Came in because my daughter hurt her thumb. I checked in online and showed up abou 15 minutes before our appointment. We didn’t wait long and were out on our way home within an hour. Staff was helpful and nice. The facility was clean and organized. I would for sure recommend this location. I’ve been a patient numerous time and have always been happy with the results of the staff and facilities.

Visit was great short wait in and out. Needed a prescription for a utility and thats what I got.

The doctor was very kind and listened carefully to my history. He was wonderful.

Quick to see me. Primary care was amazing. X-ray was also very kind and effeciant.

Terrible customer service. I’ve now been there a hand full of times and they expect you to check in on your phone. I walked in, sat down and was about to do that. Then the receptionist with long brown curly hair and gold hoops that wasn’t wearing a name tag and refused to give me her name was trying to talk to me but I couldn’t hear her over the extremely loud tv volume, her mask, and the plexiglass. She had to repeat what she was saying about 3-4x as I am hard of hearing. She asked if I had a mask and I lifted it to show that I had one and she said if I’m going to have an attitude I could leave. An attitude for lifting my mask up to show you I had one? I laughed at her completely flabbergasted at the exchange that just happened. I would not recommend this place and would just take the short drive to the urgent care the next town over.

My Husband And Myself have been to this NextCare Urgent Care A few times. The location is Clean, The staff is professional, friendly And Helpful. I have never have had to wait long even after just walking in or scheduling a appointment time. The Doctors are wonderful as well as the nurse....😊

This is the second time in a week that I went to this urgent care facility. Each time I was treated with respect and patience. I was in the area and stopped by to see how busy they were. The receptionist said it would be at least an hour if I waited but I could make an appointment for later that day. So I made an appointment for 2 hours later.I arrived on time for my appointment but waited almost 20 minutes to be taken to a room. Once in an hour exam room things moved faster.I would recommend this facility.

I’m disgusted that this is how employees act. I didn’t even go back. As soon as I saw this I left. Sad. Never going here again!

When you don’t feel good the last thing you want to do is sit in a waiting room, foreverrrrrr. That did not happen here. They have a streamlined check in process, you can do it all on-line. So minimal paperwork once you are physically there. And the Staff was friendly, helpful and expeditious. And they are open weekends.

Went for a sports physical for my daughter. It was quick and easy. Cost was much lower than I anticipated. Staff was all friendly and kind.

I was able to get a appointment when I booked at midnight and got in quickly.

The staff was amazing! I had ear wax impacted and discomfort and they were able to irrigate my ear to get the majority of it out! Thank goodness!!Thank you to the triage nurse and nurse practitioner for all of your help 🙌🏻❤️

Friendly, knowledgeable but most importantly it went quickly. If your like me and dont like long waits in a doctors office lobby, than you will like it here. It was quick and to the point.

Front desk personnel gave us false information about what our out of pocket cost would be and what would be covered by the govt for a non-insured person with a covid-related visit. (They told us that there were no charges for covid tests for non-insured persons because of govt. grant). We were then charged us a $200 bill for a covid test and when I called to challenge it, they sent us to debt collection. What a scam. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I came in to be evaluated for a cough. I was not concerned of covid at all but was asked if I wanted a rapid test. The PA came in and told me it was negative and listened to my lungs. He wasn’t in there for more than 30 seconds before sending me out the door. I wasn’t evaluated at all or asked any questions about my reason for visit or my concerns. I truly feel like I wasted my time here. Covid isn’t the only sickness that exist.

NextCare was very very nice, it was easy and convenient and they were very thorough. I definitely recommend that if you have an emergency that doesnt require a real emergency Room that you go there.

Terrible!!! Made an appointment for 12:00 to get a Covid test. Their website said it was a rapid test. Had to wait until 1:30 to get my test. That’s when they told me it wasn’t rapid. Complete waste of time.

The Nextcare urgent care that I visited has changed my opinion on urgent care clinics. I had an online check-on was at 2:00 & I was worked up & in a room in less than a 1/2 hr later. The staff & the Dr were very professional &thorough. I had a very good visit for being sick. Thank you

Much easier to pre-schedule an estimated appointment. Everyone is pleasant and overall visits are quick and easy.

After waiting over an hour, the provider came it glaced at my daughters swollen bruised ankles for literally one second, did not ask what happened, how, or about pain, etc. and just told us to ice and rest and tried to end the visit and walk out. I asked additional questions but no real exam ever took place. I understand soft tissue injuries are hard to treat, but telling a teen to just not walk, no braces, crutches etc was a complete waste of time and money.

Very busy with Covid testing. So busy that by the time we got in, after a 4 hour wait, they were turning people away because they were out of testing supplies. Excellent staff in all areas. Very professional and extremely polite. It might be a good idea to have someone sanitize the waiting area every hour or two. Didnt see that taking place, but everything seemed nice and clean.

Went in for a Covid-19 test and they were friendly and super quik and the girl that did the actual test with the swab was really good at it. She was fast and made it painless. Thank you for what you do and doing it well!!

