Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Took Mom in around 3pm on Saturday, June 19, 2021 because her oxygen saturation was low. Congestion & possibly pneumonia. They REFUSED to see her. Said didn’t want to affect anyone. NOT one other person in lobby.They suggested she go to Sutter ER. My response was “Hell NO, last time they almost killed her.”“I want to speak with the doctor.”They called the police on me, because I wanted to speak to the doctor.After some time, the doctor came out. She was very nice. I explained why ER was not an option & she understood. She referred me to a different Urgent Care (JM) that would help.After the referral we left, at the same time the police arrived. Since when do you have to be well before going to Urgent Care. Two months prior, she was seen there for the exact same thing WITHOUT a hassle or police.

Today is 8/19/20My boyfriend’s mom was rushed in the ER,Fall i jury. I called to check on her status to know if she’s gonna get admitted or how long does she have to wait at the ER. Operator lady was very nice. However, when the call got transferred to ER DEPT. as I was talking to the nurse and asked her about our patient’s status.. She goes “ oh, I know nothing about her, let me give the phone to the patient” REALLY?!? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?Sutter Health - Please train your staff very well. PROTOCOLS please... Nurses need to know patients status/details why they’re there, Informations like, If they’re gonna get admitted or not, If they’re getting taken care of.

I have taken my children several times, each and every time we have nothing but the best experience. They are extremely courteous, professional, and show empathy for the patient. I’m amazed at how they aren’t rushing you in and out being it’s urgent care. They treat you as if it was your primary care physician. I appreciate them. Keep up the great work!

I honestly have been already dealing with the stress of being sick and the doctor. ANTHONY decided to give me attitude about my health plan instead of actually speaking to a costumer the way she’s suppose to be spoke to. Very impatient providered but also false information giving by front desk. Which the doctor says theyre not trained enough to actually to know what’s going on. lol which is funny that they’re accepting workers who isn’t actually trained in that field. Ridiculous

If I could give zero stars in order to write a review I would. The lady up front turned me away due to my insurance which is fine however - I expressed the terrible pain I was in and that my phone didn’t work. She kept offering that I go to the ER (yeah lady I’m fully aware of that, this is warranted for an actual ER visit. She asked if I had a land line at home instead of offering to use the phone she lad sitting right in front of her to find out what urgent care I could use. The woman was absolutely USELESS, lacked empathy and was just outright rude! What a disgrace that I pay a fortune in medical care and then I have to deal with a woman like that.

My first Impression was great, place was empty and the woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. But then I went in the back, met the DR... actually a “Nurse P” she made me feel humiliated.. she acted grossed out and it was very unprofessional, I needed medical advice and she told me it made her nauseated? NO medical professional should EVER act like that. I will definitely be filing a detailed complaint this week through corporate. Her name was Cindy, don’t remember the last name. Very wrong and she should not be working in urgent care if she can’t handle giving medical advice to a pregnant woman. She made me very uncomfortable and as I patient I should feel safe. I should add I had a terrible experience in the ER 3 weeks ago. I’ve never been the kind of person to leave reviews but it’s been this bad.

Called the laboratory at this location to ask some questions about my testing, whoever I spoke to was kind of rude because I didnt understand how the test was done, and then I was left on hold for 50 minutes before I decided to hang up. And figured they would never pick back up.

Website says they open at 8am. Drive there with my screaming 10 month old and the lady at the desk says urgent care doesnt open til noon. I recommended that they update the hours online and she says what website did you go to? I replied Google and she says yeah. Dont go to Google. Im from out of state....how am I supposed to know not to go to Google?? Who DOESNT use Google?? What a waste of time.

Ive been seeing a podiatrist Dr here for several years now. Dr. Cynthia Choi is totally amazing with her work, knowledge and patient care. Highly recommended.

Why doesnt the Sutter Guest WiFi work? Theres no 4G in that business park due to all the cell company towers only covered businesses, so they closed down the towers covering it. The building must have cell signal blockers cause I dont get any cell signal inside. The Sutter Guest wifi used to work great while waiting with loved ones for their medical care. I can connect to the wifi network, and then it goes to the Sutter splash screen, then I accept the terms, but no other web pages are ever loaded. This seems like a router gateway problem. When will the Sutter Guest WiFi be fixed?

New to this area and have been here twice with my daughter who was ill both times. MAs are kind and very herlpful, both Drs were super helpful and knowledgeable.Other Sutter urgent cares open early in the a.m. wish this site would do the same. Its tough to wait till noon when your child is feeling cruddy and it doesnt warrant an emergency visit.

This by far is the best dr office I have had the pleasure to be a patient of!! And who says that about a dr office?? Everything about Eastside Primary is fantastic. From the moment you walk in this office youll be very pleased. All of the Doctors at Eastside Primary are beyond excellent and the rest of the staff are exceptional as well!! The medspa is a wonderful addition with many fantastic services available. I drove over an hour each way to chose this office as my primary care!

If you bleeding or on your death bed don’t come here we arrived at the hospital at 6.p.m and now it’s 12:00a.m we sitting in the waiting room . Very poor service

Was told by the nurse practitioner working they could only handle things like sore throats and colds. They are not equipped for anything more. They sent us to ER.
