Service was horrible customer service was horrible no one practicing safety for covid the bathroom was nasty very unsanitary my overall experience was BAD.......

I went here to have my teeth taken care of. My insurance is HMO and Western Dental was the place they said for me to go to. They made me wait for 1hr plus, extracted 1 tooth and didnt take care of the tooth next to it that was also missing a filling. Ive been in pain since Sept 4th and I hate to say it but I am a bit scared to go there to have them correct the other tooth. They did a bone graph that I didnt know about until after they was done with the surgery. They charged me $490.00 in which I was only to pay $140.00 per my insurance plan. They also received payment from my insurance according to my Insurance company. This is not a good place to go to and you maybe charged more for a procedure that you didnt ask for. Be aware

This location is so unprofessional. Changing appointments & not getting the approval to do so, like mfs don’t have money to be made at there place of employment .

Maria is a excellent Front receptionist, she always nice and helpful. I would recommend her when you trying to open treatments with her😊

Very bad service appointment was at 4pm we checked in at 3:30pm was told to stay in car they will call after 1hr we called them back the person answering the phone said had no appointment for my daughter went inside they claimed will take few more hrs not professional I would not recommend anyone here staffing is not polite and very bad service

We had such a wonderful experience at Western Dental. We were greeted warmly at reception, and all of the staff had such great energy. It is clear they all enjoy working there. My 5 year old daughter was very nervous for her procedure but the Dentist and assistant were both so patient and kind with her. They put her at easy and explained everything to her. By the end she was happy and excited about the spacer they put in. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. We will be back with all of my kids.

3 star says a lot about this placeI called to schedule my dental cleaning and the representative was telling me that I have to go with there treatment plan which would cost me 1000$ moreNo thanks my Teeth 🦷 my choiceI just needed a deep cleaning NOTHING MORE!!!.She told me that either I have to do what the doctor says or I won’t be seenThe heck is wrong with u peopleBAD MANAGEMENT

Maria did an excellent job going over treatment and giving me financial help. Answered all my question. This office has excellent staff Linda and Mariel always with a smile, can brighten up anyone’s day! Highly recommend going there

Worst place Ive ever been came here to do my fillings couple of days ago so unprofessionally done this one indian lady was cleaning my teeths was not being so gentle with me continue on going tell her to stop and she did not listen kept forcing telling me bare with me when I felt uncomftorable. Never coming to this place again. Horrible.

I have been to three Western Dentals in the last three years. Two of which were great and this was one of the good ones! I almost don’t want to leave a review for fear it will get over crowded. Last year I had a horrible experience at a Western Dental. And I almost wrote them off completely. But, I have Medical and that doesn’t leave me with a lot of options.The staff here were very friendly and professional. And this place unlike the one a few miles away doesn’t overbook patients and they don’t try to sell you on unnecessary procedures!

Friendly, Respectful and responsive. I enjoy my dental visits at western dental in Antioch because the entire team makes my experience better than what I would normally expect.

Worst service ever. The first time I waited an hour to be seen. After I was seen it took another hour to actually get the work done. I spent over three hours there for a check up. Second time I come in for my appointment with their specialist. I sit for 45 min before being told I’ll have to wait over an hour or more to be seen because the doctor was behind. If I wanted to reschedule I would have to wait a month for a new appointment. I asked for a refund and I will not be returning to this place. Don’t waist your time or money.

This is the 5th time they reschedule claiming a dr called in sick. 2wks ago when they canceled for the 4th time, i was told there would be 2 dentists today specifically, in case one called in sick, but they called me 30 mins b4 my appointment to cancel dor that same reason!!! I tried explaining that i am a dialysis patient and every time i go to a dentist i need to hold heparin at dialysis so i dont bleed out!! And i also need to be put on antibiotics!! Every time they cancel when i do that is very inconvenient and costly for me! Yet they are still able to nill me and take out money from my card on file on the actual due date!! But i cant even get the service they keep charging me for!! And getting paid for it!! Very un professional.. They need to bring the old staff back from 2019

Actually not worth of any star.....Bad experience - Not worth it. you have to wait for at least 45 mins to 1 hour from your appointment. time to get seen. No communication if your doctor is on leave. worst of all we have been charged twice and no one is there to talk to for the refund. when you call billing, they will transfer to refund department and you only will get a voicemail. I have left so many messages as of today but havent recd. any call back or refund. Just wondering if there is any way to get the money back or is this there way of looting patients?

I came in for an exam and was greeted by a welcoming staff. My wait was okay. I can’t remember the name of the assistant but I did get to chat with a girl named Roya a little bit. She helped me out explaining everything and I felt like she knew what she was talking about.

My wife,and I will never use them again. I had to get some crowns,fillings, and an implant. It ended up costing me twenty thousand dollars. I got my bill paid down to 2300 dollars two months ago. When I called to pay it off they said my balance is 2500 dollars. I made 620 dollars worth of payments in two months. Plus I have not used them in 1.5 years.Also the last time that I used them they had another account added to me for ten thousand dollars. I never signed anything for this account. And I didnt get ten thousand dollars of dental work done. It took them six months to straighten it out.They are horrible, and should have their license revoked.

