of 4 appointments with this one being my last. Every single appointment has been a MINIMUM of 2 Hrs with my last one today totaling 3 hrs and 13 minutes!!! I personally dont mind waiting I understand fully getting backed up can happen, but when its an Every Appointment reoccurring event and theirs Baby Sitters to be hired to take care of other children while we need to sit and wait every single visit its completely crazy to me. I moved to the High Desert about a year and a half ago so this was my first time having to deal with a New dr with my pregnancy and I have had no choice but to transfer out and find a OB that is no where near the HIGH DESERT due to not finding a good one near by. The Dr mentioning to me that I have no choice but to do a C section due to the lack of the hospital not being equipped enough in case of an emergency with me having a regular birth also was alarming! As the staff I give them a 10! I know they work hard every day to get patients in and out but as a practice I am rating it a 2 because the lack of scheduling and respect towards patience time is just not right. And to the patience that arent educated on the fact that they have other options for OBGYN Drs thru their insurance and feel like they are STUCK dealing with this type of Waiting around and wasting time please know that you have every right to change your provider thru your INSURANCE! I know Im not alone on this!!!

Very good doctor.....but you will wait. My average wait time for this doctor is two hours, and has been up to three and a half hours. The staff is good....once you finally get to see someone.

Doctor had TERRIBLE follow through. Knew I was immune compromised and FAILED to give me antibiotics after my laparoscopy. Doctor Vijay Arora had 14 surgeries in one day plus an emergency surgery when he worked on me. He was rushed, and didn’t treat me with any respect when I was needing his assistance the next morning before I got discharged. His office said I’ll be fine and to call in a week. I could have died from the infection I got from the surgery he did. He never addressed or apologized for this—and he also failed to remove all my endometrial tissue. I’m worse off today than I was a year ago because of Dr. Arora and his failure to treat each patient with care and dignity. I feel like he cares more about how many patients he can make money off of than actually help them.The wait time is horrendous at his office as well, and the front desk ladies aren’t too pleasant. Their billing department failed to bill me correctly and I had to call them SIX TIMES with my Medicare information because they aren’t organized enough to handle their billing.

Please don’t ever come to this office would give zero stars if I could I had an appointment and waited for 2 hours just to be seen they don’t care about the patients well being they constantly lie saying 30 more minutes or 2 more people ahead of you and you still end up not being seen a waist of time

Some staff is nice, knowledgeable and truly doing everything to help, like Heather, others not so much. If you are not bothered by an hour wait every time you arrive, then it’s a place for you. Also if you are okay to be switched between the doctors, and not have any certainty of who is your doctor end up being, go for this place.

Long wait. 1 hr for U/S. Another 2 to see the doctor. They overbook clinic. No parking. Make pregnant women wait in line or in car in sweltering desert heat. After C section wife called to get pain meds, poor follow through. Going on day 3 without them. Staff is friendly enough, doctor seems knowledgeable, but overall experience was terrible. You do not feel a quality of care with this office. Will not be back once post OP care is complete.

If you have time to waste, this is the right office for you. Every time I have had an appointment I’m here for hours. Here for hours and a few minutes with a NP. They have tons of pregnant mamas crammed in a small room in a time of Covid. I am not pregnant, my care can be discussed by phone, instead they have me come here, exposing myself and others unnecessarily. The nurse practitioners are friendly, but the office staff are not. I was refused my own medical records unless I signed a release to another medical office. I don’t understand that logic, they are MY records. The one star is just that, one star, because the NPs are friendly.

With the ridiculously long wait times, you would think these DOCTORS would at least offer wifi to their patients...

I just had my first visit recently and the staff are nice and welcoming. I was concerned by all the negative reviews but I didn’t have the same experience. I’ll update again after my next visit.9/23 - I’m on the 3rd visit and the doctor claims I need surgery. I’m not too sure about this because I’ve overheard 4 other women scheduled for surgery too. Coincidence or not??? I would suggest getting a second opinion. Plus, my appointment was an hour ago and I’m still in the waiting room. They don’t keep to their scheduled times. So inconvenient if you’re only taking a few hours off work to come in. Not sure I would recommend this doctor. I’ll let you know.

