Simply put, this is the worst place Ive ever step foot inside. My brother Brian looked like he had not been showered in atleast a week and he seemed to slightly coward to my other brother and I. He has never done that to either of us. EVER!! If anything, he never let us go! Returning him back to that home looked nothing short of an American Horror Story episode. Seriously. People cashing in on the government for doing nothing is REAL!!! Please believe this. Im so grateful he is no longer there. I literally just feel so terrible about everyone else there, because they have no idea how much better things can be!!!! If youve experienced this, please share. If you have a family member here, please reconsider whos taking care of them! My brother is my best friend and I am Now crying even though hes no longer there

NEGLECT! My brother was in the care of BellaCare group home for six months. During this time, my brother was subject to gross neglect at the hands of the employees.He had residue on his teeth for a period of six weeks, indicating that his teeth had not been brushed for a prolonged period. His nails were nearly half an inch long on multiple occasions. His hair had been matted with dirt and earwax siggesting that his ears had not been cleaned and that his hair had not been washed in weeks.My brother lost an unhealthy amount of weight during his time here. He is 6’3” and went from a 34 inch waist to a 28 inch waist in the 6 months he was in their care.Be VERY cautious of the five star reviews on this property. Two of them are made by the business manager. This is not a safe place for your loved one.
