I have been with this bank since it was Navy Federal credit union. I like this location even though parking small. I’ve had all my loans through this location and had great service. The staff has never been short with me and answered all my questions and solved all my problems. I see some bad reviews here, but I’m guessing these people are probably generally rude and don’t have their information in order. I’ve seen people come in with negative attitude and then they are the ones that will write a bad review. I can attest this bank staff has been super friendly and knowledgeable.

Horrible service when I needed them the most. I called today at around 12:30 in desperate need for a copy of two checks that I wrote back in 2018. The online portal did not have it because the checks were too old. I called Fairwinds, and the teller, who was very nice, told me that there was a $5 per charge fee for them to send me a copy of each check. Even though I found it amusing that theyre charging me for a copy of a check that I wrote from their bank and paid them for the physical checks, I obliged because I desperately needed them. This was extremely urgent, which I told the banker, and she said since it was before 1 o clock, I would get them that day and advised she was not able to email them to me directly while on the phone. Around 4:00pm I called again and said I desperately need these checks. They said they would expedite the request. It is now after 5pm, and they did not send them. Horrid service all around.

Terrible hours and service. Unable to give solid answers when it come to something as simple as requesting a new debit card.Once again terrible service. They should try to modernize their system. Also work on having a more reliable phone/hold system. They removed my SCRA APR from my account well before my first enlistment ended. Although I never left the military, I’m still active duty.You are better off with USAA or Chase.

I just wanted to take a minute to rave about my experience with the Fairwinds branch in Apopka. Especially their branch manager Eric Ullrich. Eric has been instrumental in helping me navigate my PPP loan application. He has highly communicative and prompt in responding to all of my questions/emails. (which were plenty!) I’ve had both my business and personal accounts with Fairwinds for about 7 years and I’ve always been impressed with their service. I really love this bank, the customer service, everything. I would and have told my friends about the prompt professional and courteous service that my Fairwinds provides.

I have been a member here for 13 years. All has been ok until recently when now every time I call I have to hold for 10+min before anyone even comes to the phone and then they always transfer me again where I wait on hold for another 5+min. We had a large fraudulent charge on our account which history should have never been allowed through and I had to jump through hoops just to report it. I am actively seeking other banking options and possibly transferring everything to TD where we hold our business accounts.

Great crew working here. Usually its busy at the beginning of the month. But Im always satisfied.

We have experienced great customer service every time we have been to this branch of Fairwinds.

This branch location just sucks!!! I came in for a new debit car lady told me it would be 10 mins I found myself sitting in there lobby for over a hour with not a single person in line. Not once did somebody come over to help the situation that was supposed to take 10 mins. No they continued to conversate behind the glass disregarding me . I will be sure to use another location for now on what a joke

This is the slowest branch I have been to of Fairwinds. There’s usually only one person after 4pm at the drive through and it takes 20 minutes at least just to deposit money.

If you must physically go, go Mon-Wed. The branch is a bit small, and there is always a terrible line Thur-Fri, but other than that the staff is friend;y, and they usually have quick turnarounds when dealing with customers.