For the last couple of years I’ve been in severe pain and none of my doctors could figure out what was wrong with me. In my first doctor visit, they new the issue and they executed it. Now I’m pain free and I have my routine check ups every 6 months. Thanks to the doctor and his caring/kind staff. I highly recommend this clinic to all the women in the high desert.

The best doctor I have ever been to! He knows what he’s talking about. I have had 3 miscarriages and 1 ectopic and he’s gotten me to be able to carry a healthy pregnancy. If you have any infertility issues go see him.

Wonderful Doctor! I’ve been with him nearly 20 years. Always makes you feel important and comfortable. Highly recommend him. Staff is great!

He has a new receptionist she is very RUDE..... I have always been at every one of my wifes appointments as she has epilepsy and has seizures daily, we have never had any problems at any doctor or this office until today (10/23/20). The other problem at this office you never see the doctor only a nurse practioner and you have to wait at least One hour past your appointment time. Then you are only seen for from 3-5 minutes and still billed for the full time. The only time you get to see the doctor is the day before a surgery or delivering a baby or two weeks after a procedure. And they do not know any other appointment time other than TWO WEEKS weather needed or not. It is all about the mighty $$$$$$$$$$ for Dr Vijay Arora and and his practice.

Appt scheduled for 11. Arrived at 10:45. Still waiting at 1:00 with 11 patients in front of me and another expected hour wait. I have been to BOTH locations and this is normally the case. Finally fed up and will be looking for another doctor. Very sad because the NP at Melanie Aroras office is great! They should really get their scheduling under control though.

I don’t give reviews but the experience I had was horrible! I came here a few times where I had to wait only to see a physician and not the doctor.. A 2 hour wait for an appointment that took less than 5 minutes, very unprofessional. I also had to wait long hrs just for them to tell me my results when it could have been done on call.They really scared me that my only option to solve my problem was to get surgery when they didn’t even bother to show me my results. I went to a different doctor to get a second opinion and they said that the issue I had was common and didn’t have to get surgery. So yeah, I’m very skeptical about this place. They made everything sound so serious and overly catious when it’s not. I do believe this is a billing scheme, so just be aware of that. I suggest not coming here it would just waste your time.

I originally went to Melanie Aroras practice for my ovarian cysts several times then one day, Dr. Vijay Aroras office called me to transfer me to his office. They started to add up things like claiming that I have endometriosis and recommended laparoscopic surgery. After surgery, they said that I didnt have endometriosis but I have uterine prolapse. They said that I must have a hysterectomy before it gets worse. I was baffled because I dont have symptoms of prolapse at all. They kept scheduling me every two weeks for an ultrasound exam for my ovarian cysts, follow up, then tried to push me to schedule a hysterectomy because of my uterine prolapse.My last appointment was the last straw for me. There was a new physician assistant that I have never met. She definitely did not read my chart nor asked me my reason for being there. She started to say things with the same words from my 1st appointment with them. She basically said that I might have endometriosis and recommended lap surgery... It suddenly dawned on me that they make false claims to collect our insurances to make money. They always overbook 20-30 women in the waiting room, 2-4 hour wait times for 5-10 minute check-ups/follow-ups, and unnecessary medical procedures.I went to a different physician for a 2nd opinion. She took the time to do a lengthy exam for uterine prolapse and explained everything. My uterus is in great condition and no sign of prolapse. She pointed out that uterine prolapse will be detected during pelvic exams. If my past doctors did not say anything then I didnt have it.This practice is a scam.

I’ve been going here for a little over a month and the staff is very attentive and thorough. I’ve never had to wait very long for my appointment, but if I did I would understand because the doctor and his staff are very busy. It’s always a full office.

I had a dr appointment today at 12:30 Am and got seen at at 2:50 almost 3. I only got took to the back to get seen because the lady that was in the front office when I first checked in came back from lunch, she seen me there still and looked confused and asked me why haven’t I been called back, like if I know ! She finally takes me to the back to get my virginal ultrasound done. The lady that did my ultrasound got a call in the middle of her doing my ultrasound and left the machine thing inside of my Virginia while she took her phone call which was about 4 min. She also told me I’m supposed to be off by now but the other ultrasound tech hasn’t made it in yet. I was very uncomfortable and will be switching drs because the experience was really bad! The location was the Apple Valley one.

