I’ve been doing face treatments as a skin care club member for 6mo now. Good value for the products and services. Lucy is nice, personable and does a good job. I’ve also done some Botox with Grace - she is nice and did a good job. I love to support small businesses and this is one of them. I would recommend the skin care club and both, Grace and Lucy to friends and family.I gave 4/5 stars due to the upkeep of the facility. The craftsmanship of the walls, ceilings, painting and cabinetry is poor and mismatched. Seems odd for a place doing such nice services. A little unsettling when looking around.

This place is just not good, at all. Bad injection products that did not work or the owner does not know how to give injections. Every time I was there the owner/Botox artist would tell you what and where your injection would go and ultimately it wasnt a good value or outcome. The only time the Botox injections worked with a good outcome is when they hired a new gal that took her time and gave the injections slowly and accurately, she worker there only 6 months. The owner of this salon just blows through her patients and does more talking about her family than concentrating on her job. The product was so inconsistent that I finally will never go back after giving it 3 attempts. This place is honestly just not consistent and when you are with Botox you want consistency.

The team here is just great. Great expertise, great prices, and friendly staff. One silly thing I love: texting for appointments, questions, specials. Makes it super convenient amid busy work life. Highly recommend Joules!

Convenient location, great prices, and friendly staff! Recently started coming here and compared to other places I have been I commend them for not rushing thru your appointment. They really take time to understand your skin goals and educate you on everything to expect before during and after each treatment. Not pushy at all for purchasing take home products but when asked they will inform you on anything and everything you would like to know. Love this place!!

I would highly recommend Grace and Joules Medspa. The staff is friendly and Grace did a great job describing the POD Lift and greatly increased my self esteem with the Lift. I have had follow up visits to make sure everything is the way I would like and I couldnt be happier,

Its a shame. It seemed like a very nice place. I was just about to begin my treatment when I discovered the prices had increased from what is advertised on their website and had been quoted to me just a couple months earlier when I purchased a gift certificate. I have never known a respectable business NOT to honor an advertised price. They did comply with a refund. But still quite frustrating as I waited weeks for an appointment and drove 30 minutes each way.

I just moved to the area from overseas and have been calling around a while for a medspa I really liked. I found that even though other clinics were professional and experienced, many did not offer the latest aesthetic products, technologies and techniques. Grace is awesome! She will address your concerns honestly and offer treatments that actually work. She definitely knows her stuff and has a real eye for beauty. There are no gimmicks or pressure to buy unnecessary treatments. They also have great member-only promotions and give aways. This medspa is the real deal. Even if it can be difficult to find an appointment, I would definitely recommend them. There is a reason they are so booked. ;-)

Joules is truly amazing! Grace is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She truly cares about each and every client. I spent many of my days in a tanning bed when I was young and never took good care of my skin. When I finally decided I needed to start taking care of my skin, I had no idea where to start. I started coming here about a year and a half ago. The staff and owner, Grace, are great. Everytime I walk in, I feel welcomed and at home. I started with the skin pen treatment and deep peels to treat scars on my face from acne and clogged pores. Grace suggested take home skin care products as well. I have had great results, my skin is much smoother and it doesnt break out like it used to. I plan to have more other treatments to treat the deepest scars, which I was clearly informed I may need.I also have used the Vanquish ME (10 consecutive visits) at two different times. Both times I noticed a difference in how my clothes fit, by treating the areas that my body is more stubborn in losing fat. But you HAVE TO drink a lot of water and change any unhealthy eating habits.Other treatments I have had, also yielded results I was looking for. Their prices are already great, but offer killers specials as all.♡♡

Nice staff (as most cosmetic places are) but I personally didnt have the best experience here which led me to think they might not know their anatomy or the technique very well. Just my personal opinion & experience. Book at your own risk but I learned the hard way that its best to go see a licensed physician regardless of the cost.

This is the best spa in the Twin Cities. I drive 30 minutes south from Minneapolis to go see Grace. She is well-accomplished and extremely knowledgeable in her field, and she always has good, practical suggestions. She gets to know her clients and what they need/want. Further, although this is slightly off-topic, this is one of the best-run businesses Ive ever seen - kudos to Grace for being a benevolent, friendly, creative and savvy businesswoman. She manage to keep her prices reasonable and give everyone the time they deserve.

I have been a customer of Joules Medspa and Laser Center for over a year. The first treatment I received was facial laser hair removal. I had good success with that so decided to continue with lower leg laser hair removal. That is going extremely well after only three treatments. Most importantly to me – I have a high spinal cord injury and I am paralyzed from the shoulders down with no use of my hands. Grace (the owner) has been doing the treatments. She is so incredibly kind and accommodating – she does whatever she needs to do to make the experience wonderful for me without making me feel awkward. Great results, excellent service, and a comfortable environment. You cannot ask for more than that.