Horrible horrible horrible had a very horrible experience for my three-year-old son we waited three hours to be seen then was told they couldnt get the back x-rays of his teeth I asked the doctor why and she said with a horrible attitude I dont know!! then I told her well my son did very well, he sat so quite didnt even move, My son did very well and she told the technician take a picture of his back teeth with an attitude and then the technician was asking other ladies for help and I asked her whats the problem and she said she didnt know how to take the x-rays of my sons back teeth so she said she will tell the doctor and the doctor told me well we cant see the back teeth and I said thats because the technician needs help and she said no she dont! She knows what shes doing and I said maam, I saw her asking different people for help and the doctor took a very very deep breath and let it out very slowly as if she was so angry and I said wow this is how you guys treat my son and I, he is only three and we have been waiting for three hours and get treated like this I pick my son up cried and walked away I then took him to cool kids and I have to pay out-of-pocket but that office was a wonderful blessing, The wait time was 10 minutes the doctor and the staff were very kind respectful and treated us like humans its so sad that people treat people so cruel I would never ever recommend anyone to go to Western Dental and definitely not take your children what an awful experience. And this was the sycamore office Western Dental in Pittsburg California and the doctor was a pediatrician doctor that comes once a month to the office horrible experience

Because of a major mistake its now going to cost me over $8000 to fix, and Ive already had to have 3 teeth pulled because of Western Dental. Not to mention the pain I had to go through for 8 years. And to top it off, my wife has over $2000 to fix what they screwed up on her.I changed places and have a different dentist. They asked me who did the work on me, and after i told them western dental they said Weve had to fix a lot of their work because of major screw ups.They didnt fully fill in a tooth after it should of had a root canal, they just drilled 80% of the tooth and because they left a spot open, no matter how much brushing i did food got stuck inside the hole. And for 7 years it slowly rotted inside and gave me extreme pain. I needed 4 root canals and they just drilled 80% of my back teeth and left them brittle. So now theyre cracking and chipping away.Even 1-800 dentist will not recommend them! And told us they have a bad reputation

Worst worst place I have ever been to in my life. My appointment was at 10:15 and 12:30 still nothing. No one came to check on me or communicate why taking so long. After 2 hours of waiting, I told them how awful they are as a business and walked out. I have no idea how there doors are still open . SOMEONE CLOSE THEM DOWN. WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF ABLE...

My mom needed to make an appointment for me but she only speaks Spanish and Giselle was very helpful on the phone and also she was very very nice, definitely asking her for help again!

DO NOT COME HERE! Very unprofessional staff, they butchered my filling, I had to come back more than 5 times! My tooth was hurting so I called them and let them know that I wanted to see the dentist soon, they said I had to hold the pain until next month because they were full! I was upset and let them know that I wanted to speak to the doctor and they put me on Hold for more than an hour and never picked up! The receptionist there are rude and dont care about you or your problems. Trust me when I say this, DO NOT COME HERE!

This place just want to take your money. Even if you have insurance they charge you for unnecessary things and if you dont go with what they want they tell you they cant help you. So if you dont cough up money they wont to anything for you. Worst dentist ever

They are horrible. I have had a bill with them for a while. I pay on it monthly. I had gotten insurance since my last visit through my job. So last time I went in for a cleaning and a crown. They tried to make me sign for thousands more in work. I kept refusing. They finally got me to get a guard that I was assuming would be covered under my insurance. It ended up costing me 1200 dollars. To top it off I paid my bill and a week later they called me and said I was late. Some how they had me down with a new account saying that I owed 10000 dollars on it. It took me two weeks of calling them every day and threatening them with a lawyer for them to call me back and tell me they had messed up and it will be straightened out. In the meantime their billing was calling every day and harassing me saying I had not paid my bill. I am done with them. They will never get business from me again.

This place is complete trash. I watched an employee visit in waiting room with a friend for half an hour then same dumb girl made me unable to be seen. When complained, got laughed at and even worse dealing with managment.Dude Chris or whatever will lie to you and he is the manager.Better of getting dental work in Zimbabwe

This is the worst dental clinic I ever visited. No service, no management, and nothing else they have. I dont recommend it to anyone. Dont waste your time and money. Theres not even someone to complain to.

Dr. Sandhu, Dr. Katta and Alondra Dr. Sandhus assistant are great! Chris the manager is amazing too along with the rest of the staff whom are very accommodating. I have had a really positive experience at this dental office, they make me feel so comfortable. I think this has been the best experience Ive ever had at a dental office and seeing as Ive had many dental issues in the past thats saying something. I have always had bad anxiety when visiting the dentist, like many do. But for example Dr. Sandhu built me up during todays visit and gave me courage to take the novacane needle by saying, Dont worry, youre a pro. Which made me feel like I could do it! I can now say with confidence that because of these wonderful people my anxiety has subsided, going to get treatment is no longer a huge emotional rollercoaster. Im able to do it and get through it. Its rare to find a dentist that you click with and feel comfy around. I recommend this Western Dental branch 10/10!

If you dont have to, dont go to this dentist!Horrible experience, never using Western dental ever again. Unorganized, lack of communication, under staffed, and lack of office knowledge and skill. Spent two and a half hours waiting for an emergency tooth extraction,only to find out itd be scheduled for another day. Wouldve been a different story if the staff wouldve informed me that after a certain time that a few services will not be available due to being under staffed. When I asked for the information so I could file a complaint all the workers went blank. None knew how to handle the situation and kept giving me I dont know and passing the buck to the next employee. No wonder they have been advertising now hiring, they have a grip of employees that cant perform their basic job description. My choice to decide to wait an extended amount of time for nothing shouldve been given to me.

Every time I come here have to wait 40- 1 hour just to get a room after having an appointment . One star is for the wait time mainly . Staff at the front are nice . Corporate procedures must be overlooked how long patients are waiting here .