I saw doctor Arora twice and he was amazing each time. I also saw his daughter as well and she was just as amazing 🌹🖤🌹

I drove all the way from Barstow and I didn’t get seen because I had my toddler with me. They refused. I didn’t have a sitter it was beyond my control. I’ll be glad when all business stop using covid as an excuse not to do their jobs properly. We both had on masks dummy.

He followed my three pregnancies many years ago. He was thorough, attentive, and compassionate throughout the many complications that presented. He even took care of cyst issues that had troubled me. I never had ovarian pain again afterward. The kids are all grown and fine, and his handling of the pregnancy complications assured healthy full term births. I always understood the wait times when they arose. Especially considering the nature of unexpected deliveries and complications in his chosen discipline. He is an awesome doctor.

Zero stars if I couldSlowest place ever, I was supposed to be on a no waiting list due to a long wait last time only to be turned away and be rescheduled. Its going on 2 hours of no waiting. They pull people back who just arrived when your appointment was earlier then theirs as well. On top of that they had someones social security card up front checking people in with it right there for people to see!Zero stars, Zero.

Really bad place, waits are horrible, doctors are horrible, had to get induced the doctor didn’t even tell me why when I asked, if you can transfer somewhere else it’s not worth it! They don’t care about their patients only about the money!

Have been going go see Dr. Arora for about 10 months now and in my opinion he is an excellent Dr. and skilled surgeon. He has always taken the time to answer all of my questions and to make sure that I am comfortable with his treatment plan. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a while to see him but its definitely worth it. His office staff has always been polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Yes the wait is long, but as long as you are polite, then you will get politeness back. He is very knowledgeable. He listened and answered all of my questions! Just like other doctors, they will not always call you so if you need to know something then call them ASAP! I’m reading all these sob stories of stressed mommies to be and though y’alls stress is real, you also need to take responsibility for your own babies and check/call in frequently.-God bless!

My pregnant fiancé got dropped from her previous doctor at 30 weeks and nobody would take her in due to being a high risk in third trimester but thank god for Arora for taking her in as a new patient! Very grateful for him! He is very strict with his nurses but that goes to show he knows what he’s doing and how he wants his pregnancies to go. He is very blunt about your eating habits and weight. Very great doctor! Would recommend to anyone. First timers the wait is about 2-3 hours but it’s worth it!

Excessive wait to have ultrasound and have to wait to see doctor. My 10:00 appointment and I am still waiting to be seen. Another patient is still waiting or her 9:30 appointment. It is now 11:06 and I am still waiting. This ridiculous even With the Covid 19 scare. Also, I am waiting in my car with 89 degree heat under the shade.

I found Dr. Arora to be very compassionate after I had a miscarriage of twins back in 2010. He was wonderful at comforting us during such a rough time. I have recently gone back to him as there was a mass on my right ovary which he removed. (He is now working with me on conceiving naturally again.) His staff are all lovely as well. There is usually a full waiting room but to me, that just shows that he is a great Dr. and the wait times have always been worth it. Hes never been a quick hit Dr.; he has always explained things and answered all of my questions. The wait times have been way better than they were several years ago. (An hour or less from the time I walk in to the time I walk out.)

Dr is amazing. He preformed my csection and took very good care of me. Hes really nice and professional wanted best for me and my baby.

If I could give a negative star I would I caution every woman not to go hear if they are pregnant or think they are pregnant this doctor is out of his mind almost cost my daughter her baby because he told her she wasnt pregnant and tried to get her to take medicine to start her. When in fact she is 5 weeks pregnant do not stay with this doctor get a second opinion his staff has been confident they have no idea how to count waiting times are horrible I caution you again do not go to this doctor if you are pregnant

You sit and wait hours to see a very rude doctor that interrupts you and doesn’t let you explain anything he’s very rushed he told me that I wasn’t pregnant even after I tried to explain to him that I had plenty of positive tests because if I wasn’t pregnant I wanted to know why I was getting positives he sends me for blood work and still says I’m not pregnant I’m currently 9 weeks pregnant I went and got a different doctor and I advise you all to do the same he tried to make me take pills to start my period how crazy is this man! I wish I could give him negative stars worst doctor I’ve ever seen!

