Dr. Morrice has been our family dentist for over 20 years! He and his team have been nothing but the best for us. They treat their patients with genuine care. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the new management. I understand that it is a business and money has to be made. Dr. Morrice and Dr. Lamb run a business too, but they truly cared about their patients. I got my 6 month cleaning. The hygienist rushed through it and didn’t leave me with the cleaning feeling after a clean. She also mentioned that the next time I need nitro, I will be charged $75. I didn’t know about nitro until Dr. Morrice offered it since he knew I was traumatized as a child when visiting the dentist. They will also charge if you don’t cancel your appointment 48 hours prior. I’m pretty good at keeping up with my appointments but things happen sometimes and it will be nice that your dentist understands it instead of penalizing you with a fee. There is no more free samples in the front office. It may be a small detail but those details are the ones that made us feel we were at a family dentist who cared. My husband had his cleaning today and he experienced the same with the hygienist. I’m so heart broken that we will need to look for another dentist 😔 The only reason I’m giving 3 starts instead of 1 is because Dr. Morrice and some of his staff members are still there.