The experience was fine. I made an appointment for my daughters rapid Covid test online and we were seen fairly quickly, all things considered. The providers we interacted with were kind and professional. They were good with my daughter, whos young and was very nervous.My issue was with the gross bathroom. I visited it twice within about twenty minutes and both times there was a urine sample just sitting there. Ill just say the toilet...needed to be cleaned.

Set an appt and got right in and they have an X-ray machine on site!!!

Got in quickly; the staff was absolutely attentive. They listened to me; which is hard to find in this day and age. They took everything I said into account to make their diagnosis.

My visit to the actual clinic was fine, it took 4 hours to talk to a doctor for 2 min and an xray that took another 20min. I am not complaining about the wait time or the staff. The one star I am giving is for the billing department of Nextcare. When I left the clinic the receptionist assured me they would bill the car insurance as this was a visit after a car accident. As soon as I received my bill for $170 I went straight to the online portal and PAID my bill. Well that payment apparently didnt work because the #s listed on my remittance slip were not correct. The 2nd bill I got was about 3 months after the vist and there was a different patient # on this one. Again went straight to their payment portal and again PAID the bill including the now LATE fee I am being charged because their payment site obviously does not speak to their billing department. Today over 5 months after my appointment and 2 payments I put through the billing website I received a COLLECTIONS notice. Seriously?! FIX YOUR BILLING DEPT AND PAYMENT SITE. If your IT department is that incompetent hire a company that can fix your errors for you. If you cannot fix the secure site stop offering to pay online and stop milking more money out of your patients. Let just hope the collection companies electronic payment secure site actually works and that they are more competent and can locate my bill to apply my payments. I will NEVER step foot in another NEXTCARE and will not ever recommend one. Avoid this company who cant keep up with todays technology.

2 hours for a 15 minute covid test, 45 minutes of it tucked in an empty room forgot about, did a bunch of extra stuff Im sure to be able to charge alot more even though I only came in for a covid test, I knew I shouldve just hit walgreens😏

Check in was great. They were able to answer all the questions I had. The wait time was longer than expected, over a half-an-hour to get in... even though I had a scheduled appt. But giving the circumstances of the events earlier in the day, I was willing to wait. Overall, a pretty good experience.

Terrible/horrifying experience from the very beginning. If I could I would rate this a 0 or negative star. The system doesn’t allow that.Had a 3pm apptmt but had to wait 45 minutes at least before being seen because there were 10 walk-ins ahead of me.While I sat in the waiting room a lady with a leopard skin mask of some sort was sitting across from me with the mask dangling from one ear. After about 5 minutes she went outside at which point I went to the receptionist and reminded them we were in the midst of a pandemic and that they should require her/everyone waiting to wear a mask or wait outside. As I am stating my request one of the receptionists removes the mask from her chin and places it over her mouth and nose.Then 2 young girls come in and sit down next to me...spacing of chairs the same as they would be if there was no pandemic...because of the seating arrangements.No temps/brief medical histories/screenings to identify Covid were being taken...a standard for pretty much all clinics in Minnesota.There was no easily visible hand sanitizer in the reception area, in the exam room hallway or in the exam room. Not even sure there was any anywhere. Joint Commission (an international organization that develops safety and quality standards for ALL providers/settings of health care and then surveys for compliance) infection control standards require hand sanitizer to be readily accessible in all areas of patient treatment and to be used before and after all patient contacts. If no hand sanitizer is present than all patient care staff are to perform good hand washing before and after all patient contacts. The provider who did my exam neither washed her hands or used hand sanitizer.When I finally had the exam I asked for a referral to physical therapy. The provider agreed this would be of benefit but nurse practitioners in an urgent care setting, in Arizona, cannot order therapy. I believe in Minnesota they can.The conditions of this clinic are especially troublesome and appalling since this is a place where many elderly winter residents go for care. These winter residents are in the very high risk category for contracting and dying from Covid.While I am definitely no Anthony Fauci or Michael Osterholm, I am a recently retired registered nurse and spent 35 years as CEO of home care agencies which required writing comprehensive and complete infection control procedures and ensuring compliance of ALL staff members. I was also involved with annual disaster planning which the majority of the time involved role playing a pandemic response.This clinic is not just an unsafe environment...it is a dangerous environment for elderly patients. I will NOT go back to this or any NextCare Urgent Care clinic in Arizona as I firmly believe this is a corporate culture issue. My recommendation to ALL elderly individuals seeking care...avoid going there until they become Joint Commission certified. You will know this by the sticker in their window or you can call them and ask if they are certified.