Amazing doctors both Mr. Arora and his Daughter. Its worth the wait to be seen. I went to their offices twice a week for about a month. I had the best care and truely grateful for going to them. Always attentive, always available directly to them. What more could someone ask for!? I had a procedure done and everything was well organized from appointments to pre-op to the actual surgery.

Dr. Arora is a caring and thorough doctor. I recommend him and his daughter. I have had excellent treatment from his staff and his np. The waiting room gets crowded, and sometimes the wait is long. But, I will gladly exchange a little of my time in exchange for seeing a very kind, competent doctor.

Dr Arora is a great Doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. There is usually a long wait but its worth it. Since you are in good hands! I have a complicated pregnancy and he has been very supportive of my needs. He listens and gives me options and I love that about him.

Is amazing, I found him by doing an internet search and crossing my fingers, I didn’t know where to go, I have been in pain for several years, in and out of the hospitals only to have the Dr.s do nothing! So I picked him blindly, The wait was a little long and the waiting room filled up quickly, I was called Into his personal office, thinking to myself this is kind of odd, I’ve never been in Dr’s office. When Dr. Arora came in he was nothing but polite, He asked me why I was at the office today, So I explained my medical aches and pains and what I believed they were, He schedule blood work, ultra sounds and a few other tests, He had me back In is office a week later going over everything step by step, and has my 1st surgery scheduled for October (4 weeks after my first visit ) He did not make me wait months, And he did listen to everything I had to say, I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Arora. Yes his waiting room was a long wait, But if he is giving every patient his full attention and answering every concern as a Dr. should, I don’t mind waiting for my turn. He is very companionate and caring, I recommend him highly to all women .......

Kind and professional staff. Unfortunately, the wait time is outrageous. All three times Ive been (for simple check ups), I waited 2-3hrs before being seen. The last time, I waited in the lobby for 2.5hrs before telling them I had to reschedule. They made an appointment for me at their other location and Im hoping the wait isnt as long.

Ive been with Dr.Arora since September I believe and although Ive been with him for that amount of time I wouldnt be able to tell you if he was a 1-10 on a scale reason being Ive only met him but 1 time out of 3 maybe 4 appointments. My first meeting with him he was very very nice and helpful. He listened and gave out great suggestions and helpful tips. The wait is extremely long and sometimes overwhelmingly crowded. An upside though would be MOST of his staff are very very very friendly and understanding. Im hoping these next 18 weeks I have left in my pregnancy I experience all the good things that Ive heard about him.

The office was clean, and the staff friendly. I was most impressed with Dr. Arora because he took the time to listen and discuss various concerns with my daughter and I. He was kind, attentive and helpful. It’s rare to find a doctor who takes time, and actually hears his patients, but he does.

Dr. Arora is the best up here. I have been to multiple GYN doctors and NO ONE has given me the care or answers he has. Dr. Arora takes his time to care for each and everyone of his patients and answers any questions thoroughly.

Yeah the wait time is long. However its worth the wait. Hes very knowledgeable and always listens to my concerns.

This place is horrible. Very unorganized. As a mom to be (first baby) I shouldnt have to stress the way this place has. They constantly have me going in circles with the way they run things. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Had a complete break down this afternoon because of how sloppy and awful they do their job. Switching drs first thing tomorrow.

I absolutely love him. He is the best. Hes been my doctor for 15 years, hes delivered my daughter and my grandson. He always listens to me and is very patient, staff is lovely.

Dr.Arora is an amazing doctor. He is very caring and understanding of your concerns and needs. I’ve been a patient of his for over 5 years and he has never been anything less than amazing. He answers all of my questions and guided me through a difficult pregnancy; he checked on me multiple times in the hospital while I was in labor and even pushed me to deliver my son naturally when I wanted to give up. He is a genuine doctor; I recommend him to absolutely everyone. His staff of medical assistants are always working their hardest to get you everything you may need.Regarding the wait times: Dr. Arora is a very busy man and doctor. The wait times speak for themselves: people want to see him.

