I’ve been going to the Waterford Lakes location for almost two months now and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I love every minute that I spend there. Natasha is more than welcoming and does an amazing job making me feel like I’m important. She is really easy to talk to and she brightens up my day. Dr. Aguilera is very knowledgeable and takes his time to really understand what my main issues are. I appreciate the time and attention I am given by him. I feel as though he genuinely cares about my progress. As for Brian, I truly appreciate that time he takes to explain the process because it helps me feel great about the work he is doing. I feel as though I can trust his work. Amanda is both a new and great addition to the team. She is so sweet and very caring throughout the process. I love how no matter how busy they get they always take care of each individual without rush, no one gets ignored or overlooked.

I really love the Waterford Lakes location and cant begin to tell you how friendly and accommodating all the staff are. I went in barely being able to look down and now not only have full range of motion but feel better than ever. I go to the location at Waterford in Orlando. This staff is wonderful. You are first greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist, Denise, who is always very helpful with any questions and concerns as well as signing in and making appointments. She is very welcoming. Their massage therapist, Brian, is great. He helps you with many treatments and is excellent at massages and making you feel very comfortable. Dr Aguilera is the best chiropractor Ive had the pleasure of working with. He is very polite and well mannered and does his job perfectly. Ive had an amazing experience. Its a week since Ive been coming to St Germain Chiropractor at the Apopka location and I can honestly say the staff here are amazing. Starting with the front they greet you as soon as you enter the door. Dr. Myers is amazing she explains to you what shes doing and how it helps you whenever she works on my neck and back. Now the crew in the back Nadia, Tamara, Brianna, Phalone and the massage team they mad cool . They talk with you, take great care of you and also make you feel like family I enjoy coming here everyday just to see the people there because theyre always put a smile on my face.

Today is my last day and i can sit here and right a book about how great this office was to me. Especially the front desk Maddie and Mariah. Never did they miss a call , even on days i was not scheduled they still called me to check up on me. I have been in multiple accidents and never got the care i needed until i came here. The back staff was good to me as well. the only thing i feel bad for is the front desk always on their feet. I have never saw them sat down not once like i would usually see in other offices but thank you Maddie and Mariah

I love the Waterford Lakes location. From the minute you walk in, Natasha gives a warm welcome at the front desk and is always in a positive and cheerful mood. Brian and Dr. Aguilera are also really nice, welcoming and great at their job. They explain everything that they do to help you have a better understanding of how to fix problems with your muscles. The location is very clean and organized! I definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The staff is awesome, everyone appears to enjoy being there, their mode rubs off in you. They are very helpful and have a great relationship with each patient and makes them feel important. I want to give a special thanks to Hannah, my message therapist, she was the bomb. Her messages was one of the best I ever had, and trust me, my muscles are as tight as a drum, and she dug in and made me feel allot better, so big ups to Hannah. Not to leave anyone out, they all were great, even Mr. Chicken Sack.

I attended St. Germains Chiropractic in Waterford Lakes and have no complaints. All of the staff were helpful from beginning to end. The receptionist has great mannerisms, speaking to everyone who walks in with a smile. The therapist had a good system when it came to use of all the many modalities, making no wait time. After a few sessions I felt a great difference in my discomforts and I now have a new understanding for the works of chiropractors. Great place and environment !! While your there everyone treats you like family. Last time I was there I told them I was having bad cramps all over and even though it technically part of my treatment Robert stretched me out really good and gave me some advice to avoid them. Theres Bianca who is also smiling and in a good mood even early in the morning and Russell just seems like the coolest guy in class. My point is they make you feel welcomed along with getting you better so Id highly recommend going.

He not only obtained his goal but lost over 40 pounds and has been able to maintain the weight loss and healthy living without stress due to strict diets. It is always clean, they are very flexible with working around your schedule, and they do an amazing job at accomodating to your personal treatment. I’ve been going to the Waterford Lakes location for about a month and a half now, and have yet to have an experience that is anything less than outstanding. Dr. Aguilera takes time to ensure that he’s understanding exactly where your pain is, and also explains the physiological aspect to help you, the patient, understand what you’re feeling and why the pain is occurring. The staff, made up of Brian, Meghan and Amanda, are all as friendly as it gets and work together with the utmost efficiency. I have yet to experience any wait, even during peak hours. I would absolutely recommend this location, and have personally received a great deal of relief in my back pains.

