This Insight is by FAR THE BEST in our area. Always friendly, courtesy and their services are always working properly. Compared to Downtown being a 2 this is a 5 star bank and staff!

Myrna has such horrible customer service. Every snotty word that comes out of her mouth makes me contemplate if its worth having an account with you.

Ronnie is the most patient and knowledgeable credit union rep I have dealt with for awhile.He solved my on line ATM problem after others failed at other branches. He was very patient with me with my hearing condition. THANKS, RONNIE

The absolute worst customer service. And the tellers mumble, instead of looking at you and speaking clearly. I would rather drive to Lake Mary . The Lk. Mary branch is more courteous and friendly.Most of my family moved their money and banking to Fairwinds Credit Union.1000 times better than Insight.

I loved this bank up until I needed to speak with Ronny Aleman. Every interaction with him felt like I was the bad guy and it was job to calm the situation just to get served. He is highly confrontational. Because of the 2 interactions with Ronny Aleman Ive decided to close my account at insight and move to a different bank based solely based off of my bad customer experience at this bank.

By far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Their website has more issues than I have ever seen, they never have more than two people assisting a very long wait line while other employees just wander around and make mundane conversation, and their helpline is never available when I need help. Biggest regret is ever banking with them

Great bank company to deal with in person, will work with you.. but horrible website UX and call center wait time/service. I ended up switching banks because it was such a hassle to log in and the system was buggy. I really hope they fix this its a huge factor.

Friendly staff at every location but the company is trash. Don’t get any sort of loan from these people. They say they will save you hundreds each payment of whatever you have, to only save you a few bucks. The best part is, if you fall behind on a loan payment, the first thing to get deleted is your checking account! Can’t pay debt without a checking account, Insight! Never had any issues like this with big banking.

We love Insight! I have never had a problem over many years and many visits, and they are truly a community bank that cares about you as a person and not just your money. I would definitely recommend this bank and branch to friends 10/10!

So, apparently, not only is this by far and away the best financial institution Ive ever encountered, as far as conveniences and various services offered, but they also have some of the nicest employees on the planet in their staff. I absolutely cannot provide adequate accolades to describe how much I freaking love this bank. (credit union, technically)

I’ve been using this credit union and it’s previous incarnations for over 30 years. In the last few years, they have progressively gone down hill. They aren’t even bogged down by FDIC regulations. They are bogged down with their own company regulations and corporate BS. Do yourself a favor and pick a better credit union or just go to a bank and not be bogged down by M-F, 9-5 inconvenient banking.

Dont bank at Insight . This Bank still thinks its 1980. There so behind the times.

They have closed down two of their most important locations which where central locations, Keller road ( closed to customers) and downtown Orlando, Hillcrest with the drive through. Now you have to find a parking place , get the kids, walk down the block and go in for your banking, really inconvenient !! There are limited locations, none near me. Very few of their locations offer drive through services. They need to open up their Maitland location for customers and relocate the downtown Orlando location so it can offer drive through services. Shame on you Insight, profit over customer service!

The computer system for doing your business is the worst I’ve ever seen. Considering leaving bank

This place was closed on Saturday when they were supposed to be open. Dont come here for banking. They are rude and obviously dont care about the community. VERY LAZY BANK, customer no service! Again they are supposed to be open on a Saturday and are closed.

It is the most organized bank that I have seen very quickly and customer service is magnificent