They made me an appointment with the female (his daughter) but when I went in they gave me him (the male doctor)didn’t tell me this until the last minute until after I had waited already for hours to be seen! I was undressed in just the paper gown and then they had me move to another room for an ultrasound n then said “oh you’re not fasting” so I had the internal sonogram for nothing! Then I had to walk across the hall where other patients and nurses could see me! And then I get my lab results for my blood panel and they won’t tell me the results until my next visit! That means another day off work. Another copay. Their secretaries are rude at the front window. Their waiting room was full for 3 hours! I went in person to ask for my lab results and she answered the phone while she was explaining to me it’s their policy to not give patients their medical records! That’s against the law! I will be reporting them!

Only thing is never met Vijay Arora and only met his daughter when I went to be induced and then after that his daughter took very good care of me and checked on me very often I loved his daughter. Just bothers me that hes the one who delivered my son and I never met him even after

I love Dr. Arora! He has worked with my mother, sister, and all my moms sisters. Hes dedicated and really does care.He found the cancer my mom had and it wasnt even under his area of expertise. So grateful for him.

Dr. Arora is one of the most caring Doctors I have ever been to. His bed side manors are some of the best. I have had two D&Cs due to miscarriage, one by Dr. Arora and one by another Doctor. Prior to my procedure he came and talked to me to see how I was and held my hand. My experience with Dr. Arora was by far the best. He has always taken his time with my husband and answers all of our questions.

Been having medical issues, including enlarged uterus. Was scheduled for tubal ligation and when I saw Dr Arora last, he told me he was sure he would find something. Surgery day came and never saw him. I have to sit here with anxiety as to what was done, if anything was found, if biopsies were even done. This is awful. You dont tell a patient youre sure youre going to find something and never come to update the patient after surgery.

Dont recommend. Extremely over cautious to the point that it may be a billing scheme. Scared me for absolutely no reason - I think they were trying to bully me into extra tests. Transferred to a different doctor and he held my results. Luckily, if you call the lab directly they will release the results to your new doctor. I am having trouble getting some of the results but new office is great and are getting the results transferred for me directly from the other labs.

Love Dr Arora been going to him for 20+ years. The wait is a bit long. He is a very caring Dr. With any Dr there will be good and bad stories about them. Its up to you to judge for yourself.

Went in for a checkup and needed antibiotics. My whole checkup the doctor was trying to put me on birth control for irregular periods, but I cant go on BC for health reasons. Went to recieve my antibiotics, he didnt prescribe them, but he prescribed me the birth control I didnt even ask for. Now no one is giving me a good answer as to whats going on with my meds or have even called me back for that much. Terrible. This doctor DOES NOT care about your health, but just the quantity of patients and money he can make off of them. P.s. the wait time was over 4 hrs just to see him for a 5 min appt.

Doctor Arora is truly great he makes you feel comfortable and listens to your concerns, most doctors on your first day just put you in exam room. He sits you down in his office first to listen to your concerns and then you are placed in the exam room. Defently recommend him, even though it is always busy and you do have to wait longer then your appointment, its worth the wait .

Best doctor I have ever encountered in this field. I believe in good things come to those who wait and waiting for him while hes at the hosp for emergencies is well worth it to get the care i have. Dr Arora has been my doc for almost 15 years....

The waiting time is just ridiculous. Other than that the staff is very friendly and the doctor is excellent. Ive been coming to this doctor since 2007. If they could better up.in something it would be in the waiting time it takes up to 3 hrs to see the doctor and be in there less than 15 mins.

My rating does not reflect the doctor by any means. But the office management. I have never waited so long to see a doctor and better yet to go over results. It’s been a minimum of three hours and all the other patients in the filled waiting room have said the same. We are the patients bringing in business to this medical facility and it is very disappointing that they are so inconsiderate of our time and money.

