My wife has been residing at this facility for approximately a year and a half. Initially I was very impressed. This facility is ethnically centered, mainly serving Japanese and Korean seniors. After a year and a half. It has been quite clear that first impressions some times prove to be illusions. There have been several incidents of neglect, and stupidity of untrained and unqualified staff. There has been incidents of staff physically fighting on the job. While leaving the residents to fend for themselves. Managment that refusing to deal with staff appropreatly. Allowing staff to sleep on the job. Play with their phones. Droping pills on the floor and then giving them to the residents anyway. Would i suggest bringing your loved to this facility for care? Absolutely not.
