Been coming here now for about 4 years and always have had great experiences with staff and doctor regardless sometimes the pain I was in.Have full confidence in their professional skills and knowledge. Very reasonable prices and have been totally satisfied with every visit and work that has been performed. I now take my two kids and girlfriend here also because I trust they will be well taking care of. Thanks again to all at Bay View Dental and especially to Dr. Xie and to the lovely ladies at the front desk who have always been so polite and welcoming 🙏🏽 😀

I am in a lot of pain, went in at the start of March I think and it is now the end of June. They said I needed a root canal and that the crowns were not covered by my insurance. Well I called and they are! I had not heard from them so called them back, they said they would get back to me 2 weeks ago now. All I can think of is she heard me ask about payments and decided not to see me. Well I could have paid out right just didnt want that much on my card if I didnt need to. She didnt take the time to let me ask questions and didnt do a good job on cleaning. Way too rushed. The only nice thing I can say was that the dental assistant was very sweet and tried to keep me calm since I had not been to a dentist in years because of a bad experience with Western Dental.

Excellent service, the staff is friendly and can hold a conversation, keep the kids relaxed while the dentist works. Concern for patients and gives dental advice. We go there every time for dental check ups since we found the place. Kids got free toothbrushes once. Booking an appointment is pretty easy.

Dr. Xie cleaned all 3 of my children’s teeth very well. I could tell she knows what she’s doing. Her assistant was also very good at calming my son down while brushing his teeth and greeted us with a big smile when we were waiting in the wait-room. Overall, I had a great experience at Dr. Xie’s office. 10/10.

My family comes to Dr. Xie office for general and Orthodontic treatment. All the staff in this office is very friendly and knowledgeable of what they do. The Dr and assistants do a great job with explaining all treatment that is being done and future treatment needed. The girls in the front do all possible to get authorization approved and explain what my copays will be if my insurance does not pay. Over all I recommend this office to my friends and family. Ive been going to Dr Xie for a year now and it has been the best dental care Ive ever experienced and Im telling you its been great. Ive had fears of dentists because of a bad experience but Dr. Xie has been so pleasant she really listens to you. And my fears have gone because of her dental care. And Miss Erica has delight shes really friendly and respectful of others privacy. I took my Mom for an emergency visit and Dr. Xie had a tooth extraction on my Mom. She has done such a great job - my mom did not feel any pain at all and it was done in a nick of time. The doctor also took her time to explain to my mom how important t is to use dental floss etc.... Staff members are also very professional and helpful. Lynn has done outstanding job to explain to my mom what steps should be taken afterwards and she patiently and thoroughly answered my questions when I called later from home. I know she was very busy but still take her time to help. The receptionist is also very helpful and even printed the direction in another language for my Mom. We are very grateful for all your help and will recommend you to our friends. Happy New Year!

Doctor Xie can take as many patients as possible in a day. They are all working tirelessly, caring and compassionate. I never felt my embarrassment disappear in the dentists chair. Im glad to know that someone values me and will help me! She has never treated me like anyone else.

I very unhappy with Dr Xie she charged my insurance for services that I never got. Be aware of this Dr. I will never go back to see her again. On top of that she took forever to see me I spent all morning on her office just forx-rays and dental cleaning what a fiasco.

Dr Jennifer Xie has made my childrens smile brighter

After many years being told that Medi Cal only pays for emergency dentistry. Which means they only pull teeth! But worse? Very FEW dentists take Denti Cal! I had always had soft teeth. Meaning no matter how much brushing and flossing I am still going to get cavities. Pair that with a dentist who would yell at me, call me a baby, told me to start acting like a big girl and (the kicker) it doesnt hurt, you are numb and stop scaring the other children. Funny thing is, we found out that I actually take a TON of novacaine 3-4 times more a normal patient! Turns out I have a rare form of Raynauds, an autoimmune disease that in extremities shuts down the tips of my capillaries in limbs so a walk down the freezer aisle in a stir my hands turn dark purple and blue...I digress! Dr. XIE is my savior Kind, knowledgeable, sympathetic and really helps to get her patientsthe best care they couldnt get. She knows what medi Cal will or wont pay for and she really tries to give the highest quality treatments regardless of the cost. I walked in their with just teeth nibs buried in my gums! And shed says lets get you an immediate rush on cosmetic dentures . She said so you can feel better and have confidence when you go out of here. So you can smile again and carry yourself higher. I almost cried because she hit it on the head! To compile weight loss surgery on top of an autoimmune and my teeth came in last when it came to nutrition. And slowly my life became more withdrawn and helpless. For 5 years this went on! I lost 150 pounds just to lose my teeth and I was right back to the shame and insecurity of being obese. I was so beat down that I didnt think I would ever win. I finally lost the weight so I could take pictures and I cant even smile!After all of this long story it was just to thank dr. Xie and her whole staff who works at the high pace so dr. Xie can take as many patients as can in a day. They all work tirelessly are caring and compassionate. I never felt less than I was in the dentist chair, the embarrassment went away and I got excited knowing someone valued me and was going to help me! She never treated me like how others have. She is giving me a new chance at life and helping me be able to stand tall and go to interviews with confidence, and to take pictures once again with a smile!Thank you doesnt seem like enough and I apologize for the length! I wanted to show you why dr. xie and her staff are brilliant and they are literally changing and saving lives!

Ridiculous wait times, They double and triple book to the point their patients most time reschedule only to have to deal with it again.., Love Brianna and one other RDA but thats it. The short new dentist injured the mouth of one of my kids, sent my husband to an Oral surgeon for the injury she caused during an extraction. Surgeon said she bit more than she could chew making large injury to mouth. I Started Braces for another child there and it would be months in between awaiting an answer of next step. Then, the new dentist injured my mouth by fixing a filling and I told her I wasnt numb yet, she numbed the wrong side and I was in excruciating pain because I felt what she did, it took a few injections to numb me by then and now I have an issue with that tooth and nerve. **** To sum it up, I Do Not recommend this place, My family and I have since moved on to a great Dental office in Brentwood, Bright Now!, and between the Customer service, cleanliness, General Dentistry for my family and Orthodontics for my 2 kids who have Braces now Amazing service, helpful staff and Dentists along with their beautiful Office! Barely to no wait time Ever =)