The doctor is great. The wait is ridiculous. I saw this doctor years ago when I had a PPO. He did a surgery for me that went well but then the office doubled billed me. I became disabled and lost my health benefits so I made payment arrangements with the office. I later signed up for medi-cal but this office wouldnt see me due to my previous $300 bill. Now my daughter is old enough to see the doctor and is a patient of Melanie Aurora. The office manager Mary Ellen is incredibly rude as other reviews have stated. The actual care given is great but the major downfall for this business is Mary Ellen and the long waits.

Great Doctor, took very good care of me during my pregnancy, delivery and afterwards as well. Very nice and caring staff. I refer all my friends and family!

I came to this Dr to help with an issue Ive had for 7 months. Every visit my results were not explained to me and I was put on antibiotics for 4 months without actually having a reason for it. This dr doesnt take time for his patients. He takes quantity over quality. Every appointment expect to wait anywhere from 2 to 5 hours before going in and recieving a rushed conversation where the dr over talks and interrupts constantly. Every visit I left confused, crying, and not confident with my care. Finally after 5 months of constant apts and being charged he decided he had no answers for me and referred me to just go to Loma Linda. He stated his office would call me with information and that Loma Linda would call me as well. A week past and I followed up with his office and said they were waiting for an authorization and I was rushed off the phone. I called back another week later and I called them saying I have PPo and dont need an authorization right? She said oh your right you just need to go to loma linda on your own. So they left me suffering for almost 3 weeks.This dr office is over booked and this dr is horrible at communicating and and doesnt answerall your question. This has been a horrible experience and has affected my emotional well being.

If I could give then no star I would. Long wait, I have no idea why they give appointments if we are not going to be seen at that time. I understand if they are running 10-15 min late. Ive been waiting for 2 hrs. I work in a dental office and I dont have time to be waiting around. This is why we give appointments. And to top it off the front staff girl is horrible No people skills at all, RUDE and not presentable at all.

I personally feel like he discriminated against me and my pregnancy. 2nd time he has dropped me as an Patient and my pregnancy has been healthy and I’ve had no complications.

Even with a appointment it is always an hour till almost ywo hours of a wait very slow they need to fix their appointment schedule but the Dr here are great just their appointment schedules are horrible

I cant stand this place a minimum 1 hour wait, staff that lies to your face, orders that never get processed, question unanswered. Hes a good but Ive been a patient he over 8 months and ive never seen him only the p.a. despite requesting a doctor visit with him! Needless to say I will be finding a new doctor soon!

This doctor threatened and bullied my wife. He is not even worth one star. He is not professional and should not be practicing. He made my wife extremely uncomfortable during her physical exam and he does not respect your personal preferences or boundaries. If you are thinking about a doctor visit here or bringing your wife here, I would say you should go somewhere else. Beware.

He was a very good doctor. Kind and was there to deliver my baby girl. He was very good through all my appointments. iam very glad he as my OBGYN actually was there to deliver me. Usually other drs from the hospital deliver u but im glad it was my own doctor because he knew my health which makes it more comfortable. in my opinion Only bad part for appointments is the waiting but other then that he is a great Oby dr.

The wait is ridiculous... appointment was @11am its almost 2pm & the last 2x there was supposed to be an ultrasound we thought again it was supposed to be an ultrasound & its not... people have other important things scheduled for the day. This office is pilling up patients cramming up the schedule to get that insurance money. Being greedy at other peoples expense.

My wife went here for her first prenatal exam. They did not even take her information or questionnaire before taking her back for an ultrasound... A surprise transvaginal ultrasound. She was extremely upset as she wasnt warned or even far enough along for much to show on the ultasound (5 weeks). This was then followed by a nearly 2 hour wait in the waiting room to see the doctor. The doctor then told us that they ultrasounded too early and did not see a baby. ALL of this was unnecessary. The only thing they did correctly was send us for blood work & swabs. My wife got really upset and worried that they did not see a baby - it caused a lot of stress that was undue. We got a second opinion and for the record, it is not normal for the first prenatal appointment to be like this. He is in it for the billing. If you want a wand up your cookie, here is where you should go.