What a great experience I had at Joules! As a nurse, I am a little more conscientious about what I am getting into, but I must tell you, Grace did an outstanding job explaining in detail the treatment I was about to receive. I’ve had similar treatments done at a different Medspa and didn’t get nearly the details Grace gave me about what to expect. She is extremely thorough about discussing the risks and benefits associated with the elective treatments and very patient which put me at ease throughout my entire appointment. I have been going to Joules Salon now for a year (the year I turned 40). Since my treatments at Joules I have noticed my pores appear smaller, my face fuller, and my skin more evenly toned. I also did laser treatment for my upper lip and chin.. something that has bothered me for years, and now is no longer an issue. I have never waited more than a minute or two for an appointment, and everyone is always so friendly and warm. Grace understands my skin far more than I do, which is great because she guides me to treatments that will really make a difference. Joules always has great packages to purchase for really fair prices.

I have only had one Skin Pen treatments and depending on your age and what you are trying to accomplish you will probably need multiple treatments, but even after just one treatment I can really tell the difference in the lines and wrinkles on my face. You should know that immediately after the treatment you will be red and puffy, but it only lasts a few hours. It is well worth a few hours the next day my skin looked amazing and as an aging female I look forward to my next treatment. The staff at Joules is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

In my first few visits I dont recall every being asked to purchase additional services. But, I asked what else they have available and what would help my skin. I have been getting facials of one sort or another every 4-8 weeks for over a year now and my skin feels and looks wonderful. Grace and her staff are always upbeat and complementary. I highly recommend using their services.

I have been going to Joules Medspa for a short time, but already I see a difference in my skin. My mother has been a regular customer there for years and encouraged me to go. I feel very at home at Joules and am impressed with their professional attitude. The staff is always very friendly and the rooms are always clean. I look forward to my appts because I feel so much closer to having better skin after each session. They are a very customer based center, which is hard to find these days. Grace, the director, is very willing to listen and see what my needs are and is very willing to work with me and get the best results.

Very unprofessional! I have worked in the customer service industry for 15 yrs and would have never expected to be treated the way I was. Cancelation policy is 24 hrs, I tried to cancel and reschedule my appointment 21 hrs because of a work conflict and simply told no! I have been to this spa on more than 1/2 a dozen occasions, its not like it was my first visit.You also never know what type of treatment youre actually going to receive. Depending on who is doing the treatment and how far behind they will determine what type of service you will receive. I will no longer recommend the spa to friends and coworkers.Good luck! They will be nice and spend quality time on your first visit,get you to spend more money, then rush you in and out on your next visits.Really unfortunate because they are reasonably priced. I guess you get what you pay for.

Not satisfied with the service. I paid $99 for Hydra Facial and I was told by I would see great results but I did not, I’m disappointed and super bummed that I didn’t see any result.

I’d like to give a fair review, however I have to be 100% honest. The first time I went to this salon was because I had purchased 60 units of dysport. When I arrived at the salon I decided I would purchase restalyn for my lips since it was always something I wanted to do. I paid the full price for the restalyn at the front desk.A couple months later I saw they were advertising restalyn on Groupon so I went ahead and purchased. I called for the appointment and there wasn’t an issue scheduling, however when I arrived to the salon Grace seemed disinterested in wanting to give me the restalyn. I’d suggest not using Groupon if you don’t want people to purchase. She ended up injecting restalyn into my jaw area yet one side was injected with much more product. Overtime it began to swell and harden. I now have an infection in my face. I decided to go to a plastic surgeon for further work. Not a place I would go again. If someone’s putting anything in my face it’s going to be a board certified plastic surgeon. Never would take the risk of messing up my face.

Brits Mom is a dear friend of mine who recommended I go see Brit at Joules. Today I called to book my consultation with her and the receptionist proceeded as if everything was good to go. I called her Mom to tell her I was finally beginning this process and she informed me Brit resigned yesterday due to a very bad experience. For the respect of this place and the owner, i wont go into detail. However I feel sorry for all of her clients who are being told shes still there and felt everyone deserves to know.

I am currently doing treatments in two areas; underarms and lower legs. After four underarm treatments, I didnt see much results, hair was still growing as much as it was before treatments. So on my fifth appointment, I told Jessica, the nice young lady that was doing my treatments that Im not too happy with the results. So the next day I got a call from the owner, Grace saying that she would want to try doing treatments every 5 weeks instead of 6 weeks to see if that helps, and since I only had one more treatment left, she added two more treatments for free. I am so happy to hear that Joules medspa cares about their customers satisfaction. This is not something you can get in every laser spa. I would recommend this spa to anyone who is thinking about getting laser treatments. The staff is very respectful and courteous towards others.

