I always phone in my prescription refills 5 to 6 days in advance just to be sure and I receive confirmation they will be ready later that day. Twice now, after waiting several days before picking them up, they look me dead in the eye and tell me they are now processing my refills and they will be ready in 20 minutes.It must be something to have psychics working there who know exactly when to start filling them as I approach the counter. Give me a better line of BS next time, this one is getting old.

Typically takes 2-3 trips here to have a prescription correctly filled. They are perpetually days behind in filling orders. Today I was advised that they are EIGHT DAYS behind in filling prescriptions.I see the people behind the counter working hard. Clearly there is an issue with management/corporate.

God help you if you need your medication when youre advised to pick it up. The automated system told me that my order would be ready tomorrow at 8pm. I gave it two extra days and waited 20 minutes in the usual very long line. When at the window I was told that the automated system is never accurate and that actually my prescription will be ready in 7 days since theyre way behind. Theyre always way behind. I asked why? Its because their main population is retirees at that store and theyre not equipped to keep up with the demand. I had just driven down from Globe to AJ. I had to have my med; it was life threatening. I asked for the manager. I got my med in 10 minutes even though the previous pharmacy assistant had told me to come back in 7 days.Another person next to me came in to pick up 25 prescriptions after he received a text message that they were ready. None of them had been filled. Dont use this store if you can avoid it. Drive a few miles further to Frys on SIgnal Butte and they can fill your order the same day its called in. The person taking my request offered up that we do ont operate the way the AJ store is run.

Yet again the cart at Apache trail Frys didnt last even half way thru the store...but this was not the worse part of tonights experience...October 28th at 7:30 I am in the self checkout line having had to walk halfway across the store on my brace the young lady tutted and rolled her eyes when I explained to her that half of my groceries was still in the cart that had died on me. She didnt once offer to get me another cart...( Hopefully you can figure out who she is and maybe you should train her!). Will not be returning

Takes far too long to refill prescriptions. Seem to be short on staff. We transferred from power and baseline when we moved. Within 24 hours scripts were filled at that location. It’s been three days since I called in refills to AJ. I have had to call last two refill cycles to get them to respond. Could learn something from counterpart in Mesa

Best pharmacy ever! Alex and his staff are so informative courteous helpful and caring. At no time did they make us feel like we’re rushing them. They are champions in the Covid war helping so many of us get through this confusing time. I am so thankful for Alex, Mary and the rest of his staff.

First time filling prescriptions here. I must say, my experience here was amazing. The Pharmacist named Alex, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything. The whole staff was pleasant and very hard working. Changing to this Pharmacy was the best decision I could have made. Thank you everyone at Frys Pharmacy!

2nd time coming in the evening. Long line again and people doing “important” work and customer service is at the bottom of the list. When store manager is in you get great customer service. When he’s gone, customers come last.

Never Accurate with wait times. Some staff are awesome but most could clearly could care less. They never enforce the mask policy. They rarely answer the phone and you have to call them to actually fill your prescription and theyre literally NEVER ready when you come in. I have to come in several times HOURS APART before theyll actually fill it. I need these meds to literally stay sane. This is not the first Frys pharmacy to have these issues either. If you ever got to the power and baseline location, you know EXACTLY what Im talking about.

Worst pharmacy ever!!!! I have been using Fry’s pharmacy Indian School & Miller then McDowell & 77th st for 8 years & never had any issues close to what I’ve experienced at this poorly run operation. The people here like to just tell you that they are a week behind & the old “because of Covid” excuse that seems to be popular. Well, I was getting prescriptions without hassle at the other Fry’s right in the middle of the Covid outbreak last year. A week behind since I started using them in January. You’d think they would figure out how to fix it?? Someone needs to be fired or bring in someone that knows what the heck they are doing. If I ran my business this way I’d be out of business. It’s obvious by talking & watching the people working there that they could care less! It sickens me that people can be so uncaring when working in a healthcare environment. Go work somewhere else!