Dr. Arora was my Ob for my first pregnancy. He listens and is honest and gives straight forward answers. His Pa was great too. His bed side manner is decent, he isnt going to waste time holding your hand and dance around answers and questions. His office staff is par, but they do answer theyre phone and they do call back if you have questions. He only delievers at Victor Valley. He has a lot of pull there. Everytime I had a question and I called his office, if he was at Vv his office would tell me to go there and see him. Theyd call him and let him know I was on the way. No sitting in L&D, or the ER. Just straight to him. If need be I would be admitted for testing and having an eye kept on me but it was instant. I am no longer his patient bc of my insurance switched halfway through my second pregnancy but if I could and had time to spare with referrals and insurance bs Id stay with him forever. The office wait time can vary from 20 minutes to over an hour, honestly its hit and miss. He also is at the hospital on Tuesdays & Thursdays so of you make an appointment on those days he is not at the office and you will see the PA. Depending on your situation appointments dont take weeks to get. Sometimes days others a week of two. Great doctor and staff overall.

Staff seems nice but are rude and don’t have anything put together are always calling because they can’t find a file they call and lie basically about why they called if you don’t answer. They’re unsympathetic when it comes to problems like if you live far away and aren’t sure you can make it in time to the Victor Ville hospital. All in all they’re unprofessional rude and not put together If that’s the staff I wouldn’t have that doctor exam me or deliver may baby

Terrible wait time, awful front desk. They overbook and lie about your time expected. The doctor administered a shot that he did not inform me of the high cost. Ridiculous.

If I could post without giving them a star I would , very long wait , staff is very unprofessional. I was spotting and called them to see if anything was wrong I talked to 4 different people on the phone only for me to have to drive up there and them tell me I need to stay in bed and rest which they could have told me over the phone all in all I would refer this doctor to anyone not even my enemy

Best doctor Ive seen so far the staff is excellent as wellI havent had any problems nor issues since Ive been going there and he cares about his patients ..he made sure I received the best care when it came to my daughter having to be born at 37 weeks hes great

It’s kinda ridiculous to have to wait 1.5- 2 hours just to be seen, I don’t understand why we have to make a appointments then.. And the fact their is always unnecessary tests. You should only have to be seen once a year not 5! His daughter Melanie was excellent though.

Assistants are very friendly and Doctor was very nice the couple times i saw him. Wait time is a little long but never bothered me because as obvious there is only one doctor and one practitioner for 10+ patients and assistants are always doing things as fast as they can.

Love, love, love this Dr., He was a great high risk doctor. I still see him years after having my children.

The doctor makes sure youre taken care of, but his staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Not one person in that office knows how to be friendly, or return a damn phone call. I honestly have. I idea what they even do all day. Every time I come in theres probably ten women standing around gossiping. Very loudly.

Years ago he prescribed me a birth control, and when I went back to him (3 weeks later) with full body bruising as a side effect, he completely dismissed my claim. He addressed me from the hallway without ever examining me or entering into the examination room. He told me I had a blood clotting disorder and needed a blood test, and he scolded me for never getting a vaginal ultrasound (of which he never told me why I needed, even when I directly asked him.) When he was done speaking to me, he turned (still in the hallway) and walked to the nurses desk telling me Goodbye over his shoulder. My exam room was directly in front of the waiting room, the inner door propped open so everyone was able to see how he treated me.Never go here. He is a sham of a doctor.

They inconveniently overbook their patients. I usually go to melanie arora in victorville, but they told me to come here for this appt. I dont mind waiting 30-45 mins after my scheduled appt because Im inside the office. Not waiting around after 3 hrs. Theres pregnant women scattered outside on the concrete in the cold because there is nowhere to sit.

Love the doctor he is very sweet and cares, the wait is pretty long maybe 2hours even with an appointment but its worth it.

Have seen Dr Arora for 25 years. Would never see anyone else. Always takes his time and thorough.

Dr Arora has been my on/gym for over 10 years the best one up here in the high desert really great with his patients .. Staff is outstanding exoecially Mary Ellen she great and very professional love this office !!!

I want to that Dr Arora and the staff for saving my daughters life. 2 years ago I had lost my twins and was emotional wreck pregnant with my daughter. He stitched me up and checked me at every turn till we moved. The Hill family thanks you so much for what you did for our family.

Worst office, theres no point in making an appointment because they make you wait for 2 to 3 hours before even seeing you. Look for a better doctor.
