I’m new the the FL area and have been looking for a Chiropractor. Found The Joint searching online. My experience, especially for someone who is new to this … has been amazing. The staff are all pleasant and welcoming. I’ve seen Dr. Dwight for my initial visit, who did a very through exam, consultation & my first adjustment . l have also seen Dr. Holden on a follow up adjustment, he took the time actually go over what was in the medical chart before my adjustment. Both are great and have been extremely helpful. I received relief almost instantly on some issues that l have been suffering with for awhile. If you’re considering a Chiropractor look no further.. you won’t regret it.

Dr. Holden gave me an adjustment last night and my back is better today! I’ll need a few more adjustments I believe and can get back to walking again! I hurt it last Thursday when I bent over to put something away. I felt a sharp breathtaking pain in my waist/lower back instantly and could hardly walk until the adjustment. So glad I went in last night! Thank you Dr. Holden and Katerina! It was a pleasure meeting you both! I’ll be back Thursday!

The entire staff is incredible— super Family friendly! Katerina is the absolute sweetest and made everyone feel welcome when they came in (myself included) and Dr. Mason really took his time and actually seemed to care about where I said I was having pain. I can feel the difference in my problem areas even after only one visit! Excited to see the progress after multiple visits. Overall awesome experience.

Terrible!! Nice staff but doc was extremely rough as if he was trying to prove a point to be extra rough… wouldn’t recommend to anyone with back pain. I’m sure he works better with other patients, it clearly was something he didn’t like about me… I’m in more pain now than I was before! Definitely will not recommend nor be returning!

The adjustments from the doctors were fine (not Websters Certified), however after repeatedly receiving conflicting information from the front desk staff, I expressed my concern about Demis attitude today and poor customer service. She retorted back that I wasnt a good customer.My job as a patient is to advocate for myself and make sure I understand everything clearly. I wont apologize for that, and I wont be returning again.

Dr. Holden is an absolute miracle worker. I have been suffering from migraines pretty much every day for the past few months. Dr. Holden takes the time to understand my symptoms, give me exercises to help ease the pain and his adjustments help reduce the frequency of my attacks. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my experience here. The front desk was very helpful and polite and it was a very smooth comfortable process. Mason did a great job and I definitely felt like they knew what they were doing and my spine already feels better. Will definitely be going again!

I have just visited the Apopka location for the first time and all I can say is WOW!!! From the moment I walked in I was impressed how professional it felt. I had the pleasure to meet Loveli at the front desk and help problem solve something that had been brought to my attention within my membership. Most people would have had the customer figure it out on their own but not her. She took a personal interest in the membership misunderstanding from another location and took it upon herself to solve. I cant thank you enough Loveli for valuing me by owning a situation that you didnt cause and created a solution. True customer service is about weaving delight into the details. I dont usually write reviews but you far exceeded my expectations and made my day. Thank you !

I’m new to chiropractors- the whole adjusting process, and Dr. Mason has been awesome. I always feel a thousand times better afterwards. And Lovely- I think that’s her name, is super sweet too. 👍👍 Also! My mother doesn’t speak English that well, and Dr. Mason’s been able to communicate with her just fine regardless of the language barrier.

First chiropractor that gave me hope my back could be improved. Also very affordable if your like me and dont have insurance. Only $29 for first consultation and adjustment. After that you get 4 visits a month for $69 and 3 free visits as a sign up bonus.

Very inviting, and friendly environment. Lovely did a great job welcoming me in, explaining the great priced options available to me. The chiropractor was easy to talk to, and went for exactly what I needed done. I would definitely recommend going with one of the packages, 4 adjustments a month almost costs the same as one adjustment at other chiropractic offices.

Awesome facility! I have always had sciatic pain and upper back/shoulder pain due to normal wear and tear of years of running and and high intensity exercising. One visit to The Joint and I feel like a new person! They adjusted me and offered a few stretches to release the tension and pain I felt on a daily basis! Ive been experiencing some serious lower back pain and went in to The Joint Chiropractic (Apopka) to see if I could get reliefTheir office is not only super friendly but also very clean. Additionally, their doctor took the time not only to do the adjustment but also educate and teach me some new stretches that will help.Lastly, they didnt push anything on my that I didnt need, and in fact, actually helped me to find the best plan that would work for my financial situation.10/10 Would Recommend!

Amazing experience at the Joint Chiropractic on South Hunt Club!!I had a terrible pain in my shoulder shooting down my arm to my elbow after a tough workout. Came down to Joint Chiropractic, saw the doctor, got my assessment, and got an adjustment within 20 minutes and my pain was GONE! Super friendly and helpful staff made the process of getting in seamless. I had a clear understanding of what was going on to cause my pain, and a simple adjustment to my back and arm was all it took to get my back in the gym the next day.Highly recommend this location for a sudden injury, or a general good joint and muscle wellness plan.