Was using Fry’s Rx because I figured I could go to any Fry’s pharmacy if I had an issue. I have never had an issue with a prescription but this one smelled horrible like rotten eggs. After some research and calling the nearest Fry’s was told theirs didn’t smell and should probably return it. Problem was they would only help me if I returned to the Fry’s pharmacy where I picked it up. That was 5 hours away. The reason I went to Fry’s as they have multiple locations that I thought could help if I ever had an issue. I was wrong! They wouldn’t take care of a $40 prescription without me traveling 5 hours when the local Fry’s was only 5 minutes away. The only offer was to charge me & refill it. Not at all what I would have expected. Now I know and will never use them again. Fry’s pharmacy you are a disappointment!

A full week to fill prescriptions. This place is woefully understaffed. They had my script for 6 days and when I went to pick it up I had to stand there while they filled it for me. 3 days for the pain meds for my broken rib and I was desperate for relief. Ill be contacting corporate and If they dont get it together Ill be sending my scripts elsewhere and shopping for groceries elsewhere too since they arent enforcing masks either.

Take DAYS to fill prescriptions and do not answer phones!

Slowest pharmacy in town. 7 days after my doc called in a prescription I still hadnt heard from them. Called twice with no answer, just sent to a generic voicemail. Went in to store to stand in line for 30 minutes only to be told it wasnt ready but they would have it done in 45 mins. Wasted 30 minutes shopping and went back to stand in line for another 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn they told me it still wasnt ready and I needed to wait again.

Lots of delays in getting medication refills lately. Not sure if this store, chain, or just shipping issues in general.

Third week in a row that they cant fill my sons prescription, and they dont seem to care at all. No advice what to do. I dont know how employees can get away treating customers this way. This is literally their job.

Horrible pharmacy!! Go anywhere but here!! They don’t have any idea what they are doing!! Can’t answer a phone, can’t open the drive through.....have ZERO customer service!!! You will be dead before you get your prescriptions!!

Worst pharmacy ever! My son needed his asthma medicine and with the pharmacy having it for 24hrs, it wasn’t ready when I arrived! Very upsetting..

Im not sure whats happened, but my medication that i have had filled here for the last 4-5 years suddenly has been taking up to 3-4 days to refill. Ill refill through the app as usual, and after a couple of days of waiting I have to call and ask for an update. After which, my pills will (coincidentally) be ready later that day :/

Staff always interrupts you on the phone. Poor costumer service. I’m sorry you’re busy but maybe try learning a little costumer service. You’re place is lousy at best.

We recently moved to AJ. We are at-risk seniors, shopping in the worst contagious pandemic of our lifetime. Multiple people were wandering the store without protective masks. When my wife asked the employees in front about mask enforcement, she got shoulder shrugs. No concern for our health and safety.

I love my local Frys Pharmacy. Mary, Tiffany, Sam, Christin, Janie, and all the gang are amazing. They know us by name and always go above and beyond to help us with anything we may need. Thanks guys see you soon.

4 days since refill was called in and still not ready. Told me it was ready two days ago. Now the lady is going to ask the pharmacist to do me a favor.

This pharmacy is a dream! I started getting my prescriptions filled here recently after a change in insurance and then a bad experience with the adjacent CVS. Theyve never dropped the ball and theres never a line of customers.Mary always helps me and she is such a sweetheart. These days, its hard to find good customer service AND an employee who is genuinely a nice person, but Mary embodies it all. Give that woman a raise! ;)

Nice store, great location if you live In Apache Junction.

Its inside the new Frys Market Place, but it also has its own entry & a Drive Up Window. Much larger then the old one with more stock of OTCs & personal care items & when necessary, you can still grab a few needed grocery items etc from Frys Market.

Literally the slowest drive thru for a pharmacy I’ve ever been to. And there was an older-ish woman working the drive thru and she was incredibly unfriendly and snapped at me a couple times when I just asked simple questions. Do not recommend. I’ll be going to the Signal Butte location or a Walgreens instead.

Pharmacy is complete crap, employees dont bother to show up, which leaves people in pain waiting 3+ hours to fill a simple prescription. Its ridiculous! !!! If i could leave negative stars i would repeatedly, will be taking my prescriptions to cvs or walgreens from here on out....

The pharmacist are polite and very willing to go out of there way to fix any problems.