Treatment was excellent. But the staff are always on there phones I’m always waiting for long periods of time and the young woman whos always In the front who helped was very rude and unprofessional and this is the 3rd time. Will not be coming here anymore place is Horrible!!

This office is full of friendly and skilled people. From entering the door its a pleasant experience. The girls at the front are always cheerful and ready to help, especially Allison and Hannah. Dr Ortiz is very professional and pleasant. He is very thorough and has his patients best interests at heart. His adjustments made each time a little better on the road to recovery. While doing therapy all of the staff is very helpful. Curtis and Shawn helped my daughter immensely. Bianca is always helping and making sure I was ok. Robert helped me immensely with massage therapy. From day one me and my daughter felt like we were improving each time. I recommend Dr St Germaine Apopka to anyone I meet. Thank you.

$2000-worth of lies. They wont discuss any specifics until you pay, force you to pay in full and feed you lies and false promises. They advertise doctor support and supervision -lie! I didnt meet with any doctors there. No one gives a damn about you or your progress. Those daily support texts and phone calls they promise? I didnt receive a single one! After 15 days I lost a TOTAL of 3 lb eventhough I am extremely careful to follow instructions and do exactly as I am told. Unfortunately I also lost my medication on day 15, but when I went there and asked for a replacement they tried to rip me off even further and force me to pay for the whole program again! When I asked to see their director -they brought in a nurse pretending to be a director. EVERYTHING WAS A LIE!!! Save your money and time, you can have better results with any other program!

I have been going to the Waterford Lakes location since my accident in the beginning of April. Dr. Aguilera is extremely knowledgable and caring. The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are very accommodating. I have greatly enjoyed every visit and feel so much better each and every time.

The Waterford Lakes location and the team of Natasha, Brian, and Dr. Aguilera have been great. They are very friendly and seem to genuinely want to help. They are very attentive and even with all the patients they see they always remember your name. Dr. Aguilera knows his stuff and is concerned with his patients well being. I would definitely recommend them.

We went to the new clinic on Sand Lake Road right after our car accident. Our first impression was that this was a machine--a system set up to get money from insurance companies while preying on injury victims. I wish I could refute that statement now, but I cant.The masseuse was great. He did wonders for soft tissue healing and guiding us through therapeutic exercises. The chiropractor/doctor helped as much as hindered. Many times we started into headaches or new pains as a result of adjustments. I wanted to stop adjustments entirely. But no. You had to do ALL of it. And pay for all of it. He was very straight forward about injuries and excellent about educating you as to their seriousness, to the point of terrifying you.Overall, the treatments helped. However, when our insurance money began to run out...We stopped treatment. In an insurance settlement, we will only be able to obtain a finite payment for any additional medical needs. Looking at the possibility of multiple surgeries which may exceed our settlement, we informed them that we would not be returning. The business manager tried to persuade us to continue forward with the argument that the clinic would get its payment from the other guys insurance. Thats right. From the limited amount of settlement money we might need for surgery.Because we didnt complete the 8 week regiment of treatment, the chiropractor/doctor refused to give a final report of our injuries for our demand letter. In fact, when I spoke with him on the phone (politely), he was down right rude. I could hear in his tone the fact wed messed up his scam. Keep in mind this was after 4 WEEKS of treatment totaling around $16,000 to $20,000 for the two of us. I understand if youre angry because I messed up your system, but for heavens sake, act like a professional, please.As first assessed, this company is a machine. That said, everything is streamlined. They do take care of all your paperwork and everything is in-house. No need to trek across the city for multiple treatments. If you hire an attorney, as they will strongly urge you to do, they will take all of the headaches (other than the physical ones) away. If you have personal insurance and were in an accident, your costs should be covered just fine. If you dont, seek treatment elsewhere. Even if you do, you should probably seek treatment elsewhere.
