First time coming here after suggestions from friends and family after we just moved here from WA! We love out in Mesa, but everyone said this location specifically was fantastic - they aren’t wrong. The waiting room was a good volume so we could still chat, workers were wearing masks which was nice since I use for medical issues / autoimmune issues but we don’t have medical cards yet. Anthony was fantastic and his good reviews really speak for themselves! We are still getting use to the pricing of Arizona compared to Washington, but Anthony was able to hook us up with some great prices on a few 14g’s to last us a while until we can become medical.Definitely will be making the drive from Mesa just to come o it here! Definitely better than the Mint! ;)

This place is a little up tight for a dispo. All the bud tenders seem like nice chill people, but management has a negative vibe. My interaction seemed a bit disrespectful and like they were in a hurry even though it was not busy. This would be an ideal place for the older folks who dont like to be around the younger folks. Decent bud prices, but you can find cheaper edible prices anywhere else

Two stars because the music is way too loud...... I cant understand what the budtenders are saying..unable to communicate well in order to get recommendations from them. I would buy more weed and but I cant hear what theyre saying so I just buy what I ordered and leave... Turn the music down...

Fast friendly and understanding with a lot o places treating medical patients like pariahs if they cant wear a mask it was nice to see them treat my GF with respect and care they were great and answered every question and the service was top notch. Would recommend!

One of the best dispensaries out here. The prices and deals are great, never disappointed leaving Nirvana. The wait times can be a little long, but given everything going on and Nirvana being popular I can understand and wouldnt dock a star for it. Plus theyre really only that busy on the weekends. 5/5 Stars. Its so close to my house, and the products and pricing are great.

I went this morning to find all the prices are up. The young man that helped me i said its my 4th visit i get a free pre roll yeay. So we went on with business and he forgot so i had to remind him. And then he did not give me my change i had to remind him.

With every other dispensary online ordering is a breeze. Services out there do it for you for example Leafly. I didn’t even bother going to your dispensary on first glance at your mobile online ordering layout. Can’t even read what the strand is. I have to click on each and everyone one to read it. Bring your online ordering up to par with every other dispensary out there, you might be surprised at how much more business you get. Invest more to get more.

Rude, wont exchange faulty carts that dont work, they leave items out of your bag that they charge you for, very unprofessional place, never going back.

Very upsetting on a brithday...thy said i was going to get a grim..on on my birthdayThey are liars and sell you whatever..They have a sign at the door that says no refunds or returns...They dont stick behind their productsOr treat you respectfully... Adam is the person that I was dealing with as a manager..The front person take your driver license.at receptionist...and the bartenders type people in the back want to tell you that youre supposed to give your medical card instead of the drivers license to the girl at the front counter when you first check in.. if thats the case they should look there receptionist know that when checking people in not their clientele.. made Adam aware of this hes a manager all he did was look at me funny and oddly and laugh at me on my birthday.. Ive been going there for a year I will not be spending any of my more time at this facility..

Used to be one of my favorite places. Some great budtenders, but unfortunately some of the employees, security included, have gotten so rude and disrespectful that we have completely stopped going. Very disappointed in the way I was treated on my last few visits.

I was helped by Myran D on 8/12/2020 around 7pm at the tempe location. I went to buy 4 grams of wax and ended up only getting 3 but was charged for 4. I called and brought this to their attention and was told I would be contacted by a manager that same day or the following day and a manager never reached out to me. This was my 1st time going to nirvana dispensary and Im not sure id be willing to go back to purchase from this dispensary again. For anybody that goes to Nirvanas dispensary check your bag at the counter before you leave so you dont get ripped off.

AJ location is chilll, always a long wait and prices are kind of high, seems like they carry more expensive brands and not a wide selection for cheaper brands. Some security guards are rude.

I took my mask down to drink their water and was told I needed to stand outside or pull my mask up??? I think the receptionist is a failed cop cause she tries and police everyone, not just me. I suggest you find a place that knows how to treat their customers.. cause these guys suck bad!

The staff really listen to your needs and help you find a strain based on the condition you need help healing. The staff take their time and recommend goods and services without trying to get you to buy everything! I love this place! I’d even recommend it to my worst enemy

The location is very convenient, lots of parking and easy to find. The staff always greets me with smiles and are very quick to get me checked in and even when the lobby is full of people Ive never waited more than five minutes ever.

Nirvana has really went down the drain. They used to have specials on concentrates and dont anymore and when they do they give you a small limit. Will definitely be looking into another dispensary to spend my money from now on, not happy
