Well, Ive tried calling a couple times now. First time I left a message to schedule an appointment. Never heard back. Been about a month now.Today I got an answering service, who put me on hold for a few minutes immediately upon answering. Then put me on hold again and hung up on me that time. I called back and was immediately put on hold for a couple minutes again. Finally she got around to me and said theyre out for the week. She refused to leave a message, she says she cant take a message bc they want to talk to the patient/client directly for that. She also told me that they seem to sporadically send their calls to their answering service when it seems this wasnt how the agreement was supposed to be to her understanding.I got lots of recommendations from people on fb that hes a great doctor and knows his stuff. But your staff makes a big influence too on if I see you. Not leaving a great first impression for me. Moving on to others whom were highly recommended too. I hope Dr. Boccio sees this though. 👎👎 for his office in my book.

I think he’s really nice, and I’m sorry he is cutting his days to only two days a week. We need good doctors like him.

Outstanding doctor. Incredibly personable, very up front and honest with you about your health, and he has the best bedside manner ever. Not only that but hes an absolute pro when it comes to operations. Highly recommend him.

He is kind and really does a great job.