I am currently on my 8th session and 100% hair free under my arms and at about 90% for the other areas. Grace and her team are very nice and make your feel very comfortable. Gave them 2 stars for great staff and good prices. That doesnt do me much good when the procedures dont work though. Spent $600 on Kybella for me and $1500 on Vanquish for my husband. Waste of money and time as they both had NO effect at all. They make it seem like these procedures will change your life but they do nothing....nothing. The before and after pictures are obviously just the result of diet and exercise only, not anything from these procedures. I would only do laser hair removal as that works.

Joules Med Spa has been so good to me. My first experience with laser hair removal treatments were here, and I JUST bought another big package of treatments because they’re that good. Truthfully I was scared at first, but they kindly gave me a free consultation, gave their advice, and were straight forward about the results I would have depending on my skin type and hair type (I’m blonde and white skin and not all parts of my body would be seen by the laser- so they could have easily just took my money but they told me realistic predictions). This way I was able to put my money into areas that would work. The results have been amazing, and I’m excited to see more. The staff and owner are always present and attentive to my needs and wants and do their best to help me achieve my goal- I have a wedding coming up, and wanted smooth skin for the big day and I’m almost there. Laser hair removal in general is always expensive, compared to shaving obviously, but the prices here are better than anywhere else I’ve seen, and the owner puts specials up ALL the time. I was sad that I missed Black Friday special, and there’s a seasonal holiday special right now too. Seriously guys. The prices are so great. The staff are so good at what they do. Very professional place, and its beautifully designed too- has this royal look to it (I’ll add a picture of what you would see if you were to walk in). Personally I’m only here for laser hair removal, but I heard all there other treatments here are fantastic and I’m looking to do some facial stuff too before the wedding as well.Ps. The staff care about each individual- they get to know your name, and who you are as a person. Each client received a customized Christmas gift as well from the owner- this is how much care they pour into each client. How cute is that! Will be a loyal customer to them for 1. I am a regular and returning customer to Joules MedSpa. The atmosphere and the environment are both very relaxing and inviting. The staff are very professional and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I will certainly return and would highly recommend this spa.

Hey there Chicas and Chicos :) I feel so beautiful today! Yesterday I visited Grace at Joules Med Spa for the Aqua Gold treatment. I have struggled with large pours and a little acne scaring .. all those fun things your skin does with aging. Nothing really worked (and ya, I tried all the tricks haha). After seeing Grace, I feel so good about my skin care plan! I have someone who cares just as much as I do about the appearance and health of my skin. Thank you Grace you are absolutely amazing!

Grace (the owner of Joules) has a wonderful approach and makes me feel very special and relaxed. I feel rejuvenated after every visit. Grace and her staff are very professional and competent. Grace takes the time to really look at my face and evaluate what she can do for my face that would improve its appearance. She has never pushed me to buy products or treatments. I have had Laser hair removal for upper lip, under arms and full legs. I have also had her perfect peel, a facial massage, and Voluma injections, I felt years younger after the Voluma treatment! I recommend Joules to anyone looking for skin care services. I have sent my daughter and best friends to Joules Shes amazing and shell make you feel amazing too!

Grace is very knowledgeable about what techniques would work best for you but never pushes you to do anything youre not comfortable with . Amazing prices on their services and they all do wonderful work!! 🖤 My jawline and chin filler was amazing. Literally it was so soft and subtle. I was scared to put filler in my face and now I’m obsessed. It gives me this nice contoured look (round face) Grace was so sweet. And did such a great job. If you’re looking for filler this is the place. My friend just did the SkinPen and her results after 1 were insane. Ive seen other spas do 1 and I see little to know results. Her technique or rather, her magic is impressive. She also did this trick with the AquaGold (no more pores) She does something extra to make your results last longer. I was shocked. Now I can wait longer (pay less) in between apts.

Grace was very helpful during my free consultation and answered all of my questions. Ive begun laser hair removal treatments and have been very satisfied with the customer service and cant wait to see continued results!

Grace and all the staff at Joules Medspa and laser Center were so kind to me and made me feel so welcomed! I personally have to say that the free keurig coffee in the lobby is such a nice touch and much needed most days! Thank you! :) Now on to the treatments. Since going to Joules I have done around 8 skin pens, some botox, and a little bit of filler. I am addicted to the skin pen and the results have been unreal for me. I received Botox in my crows feet, those are long gone. The filler was placed on the inner cheek to raise it up because I lost a little bit of volume from all those late nights up. The filler is pretty unreal! I couldn’t stop looking in the mirror. I personally want to thank Grace for making me feel better about myself. Sometimes I feel like I should be paying her as my therapist as well. lol

I love Joules! So much so that Ive referred my husband and mom :) Grace and the staff (special shout out to Stephanie) are so kind and wonderful!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I bought special coupons, drove an HOUR to be seen for a facial, and was told my coupons (through Groupon) would not work because I had been a previous customer and the coupon was only for new customers.Who is going to reimburse me for my gas? My time to drive all the way up here?They had NO sympathy or remorse. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience.Dont go here.
