Zero customer service. Called twice to check on Rx. Said it was ready. Travkes a few cities over for it NOT to be ready after they told me it would be. Then make me wait another hour. Mind blowing at how unprofessional and inconsiderate this pharmacy is.

Horrible customer service at the drive thru. They wouldnt allow me to purchase over the counter infant Tylenol at the drive thru, when it clearly states on their website that I could, so I went to the Walgreens drive thru instead.

The majority of the shopping visits the Antioch 4028 Lone Tree location Coupon machines are out of service one behind the cashier and one near store entrance. If you like your CVS coupons printed you must wait in line to give cashier $0.01 (one penny) to print coupons, if you do not have them saved into your CVS App. Since covid19 the CVS as many stores are low on Disinfectant Cleaners. Currently, the Lysol Spray & Wipes are hidden behind the cashiers counter and customers must ask. Some times I have noticed these items and been blatantly told that they are sold out. That is absolutely unacceptable. Theft occurs often in this location and perhaps that’s why items are hidden. There are 3 younger female cashiers that are cordial and helpful. The other two older cashiers are generally unfriendly and unwelcoming. I do not recommend this particular CVS Store do to unfriendly cashiers and lack of merchandise. It does not hurt to be pleasant to all customers who pay to shop. CVS needs a self check out so people can opt to not experience being treated unkind. What appears to be an Asst. Manager does not seem to be interested good customer service as I have observed him be very unkind towards customers seeking face mask. No security guard to deter theft.

Couldnt be more discouraged as a working american with health insurance I pay for, went through the entire process of filling a needed prescription only to be called 40 minutes later to be told THEY ACTUALLY DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK, was diagnosed with a fractured ankle and had to hobble back and forth because of the run around. Sick when dope heads that dont contribute to the country are first in line and yes I filled a complaint.

Loved going to this CVS, but after yesterday with the customer service I got which was NONE, never going back here again. Grumpy workers along with the manager who clearly doesn’t know how to manage his employees. Amazed to see that this CVS hasn’t closed down. But yeah, only lady I know who’s the nicest is Cathy! So you go girl, the other two ladies need to go back to training and learn what customer service is.

This happened awhile ago: Walked out without buying anything because they didn’t have the cream i wanted. The cashier practically yelled “have a good day” from across the store. I turned around to say thank you only to be met with a face of disgust and disdain. She was so sure I had stolen something. I felt humiliated I felt like everyone turned and looked at me too.I have never stolen anything my whole life. I understand you probably have high theft but not every POC in a hoodie is a thief

Waited in line at the pharmacy behind 2 people for 20 minutes and once I finally get to the window, they close the window in my face. This location is terrible.

Update your hours! No one wants their time wasted. Your hours online said 10pm. I get there just before 9. Closed. Very irritating.

I was using the Concord CVS because it was close to work. They were great fast and professional. I am no longer working so I transferred my prescriptions to CVS in Antioch. Big mistake. I have a new prescription to fill and have been calling them several times for 2 days now. No one ever answers the phone.

I am so livid right now. I planned my whole day acording to store hours only to arrive at Pittsburgs cvs and it was closing at 8pm. Website states 9pm. I call Antioch on lone ttree way and the recording says 10pm . Their site says 10pm I arrive to find it closed as well. Both stores post 8pm closing but if im at home how in the wotld would i know thls.? It has been momths since this virus has altered store hours but do you think they could spend 3 minutes changing their hours on their sites? Nope. Wasted gas, time and a whole bunchof coupons expiring today as well as the sale items i couldnt get. You may have extra money to cover all these i but I do not. Rite Aide or Walgreen know whats up.

Its so hard to get in touch with the pharmacy. When I cant do something in the app, I have to call and speak with a pharmacist. Last time I was on hold for 25 minutes. Right now Im on hold and its been over 30 minutes. They dont have my medication in stock so Ill most likely get it late since, again, I cant get ahold of them to try to transfer it elsewhere. So disappointing!!

Absolutely the worst customer sevice ever! I will never step foot in this establishment again! They treat the elderly like garbage and allow them to stand in line for 20 minutes only to be turned away! With no apologies or explaination!! SHAMEFUL!!!!

I went to CVS Pharmacy to pick up my RX prescriptions and I was approached by some womanThat asked me if I needed help, and I said no. Then I hear, security, security call such and such number! I was looking at some toys for my grandson but didn’t find any thing. (I have been taking my RX prescriptions there for 5 years and have never been treated like this!) She followed me around the store and outside! WTH? So I confronted her, I asked her if she had a problem with me and why? She lied and said she was just waiting for someone.Umm yeah right whatever, but the bad side is that I have to go back and pick up my prescriptions!!WTH??

The hours specified are incorrect and need to be updated. This stire never announces when it has a closure and they do not answer their phones, talk about poor customer service. This store is deffinetly off my list of stores to shop at from now on.

Im there buying my usual stuff like shampoo and tooth paste and I was greeted by Shanon the cashier and while I was putting my stuff on the counter she made a remark hurry up when ever your ready normally I dont complain about anything but this time it was bad I cant believe this employee by the name of shanon did this, I hope she rethinks what she says next or if there is going to be a next time at all, I hope this helps people .

The employees here are for the most part very polite and courteous.

The store staff is great and friendly. The pharmacy is hit and miss. Some of the staff treat you like the biggest inconvenience they could ever experience. Most of them have awful attitudes and they mess stuff up constantly. There is one one latina woman very beautiful, but she has the worst attitude ever. She is downright hostile most of the time.

It just about everything.

I received coupons yesterday when I stopped by there. I came back today to use said coupons. My 40% off coupn wouldnt work because it was on sale. Why do they give you coupons that you cant use?

Large, new, well-stocked, pharmacy with drive thru. Unfortunately, pharmacy is usually busy so expect to wait.

Bathroom is very unclean and smelly, pharmacy does not have alternating pharmacists, so you get stuck waiting for them to return from breaks...
