I’ve never been to a virtual urgent care facility before, but this was a very pleasant and speedy experience. The nurses were very knowledgeable and got me checked in quickly and I was able to see a doctor not too long after. Thank you for all of your help and I look forward to using the facility, hopefully not too soon, in the future.

Convient, professional, easy visit with appointment. I admit it was different, but surprisingly good experience. I will continue to use this center. My children went a month earlier and it was a pleasant experience with them as well

When I went in I thought it wasn’t going to be a good experience. My experience was great. They had top of the line technology and she was very thorough. Check all my medication and my allergies to make sure all was ok. Checked all my symptom to make sure I got the best advice. I must say I was very impressed being from the east coast she was very concerned that I was taken care of from start to finish. Thank you very much for the care and kindness that was shown to me at that time.

Katherine is the best she explained everything. Not only to us but to the doctor making the process much easier. If any minor illness comes up will definitely go back thank you!

The staff had all my info transferred from the San Jose Clinic when I arrived. Just a few follow up questions, vitals and was able to chat with John the PA that was taking care of me. No wait, fast service. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I needed a physical for a nursing class that I was taking. I was able to get an appt. right away. Nurse Amy was so awesome. I felt very comfortable and Dr. Antonio was so kind and caring. Its difficult to go to a new doctor, but my experience was excellent.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon. No wait! There is nothing worse than being in excruciating pain and having to wait a long time. This was such a pleasant and convenient experience. I felt all my needs were taken care of and questions answered. Although in a grocery store, the urgent care office was very private and quiet. Highly recommend.

I am visiting from another state and needed treatment for a minor eye problem... the wait time to see a provider was long ( nearly 1.5-2 hours) for a 5 minute encounter that left me without a sense that the problem was adequately addressed. The clinic could certainly review the check in process- (redundancy )- I entered my information : chief complaint, insurance information etc only for the MA to ask and/or enter the same information . I checked in the clinic shortly after 10AM and 24 hours later I am still waiting on information re: med prescribed for treatment... you be the judge... On a positive note..the clinic can fill the gap of needed health care in this community

All I can say is amazing Amy our nurse was amazing with my son. Very knowledgeable, drew his blood, scheduled a follow up and we were very satisfied with Melissa the provider. All of our questions were answered, Amy is a pro with blood draws as my child is not an easy stick. I cant wait to come back.. Great service Thanks!!!! Especially to Amy and Melissa!

I called the office at 10:30 they booked me an appointment for 11:15 they took good care of me filled my prescription right away and they even did a follow up. I’m impressed. I would definitely recommend them.

Went in for Fasting Lipid panel. Ashlee the nurse was very helpful in making sure that my blood draw went as smoothly and pain free as possible. She also reminded me to be sure and re-fill my meds as well as set up a future appt!!! Thumbs up for great professional staff!!!Thank you

Easy to make an appointment online while I was a work, easy parking available, I was immediately greeted when I arrived. The waiting room was open and bright with comfortable seating, though I didnt have to wait for more than 3 minutes. My care giver was compassionate and provided clear instructions and my prescriptions were wired to my choice of pharmacy!Ill definitely come again!

Katherine was so professional, thorough, and kind hearted to my girlfriend and I. She followed up with us on everything throughout the day. This is our first time ever frequenting a virtual urgent care, but Katherine made our experience a positive one!!!!

The receptionist/nurse was very friendly so this isnt a complaint about her. This is a VIRTUAL doctors office. You dont know that until you pay. The equipment that allows you to communicate on screen with a doctor was constantly fouling up. After an initial consult (blood pressure, basic questionnaire) we waited close to 35 minutes for a doctor to finally appear on the television screen.Again, the nurse was friendly, and so was the doctor. This isnt about friendliness but efficiency and whether or not you see a doctor in person. Its not very efficient and you wont see a doctor in person.On the other hand, it is in the back of a Safeway grocery store so maybe I am expecting too much.

If i can give 10 stars i would! I was seen right when i got there before they closed. Clean facility. Was in and out in a hour. Im not around the area and needed quick medical attention. There were other urgent care facilities around me. But i was very satisfied i went here. Was a little out of my way. But SO worth it.

