Rey did a “decent” job. Nothing was blended so my side burns are longer than the rest of my hair, the top wasn’t touched at all he decided when the haircut was done, he also asked me twice if I wanted the back square or rounded to which I said square both times and it still ended up rounded, and he gave a bad attitude about the haircut the whole time. I didn’t get what I wanted at all, he just gave me a “whatever” cut. Genuinely disappointing.

Ayesha (I hope I spelled your name correctly) worked on my hair the other day, fixing a terrible cut from a prior cut as well as cleaning everything up.She is very personable, sweet and funny. She listened and as well looked at what was noted from her last time she cut my hair which the last gal did not. The last gal obviously ignored those notes and used a clipper asking me which number to use which I had no idea since clippers were not used before. I took ill after the last cut before Ayeshas recent job or I would have re-visited soon after to fix what that older white lady did. Bravo to Ayesha!

I had a good trim for my long hair. The gal was friendly and concerned about what I wantedNext time hopefully I can get a shampoo and blow dry.

The person who cut my hair was Myana, she was professional and she can cut some hair, I give her a 5 star and will recommend if you want someone who is professional and also an awesome cutter go see Myana you will not be disappointed.

Terrible terrible hair cut !! I said I wanted it to my shoulders and now it’s about two inches above and so sloppy !! Long hairs still straining down . Not straight at all and very unhappy with it . I’ve been going to this place for yearssss and I will never go again !!!

Called ahead of time and got in with minimal Waiting time in the shop.

On Sunday I scheduled a appointment thru online and waited outside store, when received text to go in Jennifer lock up doors so I couldnt go in, and the next day I scheduled another appointment waited for over 2 hours and was next in line so when inside Jennifer was there again. She took 2 other customers before me, even after I told her a had an interview. I felt discriminated and frustrated because I missed a interview. In the end Allie cutted my hair. Thanks Allie

You really get what you pay for I guess. I got an older lady today which I was hoping meant she had more experience but it was terrible. I asked for a spiked look however this is what I got. Her first comment was that the picture looked too hard, that should have been my warning to get up and go. She spent 4.5 minutes on my hair the shortest Ive ever had, didnt use spray water or product or anything, and if you look closely at the photos youll see long hairs from sloppy work around my ears, uneven cuts on the front, this weird piece up front that is now separated, and no blending whatsoever. If you cant do a fade fine but this work is just plain sloppy. Tomorrow Im going to have to go to a real salon and see if they can fix this mess. Ive never been to a chain hair salon and I will never make that mistake again

Isadora is a haircut extraordinaire at this facility. She takes the time to ask and infer your needs instead of making hasty decisions without your consent. Hair always looks and feels lighter, more manageable, and full of life. Also has a really great, easy going, and laid back personality.

It’s great, the employees are great, the quality is great, the music is great, the lighting is great, and everything else. I love this place.I would give it 5 stars except me and my father keep encountering one of the barbers,(/Hair Cutters), she cuts hair horribly and takes forever, and talks to much.I would say her name..but I’m not trying to be TOO mean. I will say how she looks.She is around her 50’s, she straight but curly hair at the end, fat;..... And has one of those grandma but 40 year old woman combined voices too.She’s the reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.I can’t wait until she quits, retires, or gets fired.I rate her 3 stars still though....

Do not go here they are rude people. Went in to get a hair cut lady took my info told me to have a seat and ill be next two people walk in 20min later and they went in front of me I told the lady why did you skip me she said Did I skip You I said says and she just walk away

Not sure about the others or if theres new staffing, but my experience was completely different than everyone else. I bought my son here to get a haircut and they did a wonderful job. Granted there was no real styling involved (he had most of his hair almost shaved to about 1/2 inch all around) but the staff here were friendly and helpful.

Harry got his hair cut there just before closing today... We got the best hairdresser...she was sweet,engaging and very friendly!!!! We actually had fun!

My boyfriend and I got our hair cut and we were both completely happy.

Just came here today to get my haircut and i had the haircut person ANSAR who was very rude and hostile towards me after I told him I did not like the way he did my haircut, he rushed the whole haircut, did not ask how I was doing or if my hair was too short or of thats how I like it, nothing, and cut my hair very aggressively and fast. When I was getting ready to pay I asked for Store managers name and number, there was another girl that worked there that was siding with ANSAR when I asked to make a complaint. They both cornered me and were hostile towards me, I recorded them on video so I can send to the store owner. I also called corporate office to file complaint. Never coming back here again!

They recommend using the check-in online, however, was told the wait would be 25 to 30 minutes once I arrived. I was the only person who checked in. Am I missing something? Ill give them benefit of the doubt, because Im a nice guy, but if this happens again, Im sure Ill be going somewhere else! Nobody wants to wait that long, I felt that the system failed...