I went to Curry Nextcare Urgent Care in Tempe on Friday 3/2021 for shortness of breath and coughing, the Dr. Was very short with me and talked over me, she said I had Severe Bronchitis, gave me a 3 day dose of antibiotics and sent me on my way, said to follow-up with my primary. I stayed home all weekend and coughed and felt lousy with no improvements. I decided to go to a different location Monday, because I was not getting any better, I also dont have insurance and they have an awesome payment plan. I went to the Nextcare Urgent Care in Apache Junction and from the time I signed in, it was a totally different experience. I received a voicemail while waiting in the lobby from the Curry location that another Dr. had looked at my chest X-ray and said it was borderline Pneumonia, the X-ray was from Friday!!! I felt like I was misdiagnosed. When they called me back to see the doctor everyone was so friendly, the Dr. answered all my questions and took her time with me, I told her about the voicemail that I had recieved and she said if I dont get it under control I would be going to the hospital. She gave me 2 shots, a Nebulizer and 4 scripts for my condition, the PA that came in to give me the shot was amazing as well, so friendly. The entire staff was so friendly and easy to work with!! I would strongly recommend this location, best care Ive recieved in years! Thank you Apache Junction Nextcare for understanding my needs and hopefully getting me back on my feet again!! 💕❤ I will definitely be going back for any issues in the future.

I went in there because of nauseous and headache and pain in my side! They gave me a rapid covid test and it came back negative. The doctor then came In and two minutes later told me to take ibuprofen. Turns out I had a severe UTI. Not the best experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had to be seen for COVID-19 screening today. The wait was long because they were so busy, but that was too be expected. The staff was great and facility was very clean.

I went in for flu like symptoms with my husband. We both tested positive for COVID-19. My husband passed out at the clinic and they called EMTs immediately. For that I am very grateful. But they didnt do anything for me but send me on my way and tell me to isolate for 10 days. Really? Thats the best they can do? How about tell me to use Excedrin or get cough syrup? I mean NOTHING. Wow.

Took my mother in for severe abdominal pain, and they did told her she had a UTI. Ended up taking her to an ER a day later only to find she had several blood clots...couldve been dire and the Urgent Care just sent her home

Took my son for Covid test. Waiting room only had 1 person besides us. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Wait time was minimal. If you need a test, great place to go. My Daughter had results back in 1 day and her partner in 1.5 days.

The wait time was an hour & half for Covid test. Wait time is typical this time a year so to be expected I gueds . Need to be told the wait time before a person fills out the paperwork.

I called ahead and the CSR from general line spoke with someone at this location and asked them if they could see someone regarding a kidney stone and if the xray services would be available for that. They said yes so I came to the location for the first time. I was literally in the exam room with a dr for two minutes, no physical examination was done, he would not even do the xray. And it was apparent that I had a better understanding of kidney stones than he did.

Very pleased with Efficiency, information, and just good human relations. I am very satisfied. I recommend urgent care to everybody.

I love them and they give valid impactful advice. They cant always fix something but youll know the next step.

Bs. Cant get ahold of the actual urgent care at all on the phone. The customer service tells you they have walk in testing available but then you get there and they want you to wait 2.5-3 hours and you cant leave and come back or you lose your place in line. Itd be 100x easier if you could just call the office itself

Wonderful! The check-in lady wasn’t the friendliest but the medical staff was great!! Answered all my questions and were very, very thorough. I love love love that you can make an appointment through the app! I understand it is not a guarantee but it definitely helps. They are fairly speedy and simply got their stuff together. Definitely recommend!!

Cut my foot on a Sunday evening and NextCare was there for me to put in sutures at 7 pm! All the Nurses were friendly and ready to help! Thanks for being there, NextCare. You kept me out of an ER!

I had to wait about 40 to 45 minutes even though I had an appointment and arrived a few moments before the scheduled time as requested. The staff seemed a little cold and impersonal, except for the PA who examined me. His name was Robert Strong- he was warm and friendly, quick to diagnose me, and order treatment. I started feeling better the next day after his recommendations.

A bit of a wait, but great service

Went in for a COVID-19 test 15 days ago because my minor was exposed to a confirmed positive CV-19 case. Still have not gotten results. Called Sonora quest who reported the lab results were in days ago. Call to NextCare customer service three days ago was absolutely pointless. Was told (three days ago) the clinic in Apache Junction would call and give us the results within 24-48 hours. They still havent. Called again today and was told the doctor will call when he gets to it. Whats the point of a COVID-19 lab test if you cannot get the results? By today, the 10-14 days of quarantine days has past and we have no clue if weve inadvertently exposed anyone my minor has been around. Would not recommend Apache Junction NextCare Urgent Care. Clearly, they are not interested in getting your lab results to you either in a timely manner, or at this point, at all.

Dr. Wild listened to my concerns was very professional, thorough and especially caring. Jen and Gracia quickly and efficiently took care of me and shout out to Kelly for explaining all the insurance details with a smile and happy greeting. Very long wait! The gentleman I brought in was very sick and we waited close to 2 hours when they said it would be a little over an hour. They should have sent us to ER, but after waiting so long I didnt think it was feasible to leave and go wait in line someplace else.

The website says only one person in line while the lady at the front desk said it will be a one to two hour wait.