My nurse was very friendly and helpful. The format of skyping the doctor was a bit different, but overall I had a positive experience.

It was a great visit, especially on a Sunday where most medical offices are closed. I was given the right meds for my condition, ot felt wonderful to get the proper diagnosis. I was pleased with the visit..Thumbs up👍👍👍

The action urgent care office at this location is close to my home and to kids school. The staff is very polite and accessible. I recommend this office.

At first I was skeptical due to the advanced technology interface (i.e. no white coat visiting me in the room, but rather virtually). However, throughout the entire appointment I felt well attended to and cared for, and the doctor did not appear to be in a rush to answer my questions and just get to the next patient. Likewise, when my X-Ray results came in, the doctor called me himself to explain the results, answer any more questions I had, etc. That is a type and quality of attention that in all other urgent care offices, I’ve never received. Often times, I walk out of urgent care facilities frustrated with 102 questions left unanswered and wondering why I even bothered going in the first place - but such was not the case at Action. I highly recommend them! Give the technology a chance - after all, it is the wave of the future.

This was the first time having an appointment in an action urgent care. I had an EKG and the Nurse Christina was excellent she was very thorough with explanation and procedures I highly recommend this.

It was a great experience. The nurse was very attentive and thourough to my needs. The Physician was informative and provided great follow-up!

Love the concept - hate the execution.The on-site nurse also handles billing and janitorial services. Nurse called the central billing department and they told her she needed to call my insurance. I sat there for 20+ min while she dealt with insurance. How about medical professional does the care giving please?While she was on hold, I had the chance to ask more questions. Like how do they keep these Safeway based urgent cares centers clean? Apparently it’s responsibility of .... yes, you guessed it the nurse! Great that business plan calls for nurses to keep the spread of germs down while also caring for patients but J think I’ll pass.

The intake nurse there at the clinic was AMAZING. I believe her name was Christine. She was helpful, friendly, great at her job, and very sensitive / protective of privacy and the comfort of the patient. So, loved her. Had the entire visit just been with Christine, this would be a five star review.Here’s what isn’t working.1) Clinic is in the back of a Safeway, but that’s not clear online or with the appointment service. So I couldn’t find it.2) The doctor is virtual and I also didn’t know this. Kind of distracting and impersonal having your doc in another city and trying to convey your issues over camera. It’s cool and techy, but it was weird and not what I would ever want a Dr. visit to be like.3) I went in because I haven’t slept in weeks, as it is an uncharacteristically stressful time with selling our home, needing to be out in 3 days, and buying a different one an hour away. If just a lot of stress. I answered all questions honestly. I was treated like a drug addict and all the doctor would do is increase my current sleep meds (not addictive) a little bit. So the visit was pointless. If I want to increase my dose of my current Rx, I can just.. take more. Total waste of a $30 copay and my time. For the record, I have no medical history of having ever used opioids or strong pain killers or sleep meds or anything. The doctor should have prescribed me what I actually needed, which is something stronger. Ambien literally exists for emergency situations like not having slept in 3 weeks..Thanks for keeping a raging drug addict off the streets, Action Urgent Care! Good call! 😑

My son went for sports physical. Was seen same day..under an hour. Great Doctor and super nice admin.

NP was super nice but very slow. Took over and hour to get my details in the system. (I was the only patient there)The Doctor was next to useless. I told her and wrote on the forms I was allergic to Penicillin. But she still prescribed me Amoxicillin. Due to the Prescription being wrong the NP and Pharmacist had to try and track her down to change the prescription, she was not answering calls and it took 3 hours to get her to submit a new antibiotic, by which time I had to go to another Safeway Pharmacy on route. The new pills, and I told her I had a weak stomach ripped me apart I vomited and had a dreadful stomach. I only took 1 so I had to stop taking them...Result an invoice for $158.41 after Deductibles. So I was not treated right she didnt listen, I have a full prescription minus 1 pill and they want my $$$ Disgusting. Go to a CVS Minute Clinic.

There was no wait. I was seen right away and I was good to go with my diagnosis and medication within an hour. Staff was very friendly.

They were fast and thoroughly done quick and I do have a follow up appointment and they r really doing a great job managing my pain and medication
